#2730: Kaine And Abel! – Serco’s Lone Obamacare Gunmen – Clinton 8(a) Pride With A Jesuit Zulu Pulse
United States Marine Field McConnell
Plum City Online – (AbelDanger.net)
July 25, 2016
1. Abel Danger (AD) believe that Tim Kaine has been placed as presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party for Vice President of the United States in the 2016 election because as a former governor of Virginia, he knows whether to stand up or stand down state militia in any attempt at an armed insurrection by the agents of world bankers or feminist elites.
2. AD claims that Serco – a U.K.-based third-party logistics provider to the UK Cabinet Office – is using insider access to the National Visa Center and the Obamacare database to recruit suitable “lone gunman” for attribution during false-flag attacks on America.
3. AD claims that Hillary Clinton and the Jesuit-trained Tim Kaine networked members of DOJ Pride to servers operated in Zulu time by Serco’s 8(a) companies for a media play which attributed the murders of 49 gay men in the Pulse night club in Orlando to ISIS.
4. United States Marine Field McConnell offers to help Donald Trump win a “lone gunmen” war between the Clinton-Kaine Jesuits and Abel Danger’s cloud-centric crime scene investigators

“CBS/AP June 12, 2016, 11:35 AM Mass shooting at Orlando gay club: The latest
Last Updated Jun 13, 2016 5:50 AM EDT
ORLANDO, Fla. — The latest on the attack at an Orlando nightclub, which is now apparently the deadliest mass shooting in American history:
The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has claimed responsibility for the attack early Sunday morning at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Floridathat left at least 50 dead and 53 injured.
The group’s official radio station, al-Bayan, said Monday morning that, “Over 100 Crusaders killed and injured after an attack on their gathering at a night club in America.”
“We begin from America, where Allah has enabled brother Omar Mateen, one of the soldiers of the Caliphate in America, to carry out a raid where he was able to infiltrate a Crusaders’ gathering at a gay night club in Orlando, Florida. Allah enabled him to inflict heavy casualties amongst the filthy Crusaders. He killed and injured over a hundred of them. This is the biggest raid to be carried in America after the raid of Manhattan 16 years ago. All praise to Allah.”
ISIS has in the past claimed responsibility for attacks that did not originate within its command structure or territory, and analysts say this latest claim still does not prove ISIS was directly involved in the shooting.”
“The Orlando mass murderer, Omar Mateen, worked for G4S, one of the largest private security employers in the world. G4S has some 625,000 employees spanning five continents in more than 120 countries. As a private security company it provides services for both governments as well as corporations. Some of its well-known contractors are with the British Government, the United States, Israel, Australia and many more. G4S providers a range of services in the areas of corrections, policing, and security of important facilities. In the corporate sector it has worked with such well-known companies such as Chrysler, Amtrak, Apple, and the Bank of America.”
“Pulse patrons: Mateen hung out at the club ‘for years’
Greg Toppo, USATODAY3:16 p.m. EDT June 14, 2016
A customer of the Florida nightclub says the man who shot up the place was a “regular.” Jim Van Horn says he saw Omar Mateen trying to pick up men on several occasions. (June 14) AP
As investigators on Monday scoured the details of Orlando nightclub shooter Omar Mateen’s life, several regulars at the Pulse nightclub offered a startling revelation: They had seen Mateen there before, they said, drinking, arguing and talking about his family.
The FBI late Monday told USA TODAY that it was reviewing these eyewitness accounts, but that it wasn’t clear whether Mateen’s possible visits may have served as efforts to scout the target or whether he was a patron of the club. Orlando Police Chief John Mina on Monday said he had no information about the sightings.
Pulse patron Kevin West said the 29-year-old Mateen even messaged him on and off for a year before the shooting, using a gay chat and dating app called Jack’d, the Los Angeles Times reported.
West said he was dropping off a friend at the club around 1 a.m. Sunday, an hour before the shooting, when he noticed Mateen, whom he knew by sight, crossing the street, wearing a dark cap and carrying a cellphone, according to the paper.
“He walked directly past me. I said, ‘Hey,’ and he turned and said, ‘Hey,'” and nodded his head, West said.
“I could tell by the eyes,” the Times reported.
