From the Cloud Centric Crime Scene Investigators of Abel Danger

July 1, 2017

Dear Secretary Kelly

We ask you to accept Brief 25 from Field McConnell – United States Marine and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – on Serco‘s alleged roles as investee for faculty associates of the late Pierre Trudeau in the Teachers’ (TIAA-CREF) pension fund, in the tracking, entrapment and blackmail of pedophile guests at a B.C. pig farm (1996-2002); in the root key hacking of the Obama-Boeing federal bridge certification authority network in 2012 and in the apparent use of Serco‘s Demon face-recognition software to extort a media-play/fake-news story of the crash of a Sukhoi SuperJet in Indonesia on May 9, 2012 as due to clearance ‘to such a low altitude because controllers mistakenly coded it as a Sukhoi Su-30 fighter and not a Sukhoi passenger jet.’

“Superjet 100 Captain’s Mistake Revealed
Investigators say pilot silenced terrain-warning system.
By Stephen Pope December 18, 2012
The Russian captain of a Sukhoi Superjet 100 that crashed in Indonesia last May inhibited the airplane’s terrain-warning system after receiving what he apparently judged to be a spurious nuisance alert, crash investigators say.

Indonesian investigators said the Superjet’s TAWS sounded a warning 38 seconds before the twinjet slammed into a mountain in the jungle near Jakarta, killing all 45 aboard the demonstration flight on May 9. A disastrous link in the accident chain was a conversation unrelated to the flight between the pilots and a company official in the cockpit that distracted the crew from its duties. According to the accident report, the captain requested a descent from 10,000 feet to 6,000 feet and a right-hand orbit, which Jakarta ATC approved. But the crew soon became distracted by a “prolonged conversation.” The captain, who was flying, failed to change heading during the holding pattern. Consequently, the airplane “unintentionally exited the orbit,” according to the report.

An analysis by accident investigators found that the airplane might have been able to avoid the impact up to 24 seconds after the initial terrain warning sounded. The jet crashed at the 6,000-foot level of Mount Salak, which was shrouded in clouds. The jet had been cleared to such a low altitude because controllers mistakenly coded it as a Sukhoi Su-30 fighter and not a Sukhoi passenger jet.”

“Comparison of the appearance of Sukhoi Superjet 100 and Embraer 190 shows the difference: first of all, in terms of fuselage diameter, and second, – in terms of wing aspect ratio. Our jet has a very high wing aspect ratio – 9.9. Only Boeing 787 has higher wing aspect ratio. Such wing improves aerodynamics not only in cruise mode, but also during takeoff and landing, because the increase of wing aspect ratio improves lift-to-drag ratio and lift performance.

• SCAC is adopting practices of foreign airframers. Whose experience was the most valuable for the project?

• It is well known that at the start of the project we have been cooperating with Boeing, who acted as a consultant for us. Boeing’s experts told us: «Guys, your key task is to enter this market. It is hard and only a few companies have managed to do it, because the “entry fee” is rather high. Because this is a kind of an elite club of civil aircraft manufacturers and it has its own monopoly.”

“The 10 UK Companies which made over $500m under Obama:

COBHAM $1.3bn
G4S $810m

Between them, these 10 companies were paid $58bn, the Bureau’s analysis shows. Two-thirds of the overall total was spent on BAE products from its UK and US-based divisions.

BAE’s income was from military hardware and software, while Rolls Royce’s was from aircraft engines and spares. BP’s $5.7bn came from fuel sales.

Outsourcing giant Serco Group’s $2.7bn of contracts included testing High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse protection systems, used to screen sensitive electronics from nuclear detonations and radio interference.”

“An associate professor of law at the Université de Montréal from 1961 to 1965, Trudeau’s views evolved towards a liberal position in favour of individual rights counter to the state and made him an opponent of Quebec nationalism. He admired the labour unions, which were tied to the Cooperative Commonwealth Federation (CCF), and tried to infuse his Liberal party with some of their reformist zeal. By the late 1950s Trudeau began to reject social democratic and labour parties, arguing that they should put their narrow goals aside and join forces with Liberals to fight for democracy first.[27] In economic theory he was influenced by professors Joseph Schumpeter and John Kenneth Galbraith while he was at Harvard. Trudeau criticized the Liberal Party of Lester Pearson when it supported arming Bomarc missiles in Canada with nuclear warheads.[28]”

“Pierre Trudeau
By Annis May Timpson
Thursday 5 October 2000 02.20 BST
Pierre Trudeau, who has died of prostate cancer aged 80, was Canada’s most intellectual and flamboyant prime minister. His disdain for Quebec nationalism, belief in a bilingual, multicultural federation, and commitment to the constitutional entrenchment of civic rights and freedoms were the hallmarks of his 17 years in government. … Trudeau was born in Montreal in 1919. His mother had Scottish and French-Canadian roots. His father was pur laine Québécois , an ambitious Montreal lawyer from a long line of unilingual peasant-farmers. Though his early death traumatised Pierre, his shrewd business deals secured the family a $1m fortune. After completing law school in 1943 and articling for a year in Montreal, he took courses in political economy at Harvard, the Sorbonne and the London School of Economics.”

