Kelly 115: Serco’s Rothschild Blunt-Force Rape, CAI Wilbur’s Greek-Life Demons, Paddock’s Jim Jones Digital Fires

General John F. Kelly
White House Chief of Staff
Washington, D.C. 20528

Open letter from the Cloud Centric Crime Scene Investigators of Abel Danger

October 18, 2017

Dear General Kelly:

Please accept Brief 115 from Field McConnell – the United States Marine whistle-blower and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – on a Serco blackmail ring allegedly and originally developed by the not-so-dearly-departed William Stephenson, Ian Fleming, Victor Rothschild and Anthony Blunt to transmit T-Force images of child rape on patented wireless devices to blackmailed victims and their families or the police.

McConnell alleges that N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd., Serco‘s investment banker, used the late Victor Rothschild, a former agent for MI5 and X2, the counterespionage branch of OSS, a precursor of the CIA, to develop an archive of images with the late Sir Anthony Blunt, Surveyor of the Queen’s Pictures, to force oath-bound pedophile public servants into outsourcing sovereign-state networks to the European Economic Community (EEC) in treasonous maneuvers best described by the late Paul-Henri Spaak to the late Robert Rothschild as they gazed in 1957 over the Forum Romanum in Rome with the comment, “I think that we have re-established the Roman [or British?] Empire without a single shot being fired.””

McConnell alleges that, following the management buyout of RCA GB 1929 and the subsequent Serco IPO of January 1989, investment banker N M Rothschild used the late Gen. Alexander Haig, a former Special Investor in the CAI Private Equity Group and 7th Supreme Allied Commander, Europe, and Wilbur Ross, former Grand Swipe of the Greek Life society Kappa Beta Phi, to exploit patented death-pool devices such as Onion Router (US6266704 B1) and Serco’s Demon face-recognition software and move T-Force child-rape and blackmail services over to the online federal bridge certification authority.

McConnell alleges that Haig ordered McConnell’s sister Kristine Marcy, S.E.S. founder and former COO of the Small Business Administration, to hire the late Stephen Paddock as a former auditor of the IRS and U.S. Defense Contract Audit Agency, and use Serco’s services to the high-roller hotel and casino industry to conceal Greek Life rapes, 8(a)-mentored death pools and money laundering for the Global Custodians.

McConnell alleges that the CAI (CIA?) Private Equity Group hired General James L. Jones (Ret.), an Advisory Board Member of Global Guardian LLC, to direct a Serco Marine Corps Digital Fires attack on Room 135 on the 32nd Floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel which framed the late Stephen Paddock for the mass killings at the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017 where a phony dialogue between despatcher and the alleged Jim Jones SWAT team leader had the risible words “We got one suspect down, multiple firearms. This is definitely the point from where he was firing into the crowd“.

McConnell claims that Serco, N M Rothschild and Wilbur Ross have been using CAI funds, pedophile rape, Demon blackmail and the federal bridge to control Greek Life presidents such as Bill Clinton and George H. W. Bush (Phi Beta Kappa) or first ladies such as Michelle Obama (Alpha Kappa Alpha) through elite hotels such as The St. Regis Hotel (New York), The Blackstone (“Hotel of Presidents”) Hotel in Chicago and the Queensland Port Douglas Hotel where Bill Clinton signed a 9/11 alibi menu in Australia on Sept. 12, 2001.

McConnell believes that Ross, Rothschild and CAI investors see most Marine Corps generals as a threat to T-Force child rape and blackmail service where Serco extorts global control of politicians and business leaders in “Banking & Financial Services, Travel, Transportation & Hospitality, Healthcare, Logistics, Utility, Retail & Manufacturing, Telecom, IT & Online services, Media, Education and Entertainment.”

Call Field McConnell to discuss Serco‘s T-Force and digital fires attack on the Mandalay Bay Hotel of October 1st when Gen. James L. Jones (Ret.); 32nd Commandant of the Marine Corps; 22nd National Security Advisor; 13th Commander U.S. European Command and 14th Supreme Allied Commander, Europe, with a BS from Georgetown University and a PhD from Georgetown College, appears to have directed Global Guardian LLC’s services for “GPS based personnel and asset tracking to clients traveling globally, and supports these travelers with dedicated in-country emergency response teams in over 60 countries. Global Guardian’s tracking system allows its 24-hour Operations Center staff to precisely locate travelers and direct security and medical response assets as needed in the event of emergencies.”

