From the Cloud Centric Crime Scene Investigators of Abel Danger

July 14, 2017

Dear Secretary Kelly

We ask you to accept Brief 34 from Field McConnell – United States Marine and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – on the rights-in-murder allegedly procured for Serco shareholders by N M Rothschild & Sons Limited (“Rothschild”) in a rights issue of March 2015 where new shareholders allegedly bought rights to use Serco Demon face recognition software embedded in federal bridge certification authority (FBCA) networks to track victim/perps through Bilderberg hotel chains and silence or intimidate witnesses to murder for hire.

McConnell believes that Serco – formerly RCA GB 1929 – shareholders used Demon software to track U.S. Commerce Secretary and ex-N.M. Rothschild banker Wilbur Ross through the Bilderberg meeting at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, Virginia, on June 1-4 2017 and to create a fake identity to authorize the detonation of an alleged mentor-protégé IED ammo bomb on the Lockheed Martin KC-130T military airplane which exploded at 20,000 feet above Greenwood in Mississippi on July 10, 2017 and killed everyone on board including members of the elite Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command.

Governor tells people not to take stuff from area around crash site

Itta Bena, Mississippi (CNN)The KC-130 aircraft that crashed in western Mississippi this week, killing all 16 troops on board, left two “large impact areas,” Marines Brig. Gen. Bradley James said Wednesday.

It’s not clear how far apart the sites are, but one lies about a half-mile north of US 82 and the other a half-mile south of the highway.

“Indications are something went wrong at cruise altitude,” the general said.

Search teams are still finding aircraft parts in the 5-mile debris field, Leflore County Sheriff Ricky Banks said. They found one of the plane’s engines Wednesday morning, he said. It wasn’t clear if the engine constituted one of the “impact areas.”

Also found was a parachute that had not been deployed, Banks said.

Andy Jones, a witness to Monday’s crash, said a trail of white smoke followed the plane as it spiraled toward a soybean field. It dropped below the tree line with a bang.
The plane appeared to be upside-down, a Marine Corps official says.

“At first it looked like an acrobatic plane, like a stunt plane, blowing the smoke out the back,” Jones said. “Then all of a sudden you realized that the smoke was coming off one of the sides of the wing.”

The military is in the recovery phase of the operation, James said. Next, it will work to preserve the impact sites before beginning an investigation, he said. The FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and other state and local agencies are assisting in the operation, he said. The National Transportation Safety Board will not participate, as the crash involved a military aircraft, spokesman Peter Knudsen said.

Because the plane was carrying weapons and small-arms ammunition, an ordnance disposal team is working in the area. Anyone removing items from the scene or near it could be criminally prosecuted, state Department of Public Safety Commissioner Marshall Fisher said.

“If the public hears an explosion — a small explosion, in that regard — there should be no need for alarm,” Fisher said.

On Thursday, Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant told people to turn over any items found within 5 miles of the crash site. Keeping anything could be a federal crime, he said.

He declared the site an emergency area and ordered flags in the state to fly at half staff on Friday.

Plane headed to California, Arizona

Jones called 911 after he heard the plane hit the ground, describing the final moments before the impact that killed a Navy hospital corpsman and all 15 Marines on board. There were bodies on the opposite side of US 82 from the main crash site, Jones told CNN.

Hercules: Tough, versatile

The C-130 family of planes is the longest continuously produced military aircraft.

Why it’s important: The Hercules can refuel other aircraft midflight. It can fly a small military force and heavy equipment around the world and land on short, unfinished airstrips. It’s also used for firefighting, search and rescue missions and the gathering of scientific data from dangerous storms.

How many have been made? Lockheed Martin Corp. has produced many variations of the C-130 since 1956. More than 2,500 have been delivered. It has logged 1.5 million flight hours.
— From CNN’s Thom Patterson

The crash site, near Itta Bena, is about 100 miles north of Jackson.

CNN aviation analyst Mary Schiavo said that given the two distinct impact points and that the debris is spread out over several miles, it leads her to believe the plane experienced a catastrophic event — perhaps an engine or propeller breaking off — that caused the plane to come apart midair.

“That means an in-flight breakup,” the former inspector general for the US Department of Transportation said. “That’s really rare.”

The plane disappeared from Federal Aviation Administration radar at 20,000 feet, about a mile below its flight ceiling, and plummeted uncontrolled to the ground, said a Marine Corps official familiar with the latest preliminary analysis.

Though there is no official conclusion about the cause of the crash and officials continue to review data, video of the aftermath indicates the crew made no attempt to land the plane, and the plane was upside down as it burned in the soybean field, the official said.

This means “there is a high probability” the plane experienced a catastrophe when it disappeared from radar, according to the official. It’s unclear if the ammunition on board played any role in the crash, the official said.

