FRAUD UPON THE COURT; Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC)

Dear Mr. Moak,

This letter serves as the formal notice of my intent to file a lawsuit against ALPA in court, due to the HULL LOSSES of 5 airliners consistent with the signature of illegal modifications to U. S. registered airliners which was brought to the attention of ALPA Legal and ALPA Safety on 10 December, 2006.

Prior to my CONSTRUCTIVE DISCHARGE on 13 March, 2007 I had filed Civil Case 3:07-cv-24 FIELD MCCONNELL v. BOEING AND ALPA on 27 February, 2007. The issue in that case was ILLEGAL MODIFICATIONS to Boeing Airliners.

Boeing responded appropriately in their 3 March, 2007 announcement in London, UK that Boeing did have BOEING UNINTERRUPTIBLE AUTOPILOTS deployed.

Due to the responsible admission by Boeing, I did not serve that case as I retooled a Civil Case that was Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) FIELD MCCONNELL v. ALPA Filed in September, 2008.

The Judge who dismissed this case had never heard the details of the illegal modifications and I believe she, like you, have been victims, after the fact, of a FRAUD UPON THE COURT that had the potential to make 5 HULL LOSSES not to have occurred. Those hull losses were Adam Air 574, Kenya Airways 507, Air France 447, Sukhoi Superjet 100 and now, sadly, MH370.

If you wish to resolve this matter without court action, I will expect an agreement for ALPA to meet my demand for $15,279,715(a) within thirty (30) days of receipt of this letter which will be delivered to ALPA via Certified mail with electronic tracking. I may be reached at (715) 307-8222 from 10 am to 4 pm on weekdays. If I do not hear from your ALPA, I will initiate a lawsuit.

  • Mr McConnell, I just asked a genuine question using the options from the drop down menu on your blog. If you dont want people to anonymously post on your blog why give that option in the – (Comment as "select profile") button. I have no intention of littering your blog. People who are interested in issues that blogs like yours write about are very serious minded and deeply concerned about the state of affairs on our planet and are not given to frivilous questions – however they may not be in a position to identify themselves.

  • I should add, patents are one thing, proof of full implimentation is another. However, in the patents that I have filed lately wrt drilling technology, we had to do a lot of R&D, fabrication, testing and data gathering prior to patenting. These systems have been years in the making, prior to 9/11. Keep trying different key words in the patent search to find earlier versions that were called something slightly (sometimes misleadingly) different.

  • In the case of patents relating to 'proof of landing' of MH370, I refer you to patent (US20130158751) Stand Alone Aircraft Flight Data Transmitter

    This is a seperate system to the 'aeroplane computer system and software' that is mounted in the FDR (flight data recorder). Its purpose is "a method and apparatus for transmitting data from an aircraft when an undesired condition is present for the aircraft" – being collision with terrain or RUNNING OUT OF FUEL etc.

    This system will automatically begin the transmission of FDR information (being the voice recorder, location and instrument data) to (either Boeing or Malaysia Airlines) via satellite in the event that the plane is deemed to be threatenend ei crash prediction.

    The system is powered via the priority power system and has several power redundancies. If the on-board generators fail or are turned off, and the auxiliary is turned off, and the main batteries get physically disconnected, the FLR batteries will then run this unit and the data transmission.

    By the way, all of the above + a steep descent + running out of fuel and a number of other factors would all individually be deemed an "undesired condition present for the aircraft" by the software and the transmission of FDR information would automatically begin prior to ditching.

    Thus, since the reporting system (in the FDR) operates completely independently from the aircraft systems ("stand alone"), the OFFICIAL VERSION of events would have trigered the system to begin FDR transmission as the plane ran out of fuel, before it crashed.

    One can only conclude then that flight MH370 began, continued and ended WITHIN the parameters specifying 'normal flight' wrt the Stand Alone Aircraft Flight Data Transmitter.

    In short, it can't have run out of fuel and crashed, and this system wasn't mentioned by the black hats via their leashed media to back up their "suicide claim". They couldn't, they can't manufacture the voice data nor the complete flight data quickly.

    They can however modify header info of the 6 pings of data to point to the Sth I-Ocean.

    Which is interesting, because the 6 pings are also from systems on the priority power system, which means that the priority power was operational. Which in turn means the FDR was powered.

    They're snookered.

    Reading the detail and claims section of these patents is chilling in light of MH370. Having just scratched the surface with these and knowing that many years of testing leads to these patents, flight hasn't been "safe" for a very long time…

  • Thanks guys, as a frequent flyer, this is a very scary revelation. If this did happen to MH370, it reveals some very sinister motives, none of them good. I fear we're going to see this hull again and not in a nice way.

  • Hi Steve. I think your information that you have provided here is very important.
    I have been sharing it, and it was brought up that the patent you refer to was not patented until June 2013. So, I'm wondering; a) was this one of the illegal modifications that Field McConnell was referring to (besides the Boeing Uninterruptible autopilot), and b) do we know that this Stand Alone Aircraft Flight Data Transmitter would have been installed on flight 370.
    Here is the patent info. I'm well aware that the technology can be installed and used before it is patented, but I want to get my information correct before making a follow up comment to a poster elsewhere regarding the possibility that your information stated above is accurate and does indeed need to be highly discussed, publicized, and made part of the investigation. Thank you Steve, or anyone else who can help me on this issue.
