The Problem with the Old Testament (Tanakh) – The Torah Is a Recipe for Disaster

Why the blind spot on the part of some of the best writers when it comes to the Old Testament?
As the readers have observed, this blog has written against the violence of the OT and has done its best to warn the “Gentile world” of pouring so much devotion and energy into the Old Testament part of the Bible known as the Torah. Not a rejection of the teachings of Jesus Christ or the New Testament by any means, but a rejection of the OT which I see as a book exclusively by and for the Jewish people only. A book that has been used to literally take over the Gentile world. A book that teaches its people that they are the chosen people and that they must conquer all other people to make their god happy.
“Justice, justice shall you pursue, that you may thrive and occupy the land that the LORD your God is giving you.” (Deuteronomy 16:20)
Without question, two of the best writers working in the world today who deal with religious topics and have done much to fight the Judaic NWO system are Dr. E. Michael Jones and Michael A. Hoffman II. Few men have done more than they have to wake up the Gentile world to the attacks against them by organized Judaic power. Yet both men are strong defenders of the Old Testament. Mr. Hoffman has warned the Gentiles about the dangers of the Talmud and its endless slick rules used to rule the “goy”/Gentile. Judaism Discovered: A Study of the Anti-Biblical Religion of Racism, Self-Worship, Superstition and Deceit is a must-read and is one of the best books, if not the best, written that exposes the hatred for Jesus and of Gentiles. Hoffman has taught that Gentiles are ruled by the Talmud and Kabbalah. I would say that is one hundred percent true. However, don’t the Jews say that the Talmud and Kabbalah are both inspired by the Torah? The common response is that the Jews are “anti-Biblical”, but how can this be? The OT is their book and when they – as evidenced by daily events taking place in the Middle East – conquer and kill, they are following exactly what they are commanded to do per the teachings of the Torah.
Both Hoffman and Jones say the Jews made a mistake when they rejected Jesus as the Savior.
However, when one reads their book, the Torah, it makes perfect sense that the Jews rejected and continue to reject Jesus to this day. They were and still are a warrior people. They worship and revere a war god. They want a war Messiah, not a Prince of Peace who warned that those who live by the sword shall die by it as well.
They are their own special characters in their own special book. The god of the Jews, Yahweh, is the god of the Jews and the Jews only.
Perhaps no Catholic in the modern age has done more to warn Catholics and Gentiles in general about the social engineering being done against them by organized Jewry as Dr. E. Michael Jones. The Jewish Revolutionary Spirit and Its Impact on World History is a must-read for all Gentiles. It tells the history of how the Jews, by rejecting Jesus Christ, became rebels against the Gentiles and the Christians in particular. He rightly assigns the rejection of Christ as part of Jewish identity. Jones also rightly rejects the racial aspect of the Jews as “the seed of Abraham”.
The Jewish Revolutionary Spirit tells the long and troubling history of the destruction of the Western World via the poison of moral subversion orchestrated by Jewry through what he refers to as Culture Wars. Again, few if any writers have exposed this better than Dr. Jones.
Both men have given their lives to the service of telling the truth as they know it. All their works must be read. However, no doubt they would both consider criticism of the OT as being an extreme form of heresy.
Both Jones and Hoffman are giants in their respective fields of study and expertise. Both are men of honor. Both are defenders of their Catholic faith and both men are strict defenders of the Torah – the OT.
Both writers claim that the great tragedy today and throughout history is that Jews reject their own Torah. Do they? They make war on all other religions, other peoples, other tribes, just as their Torah demands be done. The book and everything in it, from the practice of usury against Gentiles, to conquering the others’ lands that they covet, to “leaving nothing alive that breathes” as the book of Deuteronomy instructs be done, indeed is and has been done by them for all to see, and per the instruction explicitly laid out in their book that is a book filled with war stories, glory, warrior kings, spies, and prostitutes who are all canonized and lionized by the Jews for having overcome and conquered others.
