Kelly 287: Serco’s Marine Corps AWACS Horsemen, Lutnick’s MH Boeing Wagers, Con Air Dum Dum SES Buck
General John F. Kelly
White House Chief of Staff
Washington, D.C. 20528
Open letter from the Cloud Centric Crime Scene Investigators of Abel Danger
June 1, 2018
Dear General Kelly:
Please accept Brief 287 from Field McConnell – United States Marine Corps whistle-blower and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – wherein he and his research team at Abel Danger are developing remedies for injured communities to launch crowd-funded docudramas and class-action lawsuits in re wrongful deaths where, for example, Serco and its investment bankers N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd., have allegedly been staging ‘Four Horsemen’ attacks with fraudulently-patented ‘Con Air’, ‘Lutnick’, ‘Dum Dum’ and ‘Boeing’ devices on AWACS-selected targets including the Marine Corps helicopters collided off Oahu’s North Shore, in Hawaii on January 14, 2016; WTC1 & 2 (North & South Towers) in New York City on 9/11, and the Boeing 777ER aircraft of MH Flights 370 & 17 lost in 2014.
AD believes that N M Rothschild hosted a meeting of Serco shareholders on the 47th Floor of the WTC North Tower to witness a Four Horsemen attack on 9/11; allegedly scripted by the late General Alexander Haig and allegedly deploying devices such as Southwest Research Institute’s (SwRI) Interactive training system for AWACS weapons directors US6053736A and Howard Lutnick’s Real-time interactive wagering on event outcomes CA 2460367 A where bettors allegedly used Jerome H. Lemelson’s Prisoner tracking and warning system and corresponding methods US6054928A to monitor SWAT teams equipped with weapons such as Darrel [Dum Dum] Rubin’s Biological active bullets, systems, and methods US9200877B1 or Lockheed Martin Rocket-Boosted Guided Hard Target Penetrator US 6276277 B1 as they moved into the various 9/11 crime scenes before insiders began betting on body counts or times of victim deaths.

(AP Photo/David Handschuh, Pool)
AD believes that beginning in 1999, Serco agents infiltrated the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA with Digital Fires Instructors who allegedly trained Marines in “the use of information derived from all military disciplines (e.g., aviation, ground combat, command and control, combat service support, intelligence, and opposing forces) to determine changes in enemy capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action” and allegedly tricked them into switching SwRI’s Interactive training system for AWACS weapons directors US6053736A from simulation mode in The Joint Unconventional Threat Continuity Training of the Global Guardian and Vigilant Guardian exercises of 10-12 September 2001 into The Live Fire Terrorist Hijacking Scenario mode which killed nearly 3,000 victims in NYC on 9/11.
AD believes that Serco and Rothschild proceeded with a live-fire attack on 9/11 to intimidate the Bush administration and ensure it would not use the Intellectual Property and Communications Omnibus Reform Act of 1999 (the “Act”) to prevent Serco clients and shareholders from extending patent terms, adding a first inventor defense to patent infringement claims, allowing for increased third-party participation in re-examination proceedings and maintaining direct or indirect control of the US Patent and Trademark Office which allegedly dates back to 1811 when N M Rothschild was founded in the City of London and John Hall applied for a patent on a new breech-loading rifle in the United States and the Anglo-American Superintendent of the Patent Office Dr. William Thornton refused to issue the patent unless his (Thornton’s) name was added.
AD believes the late chemist, biologist and bomb-disposal expert Victor Rothschild, a former chairman of the Royal Commission on Gambling and N M Rothschild (the investment banker for Serco, Queen Elizabeth II and U.S. President Donald Trump!), ordered the late U.S. President John F. Kennedy’s assassination after hearing his address to the American Newspaper Publishers Association at a dinner held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City on 27 April 1961 when Rothschild’s associates may have thought Kennedy was about to expose a secret society of oath takers with insider access to Serco‘s (formerly RCA GB 1929) apocalyptic patented devices and a timeline for death by patent which the reader may find stretches back to the 19th Century.