“T-Force was the operational arm of a joint US ArmyBritish Army mission to secure designated German scientific and industrial technology targets before they could be destroyed by retreating enemy forces or looters during the final stages of World War II and its immediate aftermath. Key personnel were also to be seized, and targets of opportunity exploited when encountered. The effort was a business and technology-oriented parallel of sorts to the Monuments Men pursuit of art and financial treasure.”

“#OpIlluminatusPiedPiper – Cousin of reported paedophile Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, Sir Anthony Blunt asphyxiated young boys to death

Introduction
Elm guest house attendee, cousin of reported paedophile Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon (Queen Mother), Soviet spy & adviser to the Queen on her photo collection for two decades, Sir Anthony Blunt was a homosexual and a paedophile (Levy, 2009).

Child Murder

According to Stokes (2014) “Blunt was said to have strangled young boys while being sodomized in ‘snuff’ killings, this is supposed to heighten the sexual climax. He would obtain boys from care homes for David Temple, who was also known as ‘Soxon Rothschild, because he always kept his socks on while naked”.

Stokes (2010) said “Lord William, 3rd viscount Astor, was to hold sex and black magic parties at his grand house, where Christine Keeler and Mandy Rice-Davies seduced the rich and famous. The society osteopath and healer Stephen Ward, was a master occultist who at these orgies would conjure weird spirits to visibly appear, which sound identical to those at Bilderberg ceremonies. Attendees at these parties told of Sir Anthony Blunt asphyxiating young boys to death while a naked masked man sodomised him, this man was said to be royalty or a rothschild and always wore his socks, but in killing the boy in this way his body muscles would suddenly contract bringing on the sexual climax of the predator. The top catholic exorcist Dom Robert Petit-Pierre claimed the exorcisms he had to perform at the Astors huge estate and Wards cottage, contained the most potent satanic entities he had ever come across, including the spirits of several murdered boys; the evil spirits were similar to the entities surrounding the devils chimney, the Aleister Crowley wartime rituals on Britain’s south coast for Winston Churchill’s occult Black group experiments.””

Baron Robert Rothschild (16 December 1911, in Brussels – 3 December 1998,[1] in London) was a Belgiandiplomat. He helped to draft the Treaty of Rome of 1957, the foundation of the European Economic Community (EEC) in 1958. .. In early 1950, he left Shanghai for Washington, D.C. as second counsellor at the Belgian embassy. It was the time of the Korean War and the build-up of NATO and after two years in Washington, Robert went to Paris as a Belgian representative on the council of NATO.

In 1954, Rothschild was appointed chef de cabinet of Paul-Henri Spaak at the Belgian foreign ministry. For the next two years, he worked together with Spaak and Jean Charles Snoy et d’Oppuers on the Treaty of Rome before the final signing of the treaty in 1957. Shortly before the treaty was signed, Rothschild was standing beside Spaak gazing over the Forum Romanum in Rome, when Spaak said “I think that we have re-established the Roman Empire without a single shot being fired.””

“Sir William Samuel Stephenson, CC, MC, DFC (23 January 1897 – 31 January 1989) was a Canadian soldier, airman, businessman, inventor, spymaster, and the senior representative of British Security Coordination (BSC) for the entire western hemisphere during World War II. He is best known by his wartime intelligence codename Intrepid. Many people consider him to be one of the real-life inspirations for James Bond.[2] Ian Fleming himself once wrote, “James Bond is a highly romanticized version of a true spy. The real thing is … William Stephenson.”[3]

As head of the British Security Coordination, Stephenson handed over British scientific secrets to Franklin D. Roosevelt and relayed American secrets to Winston Churchill.[4] In addition, Stephenson has been credited with changing American public opinion from an isolationist stance to a supportive tendency regarding America’s entry into World War II.[4]

…. After World War I, Stephenson returned to Winnipeg and with a friend, Wilf Russell, started a hardware business, inspired largely by a can opener that Stephenson had taken from his POW camp. The business was unsuccessful, and he left Canada for England. In England, Stephenson soon became wealthy, with business contacts in many countries. In 1924 he married American tobacco heiress Mary French Simmons, of Springfield, Tennessee. That same year, Stephenson and George W. Walton patented a system for transmitting photographic images via wireless[8] that produced £100,000 a year in royalties for the 18-year run of the patent (about $12 million per annum adjusted for inflation in 2010). In addition to his patent royalties, Stephenson swiftly diversified into several lucrative industries: radio manufacturing (General Radio Company Limited[9]); aircraft manufacturing (General Aircraft Limited); Pressed Steel Company that manufactured car bodies for the British motor industry; construction and cement as well as Shepperton Studios and Earls Court. Stephenson had a broad base of industrial contacts in Europe, Britain and North America as well as a large group of contacts in the international film industry. Shepperton Studios were the largest film studios in the world outside of Hollywood.”