“For in the cities of these peoples that the Lord your God gives you for an inheritance, you shall save alive nothing that breathes” (Deuteronomy 20:16)
The reason there may be a blind spot as far as Dr. Jones and Mr. Hoffman and the realities of the Torah are concerned is that as Catholics, they are taught that the Roman Catholic Church is like the Army, where no questions are raised on matters after “the Generals” have spoken, which includes that historically fateful decision of eons ago by the Church elders to include the OT within their Bible. The Church still has within it a Bible that includes both the OT and NT together.
There are mountains of books and excuses made by the Church about how everything bad from the OT has been wiped clean. Every excuse is made for how bizarre the blood-filled OT is.
“But you shall utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the Lord your God has commanded you” (Deuteronomy 20:17)
It is time to start looking at the Bible like rational people and see it for what it is: a manual for how to defeat Gentiles.
Both the Roman Catholic Church and her counterpart – the Eastern Orthodox Church – place a high value on the OT. It has led to their downfall.
In my opinion, allowing the eternal enemy of Christ within the gates and offering it a seat at the table has given that enemy the opportunity of wielding influence that can only result in one thing: the internal destruction of what are supposed to be counterforces to Judaism.
How has this affected the thinking of people who place a high value on religion? Does a man who puts too great a value on religion have the stomach for soulless realpolitik (of Trump)?
To the best of my knowledge, at times both Jones and Hoffman have referred to President Trump as a puppet or things of that nature.
I say they should back him. Trump is using his business skills to jam up the Jews in the form of a peace deal.
Everyone is too concerned with who Trump has in his cabinet. Trump is still numero uno and may yet prevail. Back him now. No one else is coming to our rescue.
The Saker, like Hoffman and Jones, is a brilliant writer and commentator. His breakdown and analysis on the military and geopolitical assault against Russia is brilliant and nearly flawless.
Yet he as a Russian Orthodox spiritual man is also fully behind the theory that the worst thing that has happened is the Jews’ rejection of their Torah in favor of the Talmud. I find this to be a cop-out. They have done nothing of the kind. The Torah calls for its followers to make war, and the Jews make war. Also their book and their god calls for revenge on those Gentile leaders from Pharaoh to Haman and everyone in between who got sideways with the Jews, which of course includes Rome for what happened in 70 A.D. – a very interesting thing to consider when remembering what was done by the Jews to Tsar Nicholas II, as “Tsar” in Russian means Caesar.
In many ways, the Russians and the Orthodox Christians are the most traditional with their love of all things Biblical. They love the OT just as much as the Protestants, and in fact more so in some ways. They love the icon and they love the ax. The Russians love suffering and austerity.
The Saker in his latest book Saker II (another must-read) reveals that the Russians are not as religious as some in the West may think. This may be a good thing. To be fair, I am not sure how devoted to the OT the Saker is; he does not delve that deeply into theology. But he may agree that the split between the Eastern and Western church is huge. The schism has caused a lot of trouble and will continue to do so. For instance, the Orthodox don’t recognize the major saints of the Western side like Saint Francis of Assisi, who is seen as a heretic. The Western side is falling from the so-called child sex scandals. More and more information is coming out about problems with gay priests within the Catholic Church. The Orthodox Church is plagued by spies within it as well, within the Ukraine in particular.
The Gentiles fight and fight over religion when Jesus Himself kept it very simple. “You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.” These were Jesus’ words in describing the Jews, leaving no doubt whatsoever how they needed to be seen by those who would follow after Him.
The Gentiles must stop fighting over religion. Jones and Hoffman are great men who, to the best of my knowledge, don’t even get along. Both have written excellent books on the subject of usury, and as far as I know, they disagree on some church dogma.
Thomas Jefferson and Marcion question the evil aspects of the OT. For the sake of understanding and dealing with the Jewish problem rationally, it is time to end the usual business of accusing those who choose to discuss this information as either fools, liars, or heretics. The church warns of forbidden Gnostic heresy, and sometimes they are right. But keep in mind “the church” is made up of men, human men with human flaws, and has by deliberate design and malice aforethought by its eternal enemies, been split apart and made weak over the centuries.