Dum Dum November 22, 1963 – President Kennedy appears to have been shot in Dealey Plaza, Dallas on November 22, 1963 with a bullet allegedly derived from the Dum Dum bullet patented in 1897 by Captain Bertie-Clay of the Indian ammunition works at the town of Dum Dum in India and allegedly refined by the late Victor Rothschild as subsequently described in Darrel Rubin’s Biological active bullets, systems, and methods US9200877B1.
Con Air 1983 to 2002 – Charter members of the U.S. Senior Executive Service (SES) including Oliver ‘Buck’ Revell, former Marine Corps helicopter pilot flying Boeing Vertol CH-46 Sea Knight in the Vietnam war and a former (SES-6) FBI Director deputy in charge of Criminal Investigative, Counter-Terrorism and Counter-Intelligence activities and Field McConnell’s sister Kristine Marcy, former Senior Counsel for the U.S. Marshals Service, allegedly established a DOJ ‘Con Air’ SWAT team and murder-for-hire network using Serco‘s air traffic control staff and Jerome H. Lemelson’s Prisoner tracking and warning system and corresponding methods US6054928A to track SES oath takers at a B.C. pig farm where up to 100 predominantly-First Nations prostitutes were shot with derivatives of the Dum Dum bullet between 1983 and 2002.
Boeing 21 December 1988 – Serco, preferred supplier of C4I and radio equipment to Boeing, and Kristine Marcy’s SES colleagues allegedly used Boeing’s Intervention flight management system to warn Oliver Buck Revell to pull his son and daughter-in-law off the tarmac just before Pan Am Flight 103 took off from London’s Heathrow airport at 18:25 hours on 21 December 1988 and inject a detonation signal through the Ford Motor Co.’s Radio beacon US1937876A into a bomb on the plane as it passed the Dean Cross beacon to deliver a body count of 243 passengers + 16 crew + 11 people on the ground in Lockerbie, Scotland just after 19:02:50.
Con Air April 19, 1995 – SES associates apparently equipped Con Air SWAT team leader, Timothy McVeigh, with Lemelson’s Prisoner tracking and warning system for the mission which killed at least 168 people including 19 children in the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on April 19, 1995 where “Con Air” Marcy allegedly sent McVeigh to be executed by lethal injection – perhaps using penetrator technology described in China’s Injection death execution vehicle CN2519750Y – on June 11, 2001 at the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute, Indiana to ensure one less prospective whistleblower for producers of the first live-broadcast mass snuff film planned for 9/11.
Boeing April 3, 1996 – Serco and Kristine Marcy’s SES colleagues allegedly used Boeing’s Intervention flight management system to inject phony navigation signals into a modified United States Air Force Boeing CT-43A (Flight IFO-21) on a crash approach to Dubrovnik, Croatia on April 3, 1996, and used a Con Air SWAT team to put a Dum Dum bullet into the head of United States Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown whose office was burgled the following day by the former Commerce Department general counsel, Ira Sockowitz, who allegedly transferred details of all the patented technologies needed to hack the enemies of JFK’s secret society and destroy its financial, military and legislative assets on 9/11, into the ultimate custody of SES officers of the U.S. Small Business Administration and accelerated loan guarantee (liquidation) program.
Dum Dum December 26, 1996 – SES associates apparently issued Taser International’s Hand-held stun gun for incapacitating a human target US6636412B2 to the Con Air SWAT team which delivered a ransom note signed S.B.T.C (Small Business Torture Club?) to John Benett Ramsey in his Boulder Colorado home on December 26, 1996 where the note asked for $118,000 (equal to his Christmas bonus from the Lockheed Martin board of directors) in return for the safe return of his already-dead and cruelly-tortured daughter, the late JonBenet Ramsey.
Con Air 1993 through 911– SES associates apparently equipped Con Air SWAT teams, Oliver Buck Revell and the UK’s National Crime Squad (NCS) with the US Air Force’s Autonomous face recognition machine US5012522A and QinetiQ North America Inc’s Social Engineering Protection Appliance US9123027B2 so they can blackmail and extort witnesses into filtering physical truth (actus reus) from crime scene investigations and “Fakebook” profiles which might otherwise their roles in the Dum Dum murders of Vince Foster, former Deputy White House Counsel on July 29, 1993 and John O’Neill, former head of security at the World Trade Center on 9/11.