An hour later, Mateen, wielding a 9-mm semiautomatic pistol and .223-caliber rifle, killed 49 people and injured 53 before police shot him dead.
A federal law enforcement official who is not authorized to comment publicly said late Monday that the FBI was aware of witness reports that placed Mateen at the club on prior occasions and that the bureau was reviewing those accounts.
Another patron, Ty Smith, who also uses the name Aries, told the Orlando Sentinelhe’d seen Mateen at the club at least a dozen times.
“Sometimes he would go over in the corner and sit and drink by himself, and other times he would get so drunk he was loud and belligerent,” Smith said. “We didn’t really talk to him a lot, but I remember him saying things about his dad at times. He told us he had a wife and child.”
Chris Callen, another Pulse customer, told the Sentinel he’d seen Mateen in the nightclub and had witnessed his violent outbursts.
“It was definitely him,” said Cord Cedeno. “He’d come in for years, and people knew him.”
West told the Los Angeles Times that after the shooting, as soon as he saw released photos of Mateen, he went straight to police and turned over his phone and Jack’d log-in information to the FBI.
FBI Director James Comey said investigators were looking at the possibility that Mateen had also scouted Walt Disney World in April as a potential target, the Associated Press reported.

“Meet Serco, the private firm getting $1.2 billion to process your Obamacare application
By Sarah Kliff July 16, 2013
I wrote a story for today’s paper about Serco, the contracting firm that recently won a $1.2 billion health law contract. That story focused mostly on a British investigation of the firm’s parent company, Serco Group, for overbilling the government by “tens of millions of pounds.”
What didn’t make it into the story was some interesting background on the firm, which plans to hire 1,500 workers to handle any paper applications for health coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Most of it came from a conversation with Alan Hill, Serco’s head of media relations. Here’s what I learned.
Ninety percent of its business is with the federal government. Based just outside of Washington in Reston, Va., Serco is a 25-year-old firm that pretty much owes its existence to government contracting. “We have 8,000 workers across 45 states,” Hill said. “Since the beginning of our existence, we’ve worked heavily with the federal government.”
Serco’s experience isn’t in health care. It’s in paper pushing. The $1.2 billion health law contract was the company’s first under the Affordable Care Act, Hill said. But that doesn’t mean the firm is inexperienced. It has contracts with numerous government agencies to process applications. “This contract has a lot to do with records management, processing applications and that kind of work,” Hill said. “We do a lot of that work for other agencies, like processing visas. We do that work in New Hampshire and Kentucky.
“If someone applies for a patent, that’s us who handles the application,” Hill said, explaining his firm’s contract with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. There are more than 60 million records that Serco handles for the Department of Homeland Security.
“This type of high volume, all coming in fast applications, that is one of our skill sets we have an experience in,” he said. “That’s why we’re excited about getting to work with HHS on this.”
The Obamacare contract is a huge win for Serco. The company’s annual revenue from the federal government is $1.2 billion. This would bring in another $1.2 billion over the course of five years, a big boost to the firm. Is Serco Inc., a British company? Sort of. There was a bit of fanfare over the United States engaging a large British firm to manage the rollout of a really big U.S. law. That’s only partially true. Serco Inc. is indeed part ofSerco Group, an international contracting firm headquartered about an hour southwest of London in Hook, North Hampshire.
The company that won the contract to process the Obamacare applications is Serco Inc., which is headquartered in Reston [Virginia]. “Our parent company is based in the UK,” Hill said, “And we do work for the federal government. Sometimes there’s a lot of sensitive classified work, so there’s a firewall between us and our parent company. There’s certain information they cannot know or we cannot provide to them.”
Whenever Hill makes a call to the British office, for example, he has to log the call and write down what he discussed with them. Serco Inc. has a separate, independent board. So it is indeed part of a British-based group, but at the same time a Virginia-based firm.
Want a job working on Obamacare? Has Serco got a deal for you! The company is already recruiting what will be an estimated 1,500 workers who will handle paper applications for private insurance coverage that come in through the new marketplaces. Most applications, the government expects, will come in online.
Serco has decided to headquarter its operations in Alabama, Arkansas and Kentucky. As to why these places were chosen, Hill said it has a lot with where they think they can stand up an office really fast.