It was not clear if the plane was carrying a black box, but Marines spokesman Maj. Andrew Aranda said, “There are some components within the aircraft that record or store information that can be used to aid the investigation.”……………..

Families of the victims have been notified, and a list of victims should be released in coming days, said James, the brigadier general.

CNN’s Tristan Smith reported from Itta Bena, and Paul LeBlanc and Eliott C. McLaughlin wrote from Atlanta. CNN’s Martin Savidge, Jason Hanna, Jamiel Lynch and Barbara Starr contributed to this report.”

The Lockheed Martin KC-130 is the basic designation for a family of the extended-range tanker version of the C-130 Hercules transport aircraft modified for aerial refueling. The KC-130J is the latest variant operated by the United States Marine Corps, with 48 delivered out of 79 ordered. It replaced older KC-130F, KC-130R, and KC-130T variants, while one USMC reserve unit still operates 12 KC-130T aircraft.”

Bilderberg 2017: secret meeting of global leaders could prove a problem for Trump

The annual gathering of government and industry elites will include a ‘progress report’ on the Trump administration. Will it get a passing grade?

Several members of Donald Trump’s administration are headed to the Bilderberg conference, which will include a ‘progress report’ on the White House.

The storm around Donald Trump is about to shift a few miles west of the White House, to a conference centre in Chantilly, Virginia, where the embattled president will be getting his end-of-term grades from the people whose opinion really matters: Bilderberg.

The secretive three-day summit of the political and economic elite kicks off on Thursday in heavily guarded seclusion at the Westfields Marriott, a luxury hotel a short distance from the Oval Office. The hotel was already on lockdown on Wednesday, and an army of landscapers have been busy planting fir trees around the perimeter, to protect coy billionaires and bashful bank bosses from any prying lenses.

Perched ominously at the top of the conference agenda this year are these words: “The Trump administration: a progress report.” Is the president going to be put in detention for tweeting in class? Held back a year? Or told to empty his locker and leave? If ever there’s a place where a president could hear the words “you’re fired!”, it’s Bilderberg.

The White House is taking no chances, sending along some big hitters from Team Trump to defend their boss: the national security adviser, HR McMaster; the commerce secretary, Wilbur Ross; and Trump’s new strategist, Chris Liddell. Could the president himself show up to receive his report card in person?”

Serco also integrated voice, video teleconferencing capabilities and situational awareness displays, along with the VDI, into the facility’s network distribution system across multiple networks. The result is an integrated IP-based total capability that is centrally managed and consistent across all platforms. Serco also implemented Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN), completed a structured fiber optic and Category 6 cabling system, and participated in the construction design working group to ensure supporting systems (e.g. Power and HVAC) were able to support the 24 AF’s IT needs.”

Valerie Jarrett tells graduates she looks into everything someone does online before hiring Commencement season is once again upon us, which means graduates will once again be treated to a never-ending stream of platitudes about their ability to change the world. While delivering the commencement address at Pomona College – a liberal arts institution in Claremont, California – President Obama’s senior advisor Valerie Jarrett took a slightly different approach – focusing primarily on the President’s work to close the so-called “pay gap” between men and women. But she also made an unintentionally eerie joke about privacy – or the lack thereof. Check out Jarrett’s remarks below (applicable video begins around 17:25): JARRETT: But also remember that before I hire anybody, I always check out everything that they’ve been doing online, and believe me, we have ways of finding out everything you’ve been doing online. (Laughing) JARRETT: All right. So that was actually funnier than I intended it to be. “Isn’t that chilling,” Pat asked on radio this morning. “They don’t care. She didn’t even intend it to be a funny line. She was just stating a fact that you won’t believe the methods we have to find out about you online. I do believe it.” While Stu admitted that it would be foolish for anyone to assume employers are not looking at potential hires’ public social media accounts and other online activity, Jarrett seemed to be implying she has access to private information. “I don’t think she was being funny,” Stu said. “Look, you’re an idiot if you don’t think your employers are looking over your publicly available Facebook and Twitter – anything that they can find. “She was talking about non-publicly available [information],” Pat clarified. “She always checks out everything they’ve been doing online, and I do believe that [she has] amazing ways of finding out… I don’t think our kids have any concept of what they’re doing with their lives with Twitter and with Facebook and Instagram and Pinterest and all these things they’re doing. They don’t have any idea how badly this is going to come back to bite them.”

In espionage parlance, a cut-out is a mutually trusted intermediary, method or channel of communication that facilitates the exchange of information between agents. Cutouts usually know only the source and destination of the information to be transmitted, not the identities of any other persons involved in the espionage process (need to know basis). Thus, a captured cutout cannot be used to identify members of an espionage cell.