Boeing September 11, 2001 – Marcy’s SES agents apparently used Con Air SWAT teams, Boeing’s Encryption for asymmetric data links US7023996B2 on 911 and Southwest Research Institute’s (SwRI) Interactive training system for AWACS weapons directors US6053736A to guide a Lockheed Martin Rocket-Boosted Guided Hard Target Penetrator US 6276277 B1 into the North Tower.
Boeing September 11, 2001 – Marcy’s SES agents apparently used a Con Air SWAT team and Boeing Encryption and Motorola’s Dynamic encryption key selection for encrypted radio transmissions US5222137A in continuation frauds with Serco and QinetiQ operatives to hack a multichannel device held by the late FDNY Chief of Department Peter James Ganci Jr.; ignite WTC elevator-shaft incendiaries embedded in Arconic’s Double sheet aluminum panel .. US 20160096343 A1 with Qinetiq Explosive Device US20060243151A1 and conceal the ambush demolitions of WTC1 & 2 which, inter alia, killed 343 members of the Fire Department of New York.
Boeing March and July 2014 – Oliver ‘Buck’ Revell’s SES associates apparently injected navigation data through Boeing’s Encryption for asymmetric data links US7023996B2 and SwRI’s Interactive training system for AWACS weapons directors US6053736A to conceal the alleged skyjacking of the Boeing 777-200ER of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 (MH370) on 8 March 2014 while flying from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysia, to Beijing Capital International Airport in China and the Boeing 777-200ER of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 (MH17) while from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur on 17 July 2014 about 50 km (31 mi) from the Ukraine–Russia border to crash near Hrabove in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine, 40 km (25 mi) from the border.
Con Air Lutnick Dum Dum Boeing October 1, 2017 – An apparent helicopter-borne Con Air Dum Dum SWAT team shot into the crowd at the Route 91 Harvest festival while Rothschild agents allegedly used Howard W. Lutnick’s (Original Assignee CFPH LLC) System and method for convenience gaming US8696443B2 and Boeing’s Encryption for asymmetric data links US7023996B2 to conceal betting on the body counts.
With this the 287th Kelly public briefing, we have shown why the Trump Administration must purge associates of N M Rothschild, Serco shareholders and the U.S. Senior Executive Service from contracts with America particularly those related to their deployment of ‘Four Horsemen’ SWAT teams to extort silence from patentees or witnesses to what are in essence dead-pool killing-field missions which expose Serco shareholders to massive claims for wrongful deaths.
Abel Danger will help injured communities to develop remedies with crowd-funded docudrama film productions and class-action law suits so that while claims for wrongful deaths appear in courts of public opinion, scripts for physical acts causing deaths (actus reus) associated with the negligent, reckless, wilful, fraudulent and/or the covert use of patented devices can be published on the AD website without attempting to prove mental intent to murder (mens rea).

“MH370 was ‘shot down by the US military’, former Proteus Airlines CEO claims
Marc Dugain said it may have been hijacked and flown towards Diego Garcia
by Lizzie Dearden
Monday 22 December 2014 11:06 GMT
A French former airline director has claimed that the US military may have shot down Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 and covered it up.
Marc Dugain, who headed Proteus Airlines and is an established author, speculated that the Americans may have targeted the aircraft because they feared a September 11-style attack on a military base in the Indian Ocean.
In an article for French magazine Paris Match, he claimed that the Boeing 777 crashed nowhere near where international search teams have been combing the ocean for wreckage, but near an American military base in the British territory of Diego Garcia.
“It’s an extremely powerful military base. It’s surprising that the Americans have lost all trace of this aircraft. Without getting into conspiracy theories, it is a possibility that the Americans stopped this plane,” he told France Inter, according to a translation by The Local.
Mr Dugain asked how “in our technological world” a 63 metre-long object could disappear without a trace, suggesting there must have been a deliberate effort to hide evidence.