The Gentiles must not fight one another; they must back Putin and Trump, or in my opinion it is all over.
The Ugly Truth editor says:
Excellent piece and a very necessary exploration of a very serious problem we Gentiles face as a result of the unwillingness on the part of so (too) many of us to view RATIONALLY the darker and more dangerous implications associated with the alchemy of co-mixing the peaceful and enlightened message of Jesus with the violent and malevolent message of Moses.
Thank you for your excellent comment! The Gentiles must discuss this NOW!
Some years ago I read a book titled Christ Was Not a Jew. I mentioned this to Michael Hoffman in an email and asked what he thought of the book. He called it “New Age nonsense” akin to the ideas of Richard Wagner and similar volk. I was honestly surprised by Hoffman’s response. Now that time has passed, I’m no longer surprised.
It appears the Catholic Church largely succeeded in having it both ways for a couple of thousand years. The Bible wasn’t something for regular folk to bother with because the Church had interpreted it for us, and the Sunday missal readings were sufficient. Avoiding much of the Old Testament nastiness would mean most Catholics wouldn’t be exposed to the oppositional aspects to Jesus’ words, contained therein, thus sparing Catholics from having to try to fit a square peg into a round hole.
We are told Marcion eliminated all Gospel texts which didn’t suit his new ideas. And ultimately those were deemed heretical and forced the Church to decide its Canon. I’ve also read that Marcion’s “major work” titled Antithesis hasn’t survived. I’d bet good money it has survived, somewhere in the bowels of the Vatican. If what little I’ve read thus far is correct, I think Marcion went wrong in proclaiming Jesus as a demiurge whose primary mission was to free people from the “god” of the Jews, rather than free people from their sins. In addition, his ideas about marriage and celibacy were so restrictive that no one who was (is) thinking about the future could possibly adhere to their requirements. I’ll have to do some more reading.
Thanks for your excellent comment. I think you might agree that when this topic of the OT being bad for the “goy”, and Marcion, comes up, the church cries Gnostic evil. The fact of the matter is Christians differ greatly on many if not all aspects of God. It makes wars. I think even the Irish Catholics and Protestants still go at it. Indeed, Marcion might have been wrong about Jesus. I can’t find a single man or woman who agrees with another on the Bible or about concepts of God… the Trinity, Mary, etc.
Mr. Hoffman’s work is excellent. Still, we have to ask the question is devotion to the OT making the Gentile world into slaves to the system, because the whole story has nothing to do with them at all. Nothing makes Bible experts more angry than to point out the fact (and it is not hard to do so) that the OT is a book to build warriors. Not warriors to save souls and all that, but real soldiers and spies to kill.
TUT editor says:
Whenever I am being lectured by Christians of whatever stripe on my criticisms of the OT and being accused of “throwing out the baby with the bathwater”, I remind them that as irrational as it is to throw out the baby with the bathwater, it is equally irrational to KEEP the bathwater just because the baby happened to be in it.
I think this is precisely the situation with Marcionism. The church – understandably – reacted viscerally and negatively to certain aspects of his thinking, including the appearance of polytheism, while tossing out what were the rational and well-substantiated arguments dealing with the utter incompatibility of the teachings of Jesus with those of Moses as they appeared in written scripture.
I think what it all boils down to here is that our Creator gifted us with brains and along with that, the expectation that we use them to the best of our ability. In the pursuit of that obligation, we must accept the fact that there is no human institution in this world – including those who presume and claim to be the voice of God on Earth – that is infallible and incapable of error. In understanding and acknowledging this fact, each of us must, in the interest of maintaining as harmonious as possible the relationship between ourselves and the truth, ultimately not surrender or forfeit that rational part of our human nature, no matter who demands from us that we do so.
Key point here. In the modern era, it seems many Protestant and “saved” Christians prefer the anger and the “feel” of the OT, often much more than the peaceful Jesus. They control the universities, the cable TV churches, the publishing houses. Thus, you might agree it is a very pro-Moses Christianity we have today.
“utter incompatibility of the teachings of Jesus with those of Moses as they appeared in written scripture”: YES!