“Ian Lancaster Fleming (28 May 1908 – 12 August 1964) was an English author, journalist and naval intelligence officer who is best known for his James Bond series of spy novels. Fleming came from a wealthy family connected to the merchant bank Robert Fleming & Co., and his father was the Member of Parliament for Henley from 1910 until his death on the Western Front in 1917. Educated at Eton, Sandhurst and, briefly, the universities of Munich and Geneva, Fleming moved through several jobs before he started writing.

While working for Britain’s Naval Intelligence Division during the Second World War, Fleming was involved in planning Operation Goldeneye and in the planning and oversight of two intelligence units, 30 Assault Unit and T-Force. His wartime service and his career as a journalist provided much of the background, detail and depth of the James Bond novels.”

“Rothschild ‘spied as the Fifth Man’
By DAVID LEITCH
Saturday 22 October 1994 23:02 BST
The Independent Online
THE LATE Lord Rothschild, scientist, think-tank head, first- class cricketer, bomb-disposal expert and MI5 agent, was a super-spy for the Russians, according to a forthcoming book.

The Fifth Man, by the Australian author Roland Perry, claims to prove that Victor Rothschild stole ‘all major UK/US weapons developments in the Second World War’, including biological warfare, the atomic bomb and radar.

Specifically, he alleges that Rothschild, not Klaus Fuchs, or, as is generally believed, the civil servant John Cairncross, first alerted Stalin to Allied plans to build an atom bomb using plutonium 235.

Perry also claims that Rothschild, who died in 1990, was involved ‘in so many aspects of spying that he seemed like a super-agent, sabotaging every Western intelligence initiative for 20 years after the war’.

The evidence offered is largely derived from three days of interviews in Moscow with seven retired KGB officers, some identified only by initials.

The most important was Yuri Ivanovitch Modin, controller of the Cambridge spies, and orchestrator of the Burgess/Maclean defection.

But speaking from Moscow late last week, an ‘astonished’ Modin denied Perry’s version comprehensively. Yes, there had been interviews supposedly as the basis of a documentary film about former KGB officers. But no, he had never hinted, nor did he believe, that Rothschild was the fifth man, or any kind of Soviet agent.

‘We knew Rothschild was close to (Guy) Burgess and (Anthony) Blunt (later unveiled as the ‘fourth man’ in the Burgess and Donald Maclean affair).

Because he was in MI5 they learned things from him. This doesn’t make him the fifth man, and he wasn’t,’ he said.

One explanation may be confusion. Perry attributes to the brilliant Rothschild a number of espionage coups which Modin knows from archives and personal contact were the work of the unassuming Cairncross. Modin provides corroborating detail in his own book, My Five Cambridge Friends, to be published by Hodder/Headline on 27 October.

So grateful were the KGB for Cairncross’s early atom secrets, gleaned while secretary to the wartime scientific chief, Lord Hankey, that the Soviet ambassador presented him with the Order of the Red Banner at a secret ceremony in London in 1944. The insignia, in a velvet- lined case, were then taken back to the embassy.

Even Perry does not suggest that ‘Victor’, as everyone called him, was offered any such dubious honour to add to the British mention in dispatches and US awards he received for dangerous war work. A man who had proved his courage racing cars and batting against the fast bowler Harold Larwood, he became the top expert on bomb disposal. He was also responsible for the personal security of his friend Winston Churchill, testing, and sometimes tasting, the Prime Minister’s gifts of exotic food and drink.

Rothschild survived the war and the Burgess/Maclean defection to become the acknowledged ‘grand old man of espionage’ consulted by successive governments. However, rumours based on his close association with Burgess, Maclean and Kim Philby, all of whom were habitués of his wartime house, surfaced again in the 1980s when he became embroiled in the Peter Wright Spycatcher affair.

In 1986 Rothschild wrote a public letter avowing his innocence, and soon after Mrs Thatcher issued a famously terse comment that ‘we have no evidence he was ever a Soviet agent’.

As a clearance it was less than fulsome, but when he died in 1990 the Prime Minister attended his memorial.