The atoll, almost 3,000 miles north-west of Australia, has been used as a significant US military base since the 1970s and is currently home to 1,700 military personnel.
Many conspiracy theories about Diego Garcia have been aired since the disappearance of MH370 but the US government has repeatedly denied that the plane came anywhere near it.
Mr Dugain cited witnesses in the Maldives as evidence, who reportedly told him they had seen a “huge plane flying at a really low altitude” towards the island bearing the Malaysia Airlines colours.
Shortly after the aircraft’s disappearance on 8 March, with 239 people from 15 countries on board, local media in the Maldives reported that an object believed to be a fire extinguisher from the plane had washed up on a beach in Baarah. The find was never confirmed.
Mr Dugain argued that the MH370 may have been remotely hijacked by hackers and steered towards Diego Garcia, which is far from its planned flight path from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.
To explain the absence of electronic communication as the plane disappeared from radar, he said a fire could have forced the crew to turn off all devices, without damaging the plane’s exterior.
The official report on MH370 said its passengers most probably died from suffocation as the cabin ran out of oxygen, leaving it to continue on auto-pilot until it ran out of fuel and plunged into the ocean.
No new evidence from within the Boeing 777 has emerged, leaving the Australian Transport Safety Board to compare the flight with previous disasters to draw their conclusion.
Mr Dugain claimed he had been warned by a British intelligence officer of taking “risks” by looking into the fate of MH370.
“Someone knows,” he added.
The head of Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, is among those who have echoed Mr Dugain’s questions about the availability of evidence.
Sir Tim Clark revealed his doubts in October, saying he did not believe “that the information held by some is on the table”, and that his electronic engineers believe that even with communication systems switched off, the plane would still be traceable.
Countless conspiracy theories have been floated in the nine months since MH370’s disappearance, with several claiming it was shot down either deliberately or by mistake during military exercises.
Others claim it may have flown in the “shadow” of another plane to conceal itself or was downed in a pilot suicide, life insurance scam or botched hijacking.
“The 2016 United States Marine Corps helicopter collision occurred in the late evening hours of January 14, 2016, when two Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion helicopters of the United States Marine Corps reportedly collided over the Pacific Ocean, off Oahu’s North Shore, in Hawaii. Each helicopter had six U.S. Marines aboard. A search and rescue operation was undertaken, and a debris field from the two craft was located. On January 20, the twelve crew members were declared deceased.”
“Significant Changes in U.S. Patent Laws Intellectual Property Update 2000 By John T. McNelis ( firstname.lastname@example.org) .. On November 29, 1999 President Clinton signed the Intellectual Property and Communications Omnibus Reform Act of 1999 (the “Act”). The Act significantly modified the patent laws of the United States by (1) mandating publication of certain applications, (2) expanding the number of situations in which a patent term is extended, (3) adding a first inventor defense to patent infringement claims for methods of doing and conducting business, and (4) allowing for increased third party participation in reexamination proceedings. Some of these modifications become effective for applications filed on or after November 29, 2000 while some of these modifications are already effective. This article summarizes these modifications and identifies some factors that should be accounted for when forming a strategic patent plan. I. 18 Month Publication of Some Patent Applications A common complaint of the patent system in the United States is that, because pending applications are not available to the public, a company that introduces a product or develops a technology may discover several years later that another company’s patent was pending at the time of such a product introduction which may result in an expensive redesign or payment of a licensing fee to the patentee.”

“THURSDAY, 12 AUGUST 2010 ‘Let’s Get Rid of This Goddamn Sim’: How NORAD Radar Screens Displayed False Tracks All Through the 9/11 Attacks
Military personnel responsible for defending U.S. airspace had false tracks displayed on their radar screens throughout the entire duration of the 9/11 attacks, as part of the simulation for a training exercise being conducted that day. Technicians at NORAD’s Northeast Air Defense Sector (NEADS) were still receiving the simulated radar information around the time the third attack, on the Pentagon, took place. Those at NORAD’s operations center in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado, were still receiving it several minutes after United Airlines Flight 93 apparently crashed in rural Pennsylvania.
