Kelly 177: Serco’s Trump-Tower Patented Cladding, Mueller’s LEO Digital Fires, AD Letters of Marque
General John F. Kelly
White House Chief of Staff
Washington, D.C. 20528
Open letter from the Cloud Centric Crime Scene Investigators of Abel Danger
January 5, 2017
Dear General Kelly:
Please accept Brief 177 from Field McConnell – United States Marine Corps whistle-blower and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – on Serco‘s CAI private-equity investor Joseph Melone, who, as the former President and CEO of AXA Equitable Life, the co-developer of the Trump Tower, allegedly had dual-use incendiary cladding, subsequently patented as Double sheet aluminum panel and method for manufacture thereof US 20160096343 A1, embedded in buildings and planes destroyed by the Global Guardian war games of 9/11.
Field McConnell believes that Serco‘s digital fires instructors at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, equipped the former FBI director Robert Mueller with Virtual Command Centers (VCCs) for the Law Enforcement Online (LEO) network which allegedly allowed Serco patentee SWAT teams to remotely ignite the patented cladding in targeted buildings during the 9/11 war games and destroy evidence of Real-time interactive wagering on event [war game] outcomes US 20070298871 A1 such as the body count of 343 members of FDNY who were ambushed and murdered in the controlled demolitions of the Twin Towers (WTC#1 and 2).
McConnell believes that Trump Tower co-developer Joseph Melone and his Serco private-equity colleagues took bets from the Greek Life associates of Bill Clinton (Phi Beta Kappa – founded 1776) and Wilbur Ross (Kappa Beta Phi – founded 1776) on the outcome of the 9/11 war games and used Mueller’s LEO Virtual Command Centers to remotely trigger incendiary cladding in WTC7 (Salomon Brothers Building) and destroy evidence of the “first live broadcast mass snuff film in human history” on 9/11.
Field McConnell invites you to convene a meeting with Seth Wilbur Moulton, B.S. (Physics) Harvard University, a former Marine Corps officer and Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Massachusetts’s 6th district and your cabinet colleagues where he (McConnell) can explain how Serco‘s patentee SWAT teams used incendiary devices to destroy planes, buildings and evidence on 9/11.
After meeting with Congressman Moulton and your cabinet colleagues, McConnell will be asking Congress to authorize President Trump to issue a Presidential letter of Marque and Reprisal, which would allow him (McConnell) to recruit and lead an Abel Danger Marine Expeditionary Unit of about 100 veteran Marines to seize and take the assets of any patentee SWAT teams or 8(a) protege companies in the custody of Serco private-equity groups (privateers), or Serco shareholders or Serco investment banker, N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd.
After the said assets have been transferred to the safe and lawful custody of the United States’ government, McConnell’s MEU will begin to subdue the secret societies identified as Phi Beta Kappa and Kappa Beta Phi (founded 1776) which, we allege, have been blackmailing and extorting presidents of the United States through over two hundred years of patentee SWAT-team attacks including the arson of the U.S. Patent Office in the USA Post Office, Blodget’s Hotel, Washington, on December 15 1836.

Crews were scrambled to the Arconic plant in Exeter, Devon, just before 1.30am today. How Australian flu outbreak compares to the swine flu pandemic Arconic, formely known as Alcoa, made a component in the cladding used on the west London tower. It is suspected the cladding helped fuel the catastrophic fire which claimed at least 80 lives in June. The US firm has various factories across the UK and produces precision components for the aerospace industry at its Exeter factory. Eight fire engines were sent to the Arconic plant in Exeter early this morning (Picture: SWNS) Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service (DSFRS) was called to reports of a fire at the production plant in Kestral Way. The fire service said: ‘Due to the potential serious nature of this incident and knowledge of the type of building involved, fire control made the decision to redirect fire appliances from other lower priority incidents in the area to ensure fire service resources were in attendance as soon as possible.’ London’s skyline to be transformed with 13 new skyscrapers by 2026 Within an hour the fire had spread to part of the factory’s roof, but firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control before 3am. Eight fire engines were sent to tackle the blaze, which started accidentally and left no injuries, the fire service said. A DSFRS spokesman added: ‘At 02:44am the incident commander reported that the fire was believed to be out, and at 02:50am it was confirmed that the fire had been extinguished. Shares of Arconic tumbled after the tragedy (Picture: SWNS) ‘Approximately 10m x 20m of the furnace area was damaged by fire and 40m x 40m damaged by smoke. ‘There were no casualties and duty of care will shortly be left with on-site personnel.’ Shares of Arconic tumbled in June after it said it would stop producing the cladding for tower blocks after the tragedy.”
“Trump Tower is a 58-story, 664-foot-high (202 m) mixed-use skyscraper located at 721–725 Fifth Avenue between 56th and 57th Streets in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Trump Tower serves as the headquarters for The Trump Organization. Additionally, it houses the penthouse condominium residences of the building’s namesake and developer, U.S. President Donald Trump, who was a businessman and real estate developer when the tower was developed. Several members of the Trump family also reside, or have resided, in the building. The tower stands upon a plot where the flagship store of department-store chain Bonwit Teller was formerly located.
Trump Tower was designed by Der Scutt, of Poor, Swanke, Hayden & Connell, and it was developed by Trump and the Equitable Life Assurance Company (now the AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company). Although it is in one of Midtown Manhattan’s special zoning districts, the tower was approved because it was to be built as a mixed-use development. Trump was permitted to add more stories to the tower because of the atrium on the ground floor. There were controversies during construction, including the destruction of historically important sculptures from the Bonwit Teller store; Trump’s alleged underpaying of contractors; and a lawsuit that Trump filed because the tower was not tax-exempt.
Construction on the building began in 1979. The atrium, apartments, offices, and stores opened on a staggered schedule from February to November 1983. At first, there were few tenants willing to move in to the commercial and retail spaces; the residential units were sold out within months of opening. Since 2016, the tower has seen a large surge in visitation because of Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and subsequent election—both his 2016 and 2020campaigns are headquartered in the tower.”

