In the interest of accuracy please note the date of the downing of MH17 was July 17, 2014.

On the 29th of March, 2014, I advised Malaysia and MAS that if they did not promulgate to
the world’s aviation corporations and world media the two illegal modifications made to 9M-MRO
which was the airframe used in MH370 that they should anticipate a “second explosive event no
later than 1900 on 17 July, 2014”. Those two illegal modifications were the BUAP and the ATI. I
traveled to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and presented testimony to two audiences to explain to those
parties in Malaysia who wished to understand how their MH370 was remotely commandeered and
flown to FJDG where it landed at 0651 on the morning of 8 March, 2014. I departed Minneaspolis on
15 April 2014 and returned from Kuala Lumpur on 20 April 2014. My return boarding pass is attached.

I will be addressing this issue and it’s relationship to MH370 at a prestigious conference on Veterans Day weekend in November, 2018.

The airframe that was destroyed on 17 July, 2014 was 9M-MRO and it had two populations of victims; a large number of partially decomposed corpses and a smaller number of non-decomposed bodies all devoid of blood. To determine who is responsible for this incident one needs only to determine who, which nations (plural), shared custody of the airframe 9M-MRO from the time it was remotely commandeered at BITOD intersection until the time it was destroyed near Donetsk, Ukraine on 17 July, 2014 as I predicted, in writing, on 29 March, 2014.

President Trump and “at least” three of his U S Marine Corps officers are aware of this information.

Please be advised litigation is in process and prepared and has been widely disseminated regarding the criminal loss of MH17.

The EU is implicated in several ways, not least because this flight left Sciphol and was under Eurocontrol until it left the PL border.