No one has investigated why false tracks continued being injected onto NORAD radar screens long after the U.S. military was alerted to the real-world crisis taking place that morning. And yet we surely need to know more about these simulated “inputs” and what effect they had on the military’s ability to respond to the 9/11 attacks.”
“Training & Certification Trusted Training Agent for ATC
Serco is the only non-governmental entity that has been authorized to certify air traffic control specialists by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), a specialized agency of the United Nations.
We have developed advanced training techniques for air traffic control that lead to accelerated learning and have a global safety culture rooted in 60-years of experience.
Next Generation Aviation Simulation
Serco was recently awarded the “Technology Implementation of the Year 2013” at the Aviation Business Awards for the implementation of a tower simulator at the Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai.
This tower simulator, which is the largest in the world, was designed by Serco and advanced the state-of-the-art in ATC training. The system integrates genuine controller instruments to create a “live” operational environment that includes communications systems, radar displays and airfield lighting.
The simulator, which can be configured to mimic any airport in the world, enables Dubai to learn from and integrate best practices developed at other leading airports. By simulating new procedures and technologies in a highly realistic environment, air traffic controllers avoid any disruptions and fully adjust to changes before they are adopted.
This is just one more way Serco helps our clients to world-class safety and efficiency.”
“NORAD’s Coincidental Exercises on 9/11
Posted on July 30, 2017
by Kevin Ryan
In 2004, U.S. Air Force General Richard Myers responded to a pointed question on the subject of military exercises, or war games, practiced prior to September 11th 2001. Myers reported that the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) had practiced “five exercise hijack events” between November 1999 and October 2000, all of which “included a suicide crash into a high value target.” Records released since that time show that NORAD had practiced 28 hijack exercise events in the 20 months leading up to 9/11. At least six of these were focused on hijackings located entirely within the Unites States, putting to rest the excuse that NORAD was only looking for threats coming from outside of U.S. borders.
One of these exercises, Vigilant Guardian in October 2000, practiced the interception of an airliner hijacked for a suicide attack against the 39-story United Nations building in New York City, just a few blocks from the World Trade Center. Another air defense exercise, called Amalgam Virgo and practiced just three months before 9/11, was accompanied by a planning document that had a picture of Osama bin Laden on the cover.
Many of the war games that were occurring on the day of 9/11 were under the sponsorship of Ralph Eberhart, commander in chief (CINC) of NORAD. Eberhart was in command of the war games that had the greatest impact on the nation’s air defenses and has therefore been named as a suspect in the crimes. Of course, he had help.
NORAD is divided into several large areas that cover the U.S. and Canada, one of which is the region of the continental U.S. called CONR, headed on 9/11 by General Larry Arnold. Within CONR there are three sectors. The 9/11 attacks took place in the airspace monitored by CONR’s Northeast Air Defense Sector (NEADS). Personnel at NEADS were therefore primarily responsible for trying to coordinate the NORAD response to the hijackings.
At NEADS, Colonel Robert Marr was in charge. Marr had been in the U.S. Air Force for over 20 years until 1994, at which time he spent a few months in Saudi Arabia as “director of combat operations.”1 He then left the military to work two years for a private company called Phoenix Air. Perhaps coincidentally, Phoenix Air provided aircraft for the Amalgam Virgo exercises.
Investigator Daniel Hopsicker suggested that Phoenix Air was associated with Huffman Aviation where the alleged 9/11 hijackers had trained.2 Regardless, it is clear that Phoenix Air works for the U.S. deep state. The company has been hired to fly prisoners for the rendition program, was the first to get drone contracts, and enjoyed a unique position flying patients during the ebola scare. More relevant to 9/11 are its abilities to “provide realistic electronic attack (EA) electronic countermeasures (ECM)” and “radar and communications jamming.”
After his stint at Phoenix Air, Marr returned to the military as the exercise coordinator at NEADS. By 9/11, he had risen to the position of commander of the facility.
NORAD planners stated that several exercises were fully or mostly planned as of 9/11. These included Vigilant Guardian and Vigilant Overview, both command post exercises (CPX), and Amalgam Virgo and Amalgam Warrior, which were field training (or FTX) exercises. All four of these exercises were sponsored by CINCNORAD Eberhart.
