Kelly 97: Northern’s Serco Arson Bridge, Obama’s Demon Pig-Farm Silence, Russo’s Marine Corps Grenfell Fire
General John F. Kelly
White House Chief of Staff
Washington, D.C. 20528
Open letter from the Cloud Centric Crime Scene Investigators of Abel Danger
September 26, 2017
Dear General Kelly:
Please accept Brief 97 from Field McConnell – the United States Marine whistle-blower and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – on Northern Trust’s apparent use of investee Serco‘s Long Range Arson Group and the federal bridge certification authority to coordinate the destruction of evidence of murder for hire with conventionally-fuelled devices or ultra-high temperature accelerants (UHTA).
McConnell alleges that Northern Trust paid IP lawyer Michelle Obama and terrorist leader Bernardine Dohrn through the Sidley Austin law firm to build an online archive of images from Serco‘s Demon face-recognition software for use by Northern and its fellow Global Custodians in silencing up to 2,000 guest investors or investees who witnessed or participated in cannibal barbecues at a BC. Pig farm (1996-2002).
McConnell alleges that Northern Trust and its fellow Global Custodians appointed Patricia F. Russo as a director of Hewlett Packard to support man-in-the-middle-of-the-bridge attacks on the United States through the Navy Marine Corps Intranet; as a director of Alcatel Lucent to bypass the National Command Authority’s Defense Red Switch Network which formerly had an IST2 terminal in the Obama Office and as a director of Arconic to supply the aluminium cladding apparently used as an accelerant in the Grenfell Towers fire.
McConnell’s researchers have tracked the mens rea behind long-range arsonists who destroy evidence of murder for hire and online blackmailers who keep witnesses’ eyes wide shut, to Lord Charles Powell, KCMG, Advisory Director at Northern Trust Corporation and a former Private Secretary and Advisor on Foreign Affairs and Defense to British Prime Ministers from 1983 to 1991 and 1992 to 2000.
McConnell notes that Powell would have had root-key access to precursor systems to the federal bridge for the Beirut barracks bombings of October 23, 1983 when Serco – formerly RCA Services Limited (1929) – agents allegedly used wireless initiators to remotely detonate gas-enhanced devices consisting of compressed butane in canisters employed with pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN) to create the fuel-air explosives which killed 241 U.S. and 58 French peacekeepers, 6 civilians, and the 2 suicide attackers in attacks fraudulently attributed to a group called ‘Islamic Jihad’.
We suggest you talk with Marine Corps’ whistleblower Field McConnell as soon as possible given that, as the Advisory Director at Northern Trust Corporation with $9.3 trillion in assets under custody/administration, Lord Powell can command all the mentor companies on the federal bridge to stand down while Serco‘s Digital Fires Instructors synchronize the next long-range attack on America’s allies and their citizens.

“Arconic faces investor lawsuit over deadly Grenfell Tower fire
by Alanna Petroff @AlannaPetroffJuly 14, 2017: 2:09 PM ET
Is Arconic to blame for London fire?
The American manufacturer of cladding panels installed at London’s destroyed Grenfell Tower has been accused of defrauding investors in a new lawsuit.
The proposed class action filed Thursday by Arconic shareholder Michael Brave alleges that the company failed to properly disclose the sale of “highly flammable” building materials that were used to refurbish the doomed tower.
At least 80 people were killed when the building burned on June 14.
The suit, filed in federal court in Manhattan, alleges that Arconic made false and misleading statements about its “business, operational and compliance policies.”
Arconic (ARNCPR) declined to comment on the lawsuit on Friday, but said that the material was certified for use in the U.K.
It said it sells its products “with the expectation that they are used in a system that complies with local building codes and regulations.”
Arconic, which was spun out of Alcoa (AA) last year, supplied its Reynobond PE panels to a distributor for instillation at Grenfell Tower in 2015.
Arconic shares plunged by roughly 20% following the fire, but have since recovered some of their losses. The suit seeks to recover “significant losses and damages” suffered by shareholders as well as “further relief.”
Arconic halted sales of the cladding for use in high-rise buildings less than two weeks after the fire.
“This is the right decision because of the inconsistency of building codes across the world and issues that have arisen in the wake of the Grenfell Tower tragedy regarding code compliance of cladding systems in the context of buildings’ overall designs,” the firm said at the time.
A criminal investigation into the tragedy is underway. Arconic says it has offered its “full support to the authorities as they conduct their investigations.”
The inquiry is focused on how the blaze started, how it spread so fast and whether any person or organizations should be held responsible.
A Reuters article cited in the suit reported that it had seen six emails sent or received by an Arconic sales manager in 2014 that raised questions about why the company supplied combustible cladding for use at Grenfell Tower.
“We did not supply other parts of this cladding system, including the insulation,” Arconic said in a statement responding to the Reuters report. “While we publish general usage guidelines, regulations and codes vary by country and need to be determined by the local building code experts.”
Samples of insulation from the tower and equivalent aluminum composite tiles sent by police for analysis have failed safety tests, according to the Metropolitan Police.