“We have to go out and look at what is readily available, or what can be converted within the timeline to meet the requirements,” Hill said of office space. “Then there are all sorts of other factors, like what areas have a readily available workforce that have the experience you want. You have to look at what cities want to work with you. These areas obviously had space available and a workforce that could support us.””
“Obamacare Serco Scandal Grows
Arkansas office also pays people to do nothing
BY: Washington Free Beacon Staff
May 20, 2014 9:09 am More employees from the embattled Obamacare contractor Serco are stepping forward with allegations they are being paid to do nothing, KLOR-MO reports.
Chris Nagus with KMOV broke the story last week of a Missouri Serco office where employees at a paper Obamacare processing office had no work to do.
Following his report, Nagus spoke with employees from a Rogers, Arkansas Serco office. The employees were afraid of retribution so their identities were protected.
Some of the familiar allegations include one man who said he has processed about 40 health insurance applications in six months. Moreover, the Rogers office had a day and night shift to make outbound calls. An unnamed worker told Nagus they are prohibited from calling anyone after 9 and yet are required to stay on the clock until midnight.
“So why even be there until midnight?” Nagus asked. “I don’t know,” said the Serco employee. “Good question.” “So they make the calls stop at 9, so from 9 to midnight are the callers kind of bored?” Nagus continued.
“Yeah, there‘s nothing going on,” the employee said. He added workers were not allowed to leave early.
The Rogers, Arkansas Serco office is still hiring even though there is little work. Several other anonymous Serco workers told the local media attendance is more important than processing applications, even if there is nothing to do.”
“State defense forces (SDF; also known as state guards, state military reserves, or state militias) in the United States are military units that operate under the sole authority of a state government; they are partially regulated by the National Guard Bureau but they are not a part of the Army National Guard of the United States. State defense forces are authorized by state and federal law and are under the command of the governor of each state.
State defense forces are distinct from their state’s National Guard in that they cannot become federal entities. All state National Guard personnel (to include the National Guard of the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the territories of Guam and the Virgin Islands) can be federalized under the National Defense Act of 1933 with the creation of the National Guard of the United States. This provides the basis for integrating units and personnel of the Army National Guard into the U.S. Army and, since 1947, units and personnel of the Air National Guard into the U.S. Air Force.”
“Timothy Michael “Tim” Kaine (born February 26, 1958) is an American attorney and politician serving as the junior United States Senator from Virginia. A member of the Democratic Party, Kaine was elected to the Senate in 2012 and is the presumptive nominee of theDemocratic Party for Vice President of the United States in the 2016 election. …
He was then elected mayor of Richmond in 1998, serving in that position until being elected lieutenant governor of Virginia in 2001. Kaine was elected governor of Virginia in 2005, serving from 2006 to 2010. He served as chairman of the Democratic National Committee from 2009 to 2011. On July 22, 2016, Hillary Clinton announced that she had selected Kaine as her vice presidential running mate in the 2016 presidential election.
Early life Kaine was born at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He is the eldest of three sons born to Mary Kathleen (née Burns), a home economics teacher, and Albert Alexander Kaine, Jr., a welder and the owner of a small iron-working shop. He was raised Catholic. Kaine’s father is of Scottish and Irish ancestry, and his mother is of Irish descent. Kaine’s family moved to Overland Park, Kansas, when Kaine was two years old, and he grew up in the Kansas City area. In 1976, he graduated from Rockhurst High School, a Jesuit all-boys preparatory school in Kansas City, Missouri. At Rockhurst, Kaine joined the debate team and was elected student body president.
He was a Coro Foundation fellow in Kansas City in 1978, then attended Harvard Law School, taking a break during law school to work with theJesuit Volunteer Corps in Honduras. Kaine worked in Honduras for nine months from 1980 to 1981, helping Jesuit missionaries who ran a Catholic school in El Progreso. While running a vocational center that taught carpentry and welding, he also helped increase the school’s enrollment by recruiting local villagers. Kaine is fluent in Spanish as a result of his year in Honduras.
After returning from Honduras, Kaine met his future wife, first-year Harvard Law student Anne Holton. He graduated from Harvard Law School with a J.D. degree in 1983. Kaine and Holton moved to Holton’s hometown of Richmond, Virginia, after graduation, and Kaine was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1984.