It is clear that at least one of these planned exercises, Vigilant Guardian, was actually being conducted on 9/11. Additionally, another war game called Apollo Guardian was running on 9/11. This was an exercise conducted by the U.S. Space Command, an agency also being run by Eberhart.
FTX exercises are sometimes what are referred to as SPADEs. The NORAD exercise planners clarified that this means “a track is taken out of radar coverage and then re-introduced as an unknown track.” This exercise feature is interesting given that Flight 77 was lost on radar for a period of time on 9/11 and then reappeared in a way that has not yet been explained.
Amalgam Virgo 02 was a modification of Twin Star, a live-fly joint FAA/NORAD exercise conducted in 1995. Twin Star was described by NORAD exercise manager Major Paul Goddard, who said the plan was to have interceptor jets scramble and escort a hijacked airliner. During the actual exercise, “the fighters never got off on the appropriate heading, and it took them forever to catch up.”
It seems worthwhile to consider that Amalgam Virgo 02, which was reportedly in the final planning stages as of 9/11, might actually have been in play that morning. One reason to consider this is that, on 9/11, the interceptor jets “never got off on the appropriate heading, and it took them forever to catch up.” Another reason is that 9/11 Commissioner Richard Ben-Veniste showed considerable interest in Amalgam Virgo 02, as did the 9/11 Commission staff in its request for documents.
According to Ben-Veniste, this was a case in which “NORAD had already in the works plans to simulate in an exercise a simultaneous hijacking of two planes in the United States.” The plan for Amalgam Virgo 02 was therefore similar to the 9/11 attacks, with multiple, simultaneous hijackings.
Another large-scale exercise being conducted on 9/11 was Global Guardian, a joint nuclear war simulation run by the U.S. Strategic Command (Stratcom) in conjunction with NORAD. This was essentially a practice for Armageddon that involved live nuclear bombs and at least three airborne command and control airliners called E-4Bs.2 The E-4B that was seen circling the White House during the 9/11 attacks might have been part of this exercise.
The 9/11 Commission did not mention most of these exercises in its report. To the contrary, the report mentioned only Vigilant Guardian and then only once, in a deceptively stated footnote that said “On 9/11, NORAD was scheduled to conduct a military exercise, Vigilant Guardian, which postulated a bomber attack from the Soviet Union.”3 This statement is false in several ways, not the least of which is that NORAD was involved in multiple exercises on 9/11. And Vigilant Guardian was not simply an exercise involving one bomber from the former Soviet Union.
Vigilant Guardian 01 (VG) had been in play for several days as of 9/11. On September 9, it included a scenario in which terrorists hijacked an airliner and planned to attack New York City. The exercise presented a number of other scenarios based around airliner hijackings and, in one of these, the fictitious terrorists threatened to “Rain Terror from the Skies.”
According to the VG planning documents, the 9/11 exercise was to be conducted “sim over live,” meaning the simulated hijackings were to be inserted into the live air control system. This was repeated in the instructions— “Ensure all tracks of interest (sim or live) are input on the live chart.” Furthermore, the VG plan was that “All expansions will be Real World.” Although frequently misunderstood, the term “Real World” does not refer to an actual hijacking, it refers to the use of real aircraft in live-fly exercises.
Due to these confusing circumstances, NEADS staff confused the actual hijackings on 9/11 with the exercises. As researcher Matthew Everett explained, “What is remarkable is that at a time when it should have been obvious to them that the U.S. was in the middle of a major terrorist attack, these key personnel [at NEADS] were uncertain whether what was happening was real or simulated.” The confusion caused much more than a “30 second” problem as Eberhart suggested, because NEADS personnel thought the exercises were continuing well after the attacks.