A clue to her coolness emerged from the interviews of Kim Philby by the writer Phillip Knightley in Moscow. Philby believed that leaving MI5 in 1947, Rothschild had seized or copied all the six-by-four file- cards listing Soviet agents in Europe and elsewhere. These, Philby believed, were used by Mossad, the security service of the fledgling state of Israel, whose cause Rothschild’s family had championed from the 19th century.

Mrs Thatcher may have taken the view that his conflict of loyalties was not between Whitehall and the Lubyanka, but his country of birth and his family’s Zionist dreams. In his lifetime inquiries, let alone speculation about his exotic career as scientist and spymaster, were inhibited by his lawyer, the redoubtable Lord Goodman. But as William Armstrong of Sidgwick & Jackson, the book’s publisher, said, ‘dead men can’t sue for libel’.

Rothschild’s ghost and his surviving family may well wish that death did not inhibit libel actions, all the more so as ‘Rothschild family members’ are cited in the book describing his low spirits in the years before his death.

But their lawyers, Freshfields, said that in the circumstances their reaction would be ‘a dignified silence’.”

“In 1967 Paddock completed his studies at Richard E. Byrd Middle School, then graduated from John H. Francis Polytechnic High School in 1971,[13] and from California State University, Northridge in 1977, with a degree in business administration.[14] Paddock worked for the federal government from about 1975 to 1985. He was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service from 1976 to 1978. After that, he worked for six years as an Internal Revenue Service agent until 1984. Then, he was a federal auditor for one year, in 1985, focusing on defense contractors. Towards the end of the 1980s, Paddock worked for three years as an internal auditor for a company that later merged to form Lockheed Martin.[15]”

“From 1976 to 1985, Paddock worked federal government jobs: as a letter carrier for the Postal Service, an agent for the IRS and an auditor for U.S. government’s Defense Contract Audit Agency, according to the Office of Personnel Management.”

“The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) is an agency of the United States Department of Defense under the direction of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller). It was established in 1965 to perform all contract audits for the Department of Defense. Previously, the various branches of military service were responsible for their own contract audits.

The DCAA’s duties include financial and accounting advisory services for the Department of Defense in connection with negotiation, administration and settlement of contracts and subcontracts.

… A report released by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) on July 23, 2008 alleged that DCAA managers threatened a senior auditor with personnel action if he did not remove negative findings from a report criticizing a large federal contractor. The report found a too-cozy relationship between management at the DCAA and some of the contractors they are assigned to audit, including Boeing. GAO also said auditors who complied with the investigation were subject to harassment and intimidation from their supervisors.[13][14][15]”

The DCAA responded on July 25 that it had asked the US Department of Defense’s (DoD) Inspector General (IG) office to investigate the GAO’s claims. “We take the GAO report very seriously,” said April Stephenson, DCAA’s director. US Senator Claire McCaskill said GAO may have uncovered the “biggest auditing scandal in the history of this town,” and asked the DoD to immediately fire the supervisors cited in the report.[16]”

“Mentor-Protégé Program

Since 1991, the Department of Defense (DoD) Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) has offered substantial assistance to small disadvantaged businesses. Helping them to expand the overall base of their marketplace participation has produced more jobs and increased national income.

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

The DoD Mentor-Protégé Program assists small businesses (protégés) successfully compete for prime contract and subcontract awards by partnering with large companies (mentors) under individual, project-based agreements.

Traditionally, these partnerships have delivered a variety of products and services specialized in: environmental remediation, engineering services, information technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, and health care. Recently, new Mentor-Protégé agreements have focused on corrosion engineering, information assurance, robotics, circuit board and metal component manufacturing. The DoD hopes that future Agreements will focus on new technology areas such as radio frequency identification devices and enhanced security assurance.

Many Mentor firms have made the program an integral part of their sourcing plans; while the protégé firms have used their involvement in the program to develop much needed business and technical capabilities to diversify their customer base. Our protégé participants have established long-term business relationships with providers of government and commercial goods and services.

Successful mentor-protégé agreements provide a winning relationship for the protégé, the mentor, and the DoD.”