“Der komplette Artikel vom 21.8.99 (http://www.vancouversun.com/newsite/news/990821/2754619.html) Shareholders in Starnet, an Internet gambling provider, react with a massive selloff. Police raided Internet gambling and pornography provider Starnet Communications Inc. early Friday, alleging the publicly traded company was involved in illegal gambling, gaming, betting and distribution of prohibited pornography. The raid on the downtown Vancouver offices and the homes of six of its officers immediately triggered a massive panic sell-off of the company`s stock, resulting in the largest drop on U.S. markets of the day. The company had capital market of more than $1 billion before the raid. Starnet, which began as a distributor of Internet pornography and moved into the field of Internet-based gambling, had never made its business secret. It traded on the NASD-operated Over-The-Counter system in the United States, and its stock was so hot that it recently traded at a high of $26 US. The stock was a darling among small investors, although questions about the legality of on-line gambling has caused big Wall Street brokerages to stay away from such companies. Still, Starnet was positioning itself to get listed on NASDAQ. But all that came crashing down Friday, when more than 100 police officers from the RCMP, Coordinated Law Enforcement Unit, Vancouver Police, and other agencies descended upon Starnet`s offices at 425 Carrall Street in Vancouver. The raid was a culmination of an 18-month investigation into Starnet`s activities, including its Web-based gambling business and live Internet sex shows. Search warrant documents indicate the police believe Starnet was not only involved in illegal gambling and bet-taking, but also possession and distribution of obscene material and child pornography.”

“The 1983 Beirut barracks bombings were attacks that occurred on October 23, 1983, in Beirut, Lebanon, during the Lebanese Civil War when two truck bombs struck separate buildings housing Multinational Force in Lebanon (MNF) peacekeepers, specifically against United States and French service members, killing 241 U.S. and 58 French peacekeepers, 6 civilians, and the 2 suicide attackers. A group called ‘Islamic Jihad‘ claimed responsibility for the bombings and said that the bombings were aimed to get the MNF out of Lebanon. …. According to Eric Hammel in his history of the U.S. Marine landing force,
“The force of the explosion initially lifted the entire four-story structure, shearing the bases of the concrete support columns, each measuring fifteen feet in circumference and reinforced by numerous one-and-three-quarter-inch steel rods. The airborne building then fell in upon itself. A massive shock wave and ball of flaming gas was hurled in all directions.”
The explosive mechanism was a gas-enhanced device consisting of compressed butane in canisters employed with pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN) to create a fuel-air explosive. The bomb was carried on a layer of concrete covered with a slab of marble to direct the blast upward.Despite the lack of sophistication and wide availability of its component parts, a gas-enhanced device can be a lethal weapon. These devices were similar to fuel-air or thermobaric weapons, explaining the large blast and damage. An after-action forensic investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI) determined that the bomb was so powerful that it probably would have brought down the building even if the sentries had managed to stop the truck between the gate and the building.
Less than ten minutes later, a similar attack occurred against the barracks of the French 3rd Company of the 1st Parachute Chasseur Regiment, 6 km away in the Ramlet al Baida area of West Beirut. As the suicide bomber drove his pickup truck toward the “Drakkar” building, French paratroopers began shooting at the truck and its driver. It is believed that the driver was killed and the truck was immobilized and rolled to stop about fifteen yards from the building. A few moments passed before the truck exploded, bringing down the nine-story building and killing 58 French paratroopers. It is believed that this bomb was detonated by remote control and that, though similarly constructed, it was smaller than and slightly less than half as powerful as the one used against the Marines at the Beirut International Airport. Many of the paratroopers had gathered on their balconies moments earlier to see what was happening at the airport. It was France’s worst military loss since the end of the Algerian War in 1962.
“Robert William “Willy” Pickton (born October 24, 1949) of Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada, is a Canadian serial killer convicted in 2007 of the second-degree murders of six women. He attended UBC and was a member of Phi Delta Theta. He was also charged with the deaths of an additional 20 women, many of them from Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside; however, these charges were stayed by the Crown in 2010. In December 2007, he was sentenced to life in prison, with no possibility of parole for 25 years – the longest sentence then available for murder under Canadian law.”
“In 1996, the Pickton brothers established the Piggy’s Palace Good Times Society, a federally registered charity with an alleged mandate to raise funds for service organizations through special events such as dances and shows. Neighbours complained of rowdiness, drug use, drunkenness and noise from parties attended by as many as 1,700 people, including bikers and sex trade workers from the Downtown Eastside. In 2000, the City of Port Coquitlam shut Piggy’s Palace down.”

“SERCO: ‘The biggest company you’ve never heard of’
JULY 7, 2013 BY 21WIRE
21st Century Wire says…
As politicians asset-strip the public’s portfolio of properties, infrastructure and services, one multinational corporation has grown as a result – and its scope and reach may shock many people who have not been paying attention.
All around the globe, our governments are busy outsourcing public-sector services like health, education, police, prisons, money delivery and military – to the esteemed private sector. It’s sold to the public as a solution to avoiding higher taxes, while retaining better services. But it’s simply an accountancy shell game, where the government kicks the can down the road by spreading the bill to the taxpayer over a longer period of time, in order to avoid any large upfront payments – all the while, allowing a private corporation to extend its influence over society. This, by definition, is fascism.
They are called SERCO, and they run countries…

“The National Crime Squad co-ordinated arrests of suspected paedophiles across 19 separate countries on 28 November using information supplied by Demon Internet.
The Internet service provider was approached by the National Crime Squad and agreed to allow officers to access its servers. This led to the recovery of data showing the activity of nearly 1,500 newsgroups during a two-week period.
From this data, officers established that almost 10,000 Internet Protocol (IP) addresses had accessed more than 30 of the Web sites carrying paedophilia. For operational reasons this number was whittled down to just over 400 addresses of those specifically distributing paedophiliac images.
The information was then distributed via Interpol to the countries identified with the suspects, and evidence packs on each of the targets were distributed to the relevant police forces
Detective Superintendent Peter Spindler, leading the investigation for the National Crime Squad, said: “With the assistance of Demon Internet and the support and guidance of the National High-Tech Crime Unit, we are able to show that those accessing these newsgroups did so regularly and with purpose.
“We also learnt, not surprisingly, that those abusing the Internet have learnt from recent police successes how best to protect their true identities,” he added.
The National Crime Squad and Serco, its IT partner, have developed facial mapping software that they hope to use to identify the abused children featured on the paedophiliac sites.”