On 9/11, VG was scheduled to include a simulated hijacking at 9:40 a.m., within an hour of when Flight 11 struck the WTC. When they first learned that Flight 11 was hijacked, NEADS staff noted that the “exercise” appeared to be starting an hour early that morning. The evidence indicates that everyone at NEADS, ostensibly including Colonel Marr, thought the actual hijackings were exercises. They even joked about it. That might have been due to the VG plan stating that the NEADS building where Colonel Marr and company were located was a planned “exercise play area” and everyone there, knowingly or not, was “subject to exercise play.”
NEADS radar scopes were displaying simulated information at least until the time of the Pentagon attack. The same problem was going on at Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center (CMOC), another exercise play area, with radar screens showing false tracks as late as 10:12. In fact, personnel at CMOC called NEADs in an attempt to stop the exercise inputs. Because those inputs did not stop, it appeared that someone wanted the NEADS and CMOC radar scopes to continue showing false information until after the four hijacked planes had been destroyed.
NORAD exercise manager Ken Merchant added that the NMCC, located at the Pentagon, regularly participated in NORAD exercises by interjecting emergency action messages (EAMs). On 9/11, the performance of the NMCC, which plays a critical role in establishing the military chain of command and communicating orders, was remarkably poor. Officers there lacked any sense of urgency and were completely ineffective with regard to communications.
The disruptive effect of the ongoing NORAD exercises that morning continued until after all the hijacked planes had crashed. One military newspaper said VG continued until 30 minutes after attacks. Similarly, Global Guardian was “formally terminated” at 10:44 a.m. but certain actions taken after that time, including that the CMOC’s blast doors were closed (a needless action in response to hijacked airliners), suggested that the exercise continued.
More investigation is needed into the planning and effects of the war games being conducted on 9/11. The role of Colonel Robert Marr, for example, and his former employer Phoenix Air, should be examined much more closely. Additionally, the possibility that Amalgam Virgo 02, a planned exercise that mimicked the sequence of events on 9/11, should be considered.

“Upon the abolition of the board in 1802, President Jefferson appointed Thornton the first Superintendent of the Patent Office. When Washington was burned by the British in 1814, Thornton convinced them not to burn the Patent Office because of its importance to mankind. He held the position from June 1, 1802 until his death in 1828 in Washington, DC. During his tenure, he introduced innovations including the patent reissue practice, which survives to this day.
Some of Thornton’s reputation as an inventor is due to abuse of his position in the Patent Office. His improvements to John Fitch’s 1788 steamboat are patented but didn’t work. When John Hall applied for a patent on a new breech-loading rifle in 1811, Thornton claimed he had also invented it. As proof, he showed Hall a Ferguson rifle, a British gun dating from 1776, refusing to issue the patent unless it was in his name as well as Hall’s name. ”

“INSIDE GAMING: $5.5 million fine keeps CG alive
By HOWARD STUTZ LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL
January 22, 2014 – 11:36 am
There is a reason officials from CG Technology (formerly Cantor Gaming) said they were “glad to have reached a resolution” with Nevada gaming regulators and will pay the largest fine ever leveled against a casino or affiliated company.
The Las Vegas-based bookmaker — a subsidiary of Wall Street financial giant Cantor Fitzgerald LP — faced a potential death sentence by the state Gaming Control Board.
That prospect gave CG/Cantor’s leadership a “Sophie’s Choice” quandary.
Instead of watching a decadelong, billion-dollar investment go down the drain, CG Technology CEO Lee Amaitis and Cantor Fitzgerald Chairman Howard Lutnick accepted the stipulated agreement to the 18-count complaint, which included the $5.5 million fine.
The deal amounted to a plea of “nolo contendere” on the four most egregious charges. Gaming regulators said CG/Cantor leadership should have known the company’s top race and sports book official was also an agent for an illegal betting operation and had accepted almost $35 million in illegal wagers.
CG/Cantor admitted guilt to the other 14 counts.
The settlement requires approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission at a public hearing Thursday. The five commissioners may also exact their own pound of flesh from the company.
By the time a deal was hashed out more than a week ago, CG was humbled.
The company, coincidentally, changed its name from Cantor Gaming on the same day the control board handed down the complaint. It took a week for the settlement to be finalized as lawyers argued over language.