“AOL (formerly a company known as AOL Inc., originally known as America Online, and stylized as Aol) is a web portal and online service provider based in New York. It is a brand marketed by Oath, a subsidiary of Verizon Communications. AOL was one of the early pioneers of the Internet in the mid-1990s, and the most recognized brand on the web in the U.S. It originally provided a dial-up service to millions of Americans, as well as providing a web portal, e-mail, instant messaging and later a web browser following its purchase of Netscape. At the height of its popularity, it purchased the media conglomerate Time Warner in the largest merger in U.S. history. AOL rapidly declined thereafter, partly due to the decline of dial-up to broadband.[2] AOL was eventually spun off from Time Warner in 2009, with Tim Armstrong appointed the new CEO. Under his leadership, the company invested in media brands and advertising technologies. On June 23, 2015, AOL was acquired by Verizon Communications for $4.4 billion.[3][4] In the following months, AOL also made a deal with Microsoft and acquired several tech properties, including Millennial Media and Kanvas to bolster their mobile ad-tech capabilities.”

“CAI’s relationship with MDA dates back to the early 1990′s when, in 1994, CAI and MDA held discussions regarding a potential acquisition of MDA by CAI. However, in 1995, MDA was subsequently sold to US-based Orbital Sciences Corporation. Nevertheless, for years following the sale of MDA to Orbital, CAI continued to explore potential investment opportunities with MDA, both as a potential partner and a prospective shareholder. In late 1999, Orbital began experiencing significant liquidity problems unrelated to MDA and was evaluating strategic alternatives to raise cash, including the sale of certain non-core assets, one of which was MDA. Due to CAI’s existing familiarity with MDA and its business, CAI became management’s preferred and exclusive partner to pursue and negotiate a transaction with Orbital that would satisfy Orbital’s very tight time constraints. Consequently, in December 1999, CAI and one of its limited partners together acquired a 33.3% equity position in MDA from Orbital.”

Serco Combined Resilience Exercising
http://www.epcollege.com/EPC/media/MediaLibrary/Downloads/Gold-Standard.pdf

Types of Exercise Workshop Exercises These are structured discussion events where participants can explore issues in a less pressurized environment.

They are an ideal way of developing solutions, procedures and plans rather than the focus being on decision making. Table Top Exercises These involve a realistic scenario and will follow a time line, either in real-time or with time jumps to concentrate on the more important areas. The participants would be expected to be familiar with the plans and procedures that are being used although the exercise tempo and complexity can be adjusted to suit the current state of training and readiness. Simulation and media play can be used to support the exercise. Table-top exercises help develop teamwork and allow participants to gain a better understanding of their roles and that of other agencies and organisations.

Command/Control Post Exercises These are designed primarily to exercise the senior leadership and support staff in collective planning and decision making within a strategic grouping. Ideally such exercises would be run from the real command and control locations and using their communications and information systems. This could include a mix of locations and varying levels of technical simulation support. The GoldStandard system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications, equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination.

Simulation and Media Support The method of delivering an exercise is flexible and will be designed with the client to meet their requirements with options ranging from simple paper-based delivery through to full use of their real communications systems [Red Switch Network and Hawkeye onion router surveillance aircraft] and advance computer simulation [In Trump’s death pool and war room suites]. In addition, media play can also be added in the form of news injects and the provision of experienced journalists and television crews to help test procedures and also assist in training key staff.

“Rothschild Investments [edit]

In the late 1970s, Ross began his 24 year career at the New York City office of N M Rothschild & Sons, where he ran the bankruptcy-restructuring advisory practice.[6][8]

Representation of investors in casinos owned by Donald Trump[edit]

In the 1980s, Donald Trump was in financial trouble because of his casinos in Atlantic City. His three casinos in Atlantic City were under foreclosure threat from lenders. Ross, who was then the Senior Managing Director of Rothschild Inc., represented investors in the casino. Along with Carl Icahn, Ross convinced bondholders to strike a deal with Trump that allowed Trump to keep control of the casinos.[8][9]

Establishment of WL Ross & Co.[edit]

In the late 1990s, Ross started a $200 million fund at Rothschild to invest in distressed assets. As the U.S. bubble began to burst, he decided he wanted to invest more and advise less. In 2000, the 62-year-old banker raised $450 million to buy out the fund from Rothschild and make further investments in distressed assets.[6] The new firm was named WL Ross & Co.[8][6] Staff included four top managers who, along with Ross, make up the firm’s investment committee: David H. Storper, who runs trading; David L. Wax, a longtime workout specialist; Stephen J. Toy, an Asia expert; and Pamela K. Wilson, a J.P. Morgan & Co. veteran.[7] WL Ross & Co. was acquired by Amvescap (now Invesco) in 2006.[10] In August 2016, Ross agreed to reimburse investors $11.8 million and pay a fine of $2.3 million to settle a Securities and Exchange Commission probe into the overcharging of fees by WL Ross & Co. The company had self-reported the issue to the SEC and did not admit any liability.[11]”

“The National Crime Squad co-ordinated arrests of suspected paedophiles across 19 separate countries on 28 November using information supplied by Demon Internet.