“Robert Pickton Case
From 1978 to 2001, at least 65 women disappeared from the Downtown Eastside district of Vancouver, British Columbia, prompting the largest serial killer investigation in Canadian history. Robert Pickton was charged with murdering 26 of the women, and was convicted on six charges. In a jail cell conversation with an undercover police officer, Pickton claimed to have murdered 49 women.

In 1996, the Pickton brothers established the Piggy’s Palace Good Times Society, a federally registered charity with an alleged mandate to raise funds for service organizations through special events such as dances and shows. Neighbours complained of rowdiness, drug use, drunkenness and noise from parties attended by as many as 1,700 people, including bikers and sex trade workers from the Downtown Eastside. In 2000, the City of Port Coquitlam shut Piggy’s Palace down.”

“Professors & Staff Arrested for Trading in Child Rape
by Lori Handrahan
February 15, 2017
When a University of North Dakota professor was arrested on child pornography charges, The Dakota Student asked “We can’t help but wonder if this type of thing is common in other schools around the nation?” The answer is yes. A concerning number professors and staff have been arrested for trading in brutal child sex abuse, including of infants. From University of Virginia‘s Assistant Dean, Michael Morris downloading infant anal rape to Kirk Nesset, professor at Allegheny College with over 500,000 videos/images including folders called “kidsfuck,” too many professors and staff are involved in child sex trafficking.

For the past few years I have been monitoring reports of professors and staff arrested for trading in child rape and torture; aka child pornography. My research, which is far from comprehensive, details 99 professors and staff arrested on child rape and torture, aka child porn, charges. This is a small sample and does not represent the total number of professors and staff arrested on these charges. Both the volume and type of crime should raise alarm bells. Yet academic institutions remain silent. Protect the institution, not the children, appears to be the rallying cry at far too many higher education institutions.

As you read these accounts of arrests, please remember these are real children being raped and tortured in these videos and images. American children. Perhaps, even a child you know and have no idea how that child is suffering. It might even be your own child.”

Chris O’Keefe, a tech manager at TIAA-CREF, the massive pension fund for teachers and professors, figured it was a no-brainer to hire Sonia Radencovich. Her resume listed the right experience for testing TIAA-CREF’s computer databases that held client data like Social Security numbers. And she was a contractor from Tek Systems, a “preferred vendor” to TIAA-CREF. O’Keefe assumed Tek had checked her background. “She seemed like the type of person you could trust,” he says.

Radencovich, however, left some key facts off her resume, NEWSWEEK has learned. Just days before she began work at TIAA-CREF last Sept. 27, she was sentenced to four years in prison for her role in a huge financial scam. Under what appears to be her real name–Sonia Howe–she was convicted of helping her friend and lover Martin Frankel bilk more than $200 million from insurance firms. She was to begin her sentence on Jan. 4, a few months after she started at TIAA-CREF, at the same prison that housed Martha Stewart for five months.

But her criminal background went undetected for nearly two months, during which she had access to customer data from a number of colleges, including Harvard, the University of Michigan and Purdue. A co-worker knew about her from the Frankel scam (he’s serving 16 years) and notified management. Fund execs say they then discovered she had brought her laptop computer to the office–a violation of policy–and downloaded some data. She was fired in November and is now in prison on charges of racketeering and money laundering.

SERCO: ‘The biggest company you’ve never heard of’
JULY 7, 2013 BY 21WIRE
21st Century Wire says…
As politicians asset-strip the public’s portfolio of properties, infrastructure and services, one multinational corporation has grown as a result – and its scope and reach may shock many people who have not been paying attention.

All around the globe, our governments are busy outsourcing public-sector services like health, education, police, prisons, money delivery and military – to the esteemed private sector. It’s sold to the public as a solution to avoiding higher taxes, while retaining better services. But it’s simply an accountancy shell game, where the government kicks the can down the road by spreading the bill to the taxpayer over a longer period of time, in order to avoid any large upfront payments – all the while, allowing a private corporation to extend its influence over society. This, by definition, is fascism.

They are called SERCO, and they run countries…

“Major-General Sir Colin McVean Gubbins KCMG, DSO, MC (2 July 1896 – 11 February 1976) was the prime mover of the Special Operations Executive (SOE) in the Second World War.[1]

Gubbins was also responsible for setting up the secret Auxiliary Units, a commando force based around the Home Guard, to operate on the flanks and to the rear of German lines if the United Kingdom were invaded during Operation Sea Lion, Germany’s planned invasion.

… When SOE was shut down in 1946 the War Office could offer Gubbins no suitable position, and when he retired from the army he became the managing director of a carpet and textile manufacturer. He remained in touch with people in many of the countries he had helped to liberate, and was invited by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands to join the Bilderberg group. He was also a supporter of the Special Forces Club [Check James E. Files and JFK!!!], which he had co-founded.[14]”