CG/Cantor Gaming reportedly still faces a federal investigation over potential illegal wagering activities, so the settlement with Nevada needed to be crafted in a way to avoid the all-out admittance of guilt.”

Subject: “Con-Air” in 1/6 San Diego Union Tribune [news article]
A correspondent passed this 1/6 article on to us. He adds:
“The article in the hard-copy paper has a couple of pictures to go with the story (no pix on-line). One picture shows the shoulder patch on the aircrew uniforms, another shows prisoners lined up about to board a Convair 580. The paint job on the plane looked like INS or maybe US Marshals Service, it was a green stripe with an eagle forward of the door.”
The article is relevant here because of recent discussion of Con-Air flights using the “Janet” company name.
You won’t need a reservation on this airline — no matter how many travelers flood the airport.
Don’t worry about traffic or parking. Shuttles are provided. And the price is right — you fly for free.
But think carefully before you step aboard. This is ConAir, and all the passengers are federal prisoners.
“We don’t serve mixed drinks,” said Thomas Little, chief of air operations for the program, officially titled the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System, or J-Pats.
Call it ConAir and Little knows what you mean. It’s the name the air transport system has picked up inside the U.S. Marshals Service, which flies a fleet of 13 airplanes on regular routes across the country every day.
During the past year, the prisoner airline spent $24 million moving more than 100,000 federal inmates — including 12,000 from San Diego — to and from trials, prisons and medical centers nationwide.
The inmates fly mostly on 727s and DC-9s. But the airline, which has merged with the air wing of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, also operates Convair 580s, a Lear jet and a number of smaller aircraft.
Among the most infamous of its recent travelers were Unabomber suspect Theodore Kaczynski and the men accused in the bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building, Terry Nichols and Timothy McVeigh.
Nichols and McVeigh were transported in the dead of night in an operation much akin to a clandestine military operation, Little said. He did not want to go into details but mentioned that a decoy plane was among the ploys used to guard against possible attempts by supporters to free the suspects.
Federal officials have always been circumspect about the fine points of prisoner movement. But ConAir soon could gain a higher public profile with the planned release in June of a movie by the same name.
In the Disney film, Nicolas Cage plays a hapless prisoner who wanders into a hijack plot aboard a Marshals Service plane carrying a group of high-security inmates.
The Hollywood marshals rough up some of the prisoners, and the plane crashes, leaving the real Marshals Service frowning on the silver screen’s invention, said Kristine Marcy, a top official in charge of detentions.
“We don’t beat up our prisoners, and our planes certainly don’t crash,” Marcy said on a recent trip to San Diego, where she was trying to find more jail space for federal prisoners.
The space problem here is acute because of the high number of border arrests. So, San Diego is a regular stop on ConAir’s West Coast air route, with 12 flights per week scheduled into Lindbergh Field.
Prisoners — mostly people being held for entering the country with false documents — are flown from San Diego to Las Vegas, where they are housed in the city jail. They are flown back a few days later for deportation hearings.
Without the air transportation system, Operation Gatekeeper, the federal border crackdown, would not have been possible, said Mark Reed, San Diego’s district director for the INS.
Before ConAir was called in last July, Reed said, the INS was spending hours on the road busing hundreds of prisoners to Las Vegas, the closest jail space available.
Kim Porter, who coordinates INS air transportation in San Diego, estimated that 12,000 inmates have flown from here to Las Vegas and back aboard federal planes.
“If the planes stopped flying for just one day, a monkey wrench would be thrown into the whole system,” Porter said.
Because of the San Diego jail space problem, there was no holiday break here for ConAir. While flights in other parts of the country were cut back during the Christmas season, San Diego continued its rigorous schedule of two flights every weekday and one each Saturday and Sunday.
Marcy said the air transportation system inspires a high level of commitment in its personnel.
“People are always willing to be on standby or to work overtime,” she said, noting that the planes are not always used for prisoner transport.
After a hurricane flattened parts of the Virgin Islands last year, the prisoner transportation system flew in some of the first reinforcements to help establish law and order, she said.
After the Oklahoma City bombing, the airline flew evidence to the FBI crime laboratory in Washington, D.C., she said.”
