Trump dares ‘worst CIA director’ Brennan to sue as security row deepens

Donald Trump continued to attack the former CIA director John Brennan on Monday, seemingly in response to the release of a remarkable open letter criticizing the president’s decision last week to revoke Brennan’s security clearance.
The letter, signed by 177 former national security officials appointed by both Republicans and Democrats, accused Trump of acting against Brennan because Brennan had criticized him. The signatories stated “our firm belief that the country will be weakened if there is a political litmus test applied before seasoned experts are allowed to share their views”.
In the US intelligence community, revolt against the president is brewing. Monday’s letter followed a similar missive that was released last week by senior figures including six former directors and five former deputy directors of central intelligence and a former director of national intelligence. Trump’s move against Brennan also provoked a stinging Washington Post column by Adm William H McRaven, the leader of the operation to kill Osama Bin Laden.
On Sunday, Brennan threatened to challenge the revocation of his security clearance in court, charging Trump with wielding his power in an attempt to chill free speech.
In a Twitter rant following others about special counsel Robert Mueller and the New York Times, Trump called Brennan – previously a CIA station chief in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; acting director of the National Counterterrorism Center under George W Bush; and homeland security adviser to Barack Obama – a “political ‘hack'”.
“I hope John Brennan, the worst CIA Director in our country’s history, brings a lawsuit,” the president tweeted. “It will then be very easy to get all of his records, texts, emails and documents to show not only the poor job he did, but how he was involved with the Mueller Rigged Witch Hunt. He won’t sue!”
Trump’s tweet seemed riddled with misunderstandings and inaccuracies.
Brennan did not threaten to sue Trump personally but to make a case in court that Trump had abused his executive power by revoking his security clearance in response to criticism.
Later on Monday, Trump used Twitter to threaten another former intelligence official, Philip Mudd, with the revocation of his security clearance. Apparently referring to an argument on CNN between the Republican strategist Paris Dennard and Mudd, Trump wrote: “Just watched former Intelligence Official Phillip Mudd become totally unglued and weird while debating wonderful @PARISDENNARD over Brennan’s Security Clearance. Dennard destroyed him but Mudd is in no mental condition to have such a Clearance. Should be REVOKED?”

It is actually quite the opposite of what John Brennan asserts here in his tweet. The tradition has always been that a secrets-keeping hierarchy of power who Brennan works for, have the cunning to condemn the elitism of enemy hierarchies that Trump obviously belongs to, with Brennan practicing an even more vicious version of his own under a superficial mask of benevolence by claiming moral and ethical superiority.
This action is part of a broader effort by Mr. Trump to suppress freedom of speech & punish critics. It should gravely worry all Americans, including intelligence professionals, about the cost of speaking out. My principles are worth far more than clearances. I will not relent. https://t.co/TNzOxhP9ux

What are these CIA “officials” (not like the CIA “works” for the American people in the first place) afraid of losing by objecting to President Trump revoking John Brennan’s security clearance? Are they afraid they are next therefore cutting off their access to making money off their security clearances? What we are seeing is an epic battle between nationalists and globalists unfold and it might just have something to do with President Trump’s pre-election references to a 9/11 re-investigation which have been reported in the media. What might be happening here between John Brennan and President Trump is that Trump might be moving to open a re-investigation into the events of 9/11 and these now 175 CIA “employees” are concerned about blowback should President Trump push forward on a 9/11 re-investigation.
The “deep state” (Peter Dale Scott) have just been told by President Trump they are now powerless and Trump has been pointing this out consistently. Whatever the deep state is represented by the Bush criminal syndicate and all their henchmen including Brennan operating in the shadows of the CIA with allegiances to this hierarchy under Bush, 9/11 is an extremely important way of saying to the Bush crime syndicate their days in power are over. So all these CIA “employees” objecting to President Trump revoking Brennan’s security clearance, should be considered as working for the Bush criminal syndicate who have been running the CIA for decades.
Second Lady Lynne Cheney, Dick Cheney and Condoleezza Rice in PEOC during 9/11.
Seventeen years later you have to love the internet for being able to deliver right on schedule thus rewarding our patience as President Donald Trump methodically dismantles the Bush-aligned CIA. President Trump is using the events of 9/11 as a bargaining chip against the deep state perpetrators of 9/11.
And to continue dismantling the Bush criminal syndicate, 200 Saudis were arrested including none other than Prince Bandar (“Bandar Bush”) who is closely associated with US intelligence and the Bush criminal syndicate operating the deep state when George Bush was installed as president before the events of 9/11. In addition, Prince Bandar’s children supposedly attended the same school where Dick Cheney’s grandchildren were enrolled.
Prince Bandar, if you threaten Vladimir Putin with Chechen terrorism you’re not going to last long.
That’s right, Prince Bandar, so what. Your intelligence network in Saudi Arabia has been reduced to “empty oil wells.”