The Internet service provider was approached by the National Crime Squad and agreed to allow officers to access its servers. This led to the recovery of data showing the activity of nearly 1,500 newsgroups during a two-week period.

From this data, officers established that almost 10,000 Internet Protocol (IP) addresses had accessed more than 30 of the Web sites carrying paedophilia. For operational reasons this number was whittled down to just over 400 addresses of those specifically distributing paedophiliac images.

The information was then distributed via Interpol to the countries identified with the suspects, and evidence packs on each of the targets were distributed to the relevant police forces

Detective Superintendent Peter Spindler, leading the investigation for the National Crime Squad, said: “With the assistance of Demon Internet and the support and guidance of the National High-Tech Crime Unit, we are able to show that those accessing these newsgroups did so regularly and with purpose.

“We also learnt, not surprisingly, that those abusing the Internet have learnt from recent police successes how best to protect their true identities,” he added.

The National Crime Squad and Serco, its IT partner, have developed facial mapping software that they hope to use to identify the abused children featured on the paedophiliac sites.”

“VANCOUVER, B.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–June 29, 1995–MACDONALD, DETTWILER (TSE,VSE:MDA) MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates, Ltd. announced that its data communications unit, The PSC Group, has reached an agreement with Northern Telecom Ltd. of Mississauga, Ont. Under the pact, PSC is providing certain services for a new Nortel security product called Entrust.

The PSC-Northern Telecom relationship is part of a new trend, called functional outsourcing, that is helping PSC to achieve rapid growth. Outsourcing allows independent consulting firms like PSC to provide training and other support for the customers of large multinational computer and communications companies.

Over the past two years, PSC has developed its first outsourcing relationship, with computer network equipment manufacturer Cisco Systems Inc. of San Jose, Calif. Under this relationship agreement, PSC has become a leading trainer for customers of Cisco around the world. Cisco itself is growing quickly. Its sales nearly doubled in 1994 to $1.2 billion (U.S.) and customer demand for training is very strong.

The pact with Northern Telecom is PSC’s second outsourcing relationship. Under this pact, PSC ensures that Entrust software meets the highest quality standards. In addition, PSC provides post-sales service to Entrust customers worldwide, including product installation, training and ongoing support.

PSC is currently negotiating several other outsourcing pacts, under which it would provide training for other major computer equipment manufacturers. An announcement regarding one of those pacts is anticipated soon.

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 1995, PSC received nearly $6 million of revenue from its Cisco outsourcing relationship. That represented about 5 percent of MacDonald Dettwiler’s total revenue of $110 million. With continued growth from Cisco, and with Northern Telecom and other relationships under negotiation, PSC expects its outsourcing revenue to approximately double during the current fiscal year.

With a staff of about 120, PSC specializes in consulting and training related mainly to computer networking. PSC helps customers design and implement networks so that computers can communicate faster and at less cost.

PSC’s training is conducted from offices in Toronto, Washington D.C., London and Sydney, Australia. In addition, PSC sends instructors and portable laboratories from city to city to provide courses at locations convenient to customers. PSC has the capacity to teach in English, French, Spanish, Russian and several other languages.

MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates provides technology-based solutions and services which address basic societal needs in earth observation, air navigation, defence applications and data communications markets.

SERCO: ‘The biggest company you’ve never heard of’
JULY 7, 2013 BY 21WIRE
21st Century Wire says…

As politicians asset-strip the public’s portfolio of properties, infrastructure and services, one multinational corporation has grown as a result – and its scope and reach may shock many people who have not been paying attention.

All around the globe, our governments are busy outsourcing public-sector services like health, education, police, prisons, money delivery and military – to the esteemed private sector. It’s sold to the public as a solution to avoiding higher taxes, while retaining better services. But it’s simply an accountancy shell game, where the government kicks the can down the road by spreading the bill to the taxpayer over a longer period of time, in order to avoid any large upfront payments – all the while, allowing a private corporation to extend its influence over society. This, by definition, is fascism.

They are called SERCO, and they run countries…

As well as thanking God for his success, CEO Chris Hyman is a Pentecostal Christian who has released a gospel album in America and fasts every Tuesday. Coincidentally he was in the World Trade Centre on 9/11 on the 47th floor addressing shareholders.”