“Double sheet aluminum panel and method for manufacture thereof
US 20160096343 A1
A double sheet aluminum panel has a first layer of a first aluminum material attached to a second layer of a second aluminum material by an adhesive, such as a thermosetting polymer disposed there between, producing a non-flammable panel. In a method for making the panel, the adhesive is applied to one or both sheets of aluminum, heated, then pressure rolled to distribute the adhesive into a thin film that bonds the two layers of aluminum together. The layers may be of the same or different composition and thickness and may be subjected to anodization and conversion coating.

“Method for efficient management of certificate revocation lists and update information
US 5699431 A
A method which allows implementation of the revocation of public-key certificates facilitates engineering of certificate revocation lists (CRLs). It solves the practical problem of CRLs potentially growing to unmanageable lengths by allowing CRLs to be segmented, based on size considerations or priority considerations related to revocation reasons. The method is used to distribute CRL information to users of certificate-based public-key systems. It is also applied more generally to update any field in a certificate by reference to a secondary source of authenticated information.

“Law Enforcement Online
Information Sharing, Web Style
After the first London bombing in July, we notified more than 5,000 law enforcement professionals nationwide about the attacks in 32 seconds.
How? Through Law Enforcement Online, or LEO, a secure computer network that gives law enforcement officers around the country access to sensitive but unclassified information, intelligence reports, and alerts crafted by our agents and analysts–the kind of information our partners need quickly, but shouldn’t be available to the public.
LEO started ten summers ago as a small dial-up service with just 20 members. Now, it has more than 46,000 members nationwide and a host of features and capabilities offered through the Internet.
“One of our agents said it best: LEO is the ‘the law enforcement, criminal justice, and public safety information highway of the 21st century,'” said Special Agent Kenneth Cassine, LEO Unit Chief and program manager within our Criminal Justice Information Services Division.
How else has LEO evolved? Shortly before 9/11/01, we made LEO a Virtual Private Network that operates securely over the Internet and enables features too cumbersome for the dial-up service. We now offer the Virtual Command Center (VCC)–an information sharing and crisis management tool. The VCC allows the law enforcement community to use LEO at local and remote sites as an electronic command center to submit and view information and intelligence.
For example, law enforcement personnel working a recent Academy Awards ceremony observed several unauthorized people in a restricted area carrying balloons. The incident was reported to the VCC and immediately posted. An officer working the event saw the notice. He knew from previous experience that the individuals were probably anarchists who intended to throw balloons filled with paint and other liquids and shared that information through the VCC. The officer’s action helped ensure that the group was detained without incident.
What else does LEO offer? Here’s a rundown:
A national alert system directing members to the LEO site for information on emergencies (like the London bombings, for example);
Some 235 special interest groups that allow members who share expertise or interests to connect with each other, including areas on terrorism, street gangs, and bombs;
Access to important and useful databases, like those run by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children;
E-mail services, which enable members to submit fingerprints to the FBI for processing by our Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System;
Distance learning-with several online learning modules on topics like terrorism response, forensic anthropology and leadership; and
A multimedia library of publications, documents, studies, research, technical bulletins, and other reports of interest to LEO users.
If you work for a law enforcement, criminal justice, or public safety agency, you can join LEO, too. Just send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 202-324-8833.”
