If Simón Bolívar Were Alive He Would Shoot Juan Guaidó – President Donald Trump About to Turn Venezuela Into a “Sh*thole”
Ed note. The self-appointed interim president of Venezuela Juan Gerardo Guaidó in the image below is holding up a copy of the Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of)’s Constitution of 1999 written under the previous President of Venezuela Hugo Chávez. It was written and made law under the former President of Venezuela Hugo Chávez. The Venezuelan Constitution of 1999 had strong backing from a broad spectrum of the people of Venezuela. Reading the entire constitution this can be positively verified. Guaidó looks patriotic in the image standing in front of that Venezuelan flag doesn’t he? If Simón Bolívar were around he would either shoot Guaidó himself or have him hung for treason. Odds are the usurper Juan Guaidó hasn’t read the Constitution of 1999, either that or he has neglected to mention the National Constituent Assembly and its provisions.
Hugo Chávez had written the Constitution of 1999 in the event a usurper like Juan Guaidó appeared. The US has decided to selectively not read that part of the Venezuelan Constitution of 1999 in the section where it states the National Constituent Assembly can take charge of the government if a usurper appeared to take control over the presidency. What the US has intentionally failed to make known is that section in the Venezuela Constitution of 1999 towards the end on the National Constituent Assembly.
There is presently confusion between the Venezuelan National Assembly and the National Constituent Assembly, so we mean to nip that confusion in the bud right now. What Hugo Chávez carefully planned for was to write into law a fallback position knowing full well that after he died, wealthy corrupt powerful politicians and external influence from the US and its powerful oil cartels, would once again attempt taking control of the Venezuelan government. Something we see happening right now from external foreign forces represented by Juan Guaidó who is illegally representing himself under the Constitution of 1999 under the National Assembly Articles.
The National Constituent Assembly was designed so that if Venezuela found itself in a position that is is going through right now with possible US military action, and with Juan Guaidó appointing himself as interim president of Venezuela, the National Constituent Assembly could be created and the National Assembly would become defunct. The provision here is that when, not if, the Venezuelan people realized the Venezuelan government stopped working for them as Hugo Chávez anticipated, the people of Venezuela had the right to constitutionally overthrow the government to create another government. This is the part of the Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic) Constitution of 1999 the US does not want people reading and learning about, as this foreign proxy Juan Guaidó attempts usurping power illegitimately and against the will of the people of Venezuela.
In Chapter III in Article 347 of the Constitution of 1999 on page 94 of the linked PDF file below, it states the original constituent power may be exercised which gives the right of the people of Venezuela to call a National Constituent Assembly for the purpose of creating a new constitution and thereby a new government. This reflects the power of the Venezuelan government is placed completely with the people of Venezuela. This is precisely what happened in Venezuela when Hugo Chávez realized how horribly corrupt the government became because of powerful external foreign interests interfering in the internal policies of Venezuela. Precisely what the US government has charged Russia with doing to the US government. The right of the people of Venezuela to overthrow the government is provided for in Article 350.
Chapter III: National Constituent Assembly
The original constituent power rests with the people of Venezuela. This power maybe exercised by calling a National Constituent Assembly for the purpose of transforming the State, creating a new juridical order and drawing up a new Constitution.
The initiative for calling a National Constituent Assembly may emanate from the President of the Republic sitting with the Cabinet of Ministers; from the National Assembly, by a two thirds vote of its members; from the Municipal Councils in open session, by a two-thirds vote of their members; and from 15% of the voters registered with the Civil and Electoral Registry
The people of Venezuela, true to their republican tradition and their struggle for independence, peace and freedom, shall disown any regime, legislation or authority that violates democratic values, principles and guarantees or encroaches upon human rights.
The people of Venezuela know full well what is going on and are going to reject the usurper Juan Guaidó by calling for a National Constituent Assembly to take advantage of that fallback provision Hugo Chávez had written into the Constitution of 1999. This is precisely what is going on inside Venezuela the US and the media in America are preventing from being known. If anyone thinks Hugo Chávez was such an”evil” terrible dictator who was corrupt beyond any measure, spend time reading through the Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of)’s Constitution of 1999 written under Hugo Chávez. Read Articles 12 and Article 13 from the linked PDF file on Venezuela’s natural resources with regard to oil written into the Venezuelan Constitution of 1999. Texaco, ConocoPhillips and ExxonMobil should have read Venezuela’s Constitution of 1999 before they contracted with Venezuela thinking they could exploit Venezuela.
It now looks as though the US is planning possible military intervention for “regime change” in Venezuela. Listen carefully to this Bloomberg discussion and then think about the above material on Venezuela’s constitution not mentioned in any media from the US. For the most part there is no evidence of mass protests and violence taking place in Venezuela.
Juan, you need to come clean on the National Assembly and the National Constituent Assembly before large numbers of people start getting killed.
President Donald Trump “making America great again” while he backs turning Venezuela into a South American sh*thole country:
And Juan, we have some special music for you on your way out of Venezuela. Try applying for a job at ExxonMobil, maybe they will hire you on as an office boy or something to get some experience under your belt before you fraudulently step in to “run” a country. Do you like Freddie, Juan?