Some computer protocols, like Tor, use the equivalent of cutout nodes in their communications networks. The use of multiple layers of encryption usually stops nodes on such networks from knowing the ultimate sender or receiver of the data.

In computer networking, darknets have some cut out functionality. Darknets are distinct from other distributed peer-to-peer (P2P) networks as sharing is anonymous (IP addresses are not publicly shared and nodes often forward traffic to other nodes). Thus, with a darknet, users can communicate with little fear of governmental or corporate interference.[1] Darknets are thus often associated with dissident political communications as well as various illegal activities.”

Ross was raised as a Democrat.[28] He served under U.S. President Bill Clinton on the board of the U.S.-Russia Investment Fund. Later, under New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Ross served as the Mayor’s privatization advisor.[29] In January 1998 he put $2.25 million in seed money into the campaign of his then-wife, Betsy McCaughey Ross, who was seeking the Democratic nomination for Governor of New York.[28] Although he was an early supporter of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, Ross was previously a registered Democrat, served as an officer of the New York State Democratic Party, and held fundraisers for Democratic candidates at his apartment in New York City. Since at least 2011, Ross has been donating to Republican candidates and organizations. He became a registered Republican in November 2016.[30]”

U.S. security officials have stripped down an entire floor of a Brisbane hotel and removed furniture to prevent President Barack Obama being spied on during his stay for the G20 summit this weekend.

Mr Obama’s security agents ordered beds, mirrors and bedding be removed from rooms surrounding the suite where the President will stay at the five-star Marriott Hotel in Queensland’s capital city, the Courier-Mail reported.

The floor will be checked for bugs before Mr Obama arrives on Saturday, to ensure he can make secure phone calls and conduct meetings.”

The FBI’s largest ever blow to child porn and the Deep Web, and its possible ripple effects
By Graham Templeton on August 5, 2013 at 8:45 am

This week, something momentous occurred: the FBI and Irish police collaborated to arrest the alleged owner of Freedom Hosting, one of the largest Deep Web hosts in the world. We’ll get to precisely what that means in a moment, but the practical upshot is this: by some estimates, taking down Freedom Host has removed the majority of all child pornography online. Actually, it seems to have downed the majority of the Tor Network as a whole, which has far-reaching consequences that extend well beyond illegal pornography. This is a fundamental blow to a section of the online world which is at leastseveral times larger than the web itself. But let’s begin by explaining some of the history and terminology involved.

Onion routing is, like the internet itself, the brainchild of the US military’s advanced research arm. Originally patented by the US Navy in 1998, the technology [now in Serco custody at the USPTO!] is designed to make online communication untraceable and perfectly anonymous. Named for the layered structure it creates, onion routing passes every transmission through a series of intermediary computers between source and destination. This means that it is both very slow and theoretically secure for both server and user. The technology was initially useless to civilians since its very premise requires access to computers all over the world, but in 2002 a free, open solution appeared: the Tor Network.”

The National Crime Squad co-ordinated arrests of suspected paedophiles across 19 separate countries on 28 November using information supplied by Demon Internet.

The Internet service provider was approached by the National Crime Squad and agreed to allow officers to access its servers. This led to the recovery of data showing the activity of nearly 1,500 newsgroups during a two-week period.

From this data, officers established that almost 10,000 Internet Protocol (IP) addresses had accessed more than 30 of the Web sites carrying paedophilia. For operational reasons this number was whittled down to just over 400 addresses of those specifically distributing paedophiliac images.

The information was then distributed via Interpol to the countries identified with the suspects, and evidence packs on each of the targets were distributed to the relevant police forces

Detective Superintendent Peter Spindler, leading the investigation for the National Crime Squad, said: “With the assistance of Demon Internet and the support and guidance of the National High-Tech Crime Unit, we are able to show that those accessing these newsgroups did so regularly and with purpose.

“We also learnt, not surprisingly, that those abusing the Internet have learnt from recent police successes how best to protect their true identities,” he added.

The National Crime Squad and Serco, its IT partner, have developed facial mapping software that they hope to use to identify the abused children featured on the paedophiliac sites.”

SERCO: ‘The biggest company you’ve never heard of’

JULY 7, 2013 BY 21WIRE

21st Century Wire says…

As politicians asset-strip the public’s portfolio of properties, infrastructure and services, one multinational corporation has grown as a result – and its scope and reach may shock many people who have not been paying attention.

All around the globe, our governments are busy outsourcing public-sector services like health, education, police, prisons, money delivery and military – to the esteemed private sector. It’s sold to the public as a solution to avoiding higher taxes, while retaining better services. But it’s simply an accountancy shell game, where the government kicks the can down the road by spreading the bill to the taxpayer over a longer period of time, in order to avoid any large upfront payments – all the while, allowing a private corporation to extend its influence over society. This, by definition, is fascism.

They are called SERCO, and they run countries…