Legal career and Richmond City Council
After graduating from law school, Kaine served as law clerk to Judge R. Lanier Anderson III of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, in Macon, Georgia. Kaine then joined the Richmond law firm of Little, Parsley & Cluverius, P.C. In 1987, Kaine became a director with the law firm of Mezzullo & McCandlish, P.C. Kaine practiced law in Richmond for 17 years, specializing in fair housing law and representing clients discriminated against on the basis of race or disability. He was a board member of the Virginia chapter of Housing Opportunities Made Equal, which he represented in a landmark discrimination lawsuit against Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co.’s practices in Richmond. Kaine did regular pro bono work. In 1988, Kaine started teaching legal ethics as an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond School of Law. Kaine taught at the University of Richmond for six years, and his students included future Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring. He was a founding member of the Virginia Coalition to End Homelessness.…
According to John Moeser, a professor emeritus of urban studies and planning at Virginia Commonwealth University and later a visiting fellow at the University of Richmond’s Center for Civic Engagement, during his time as mayor Kaine “was energetic, charismatic and, most important, spoke openly about his commitment to racial reconciliation in Richmond.” In the early part of his term, Kaine issued an apology for the city’s role in slavery, the apology was generally well received as “a genuine, heartfelt expression.” In the latter part of his term, a contentious debate took place in the city over the inclusion of a portrait of Confederate general Robert E. Lee in a set of historic murals to be placed on city floodwalls; Kaine came out in favor of Lee’s inclusion, arguing that placing Lee on the floodwall made sense in context. During his tenure as mayor, Kaine drew criticism for spending $6,000 in public funds on buses to the Million Mom March, an anti-gun-violence rally in Washington, D.C.; after a backlash, Kaine raised the money privately and reimbursed the city.
Lieutenant governor of Virginia (2002–2005)
Kaine ran for lieutenant governor of Virginia in 2001. Kaine joined the race after state senator Emily Couric dropped out due to pancreatic cancer and endorsed Kaine as her replacement. In the Democratic primary election, Kaine ran against state Delegate Alan A. Diamonstein of Newport News, and state Delegate Jerrauld C. Jones of Norfolk. Kaine won the nomination, garnering 39.7% of the vote to Diamonstein’s 31.4% and Jones’ 28.9%.
In the general election, Kaine won with 925,974 votes (50.35%), of the vote, edging out his Republican opponent, state Delegate Jay Katzen, who received 883,886 votes (48.06%). Libertarian Gary Reams received 28,783 votes (1.57%)…..
Kaine was sworn in as governor at the colonial Capitol at Williamsburg, on January 14, 2006, the first governor since Thomas Jefferson to be inaugurated there.
Kaine served as chairman of the Southern Governors’ Association from 2008 to 2009.
Democratic response to State of the Union address
On January 31, 2006, Kaine gave the Democratic response to President George W. Bush’s 2006 State of the Union address. In it, Kaine criticized the Bush administration’s No Child Left Behind Act for “wreaking havoc on local school districts”; criticized congressional Republicans for cutting student loan programs; and condemned as “reckless” Bush’s spending increases and tax cuts. Kaine praised bipartisan initiatives in Virginia “to make record investments in education” and to improve veterans’ access to veterans’ benefits. Kaine criticized the Bush administration’s conduct of the Iraq War and treatment of U.S. soldiers; saying that “the American people were given inaccurate information about reasons for invading Iraq”; “our troops in Iraq were not given the best body armor or the best intelligence”; and “the administration wants to further reduce military and veterans’ benefits.” …
As governor, Kaine established the Climate Change Commission, a bipartisan panel to study climate change issues. The panel was shuttered under Kaine’s Republican successor, Governor Robert F. McDonnell, but was revived (as the Governor’s Climate Change and Resiliency Update Commission) under his successor, Democratic Governor Terry McAuliffe. ..
Virginia Tech shooting Following the 2007 Virginia Tech shooting, in which 32 people were killed, Kaine appointed an eight-member Virginia Tech Review Panel, chaired by retired Virginia State Police superintendent W. Gerald Massengill to probe the event. The commission members included specialists in psychology, law, forensics and higher education as well as former Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge. The commission first met in May 2007, and issued its findings and recommendations in August 2007. Among other recommendations, the panel proposed many mental health reforms. Based on the panel’s recommendations, Kaine proposed $42 million of investment in mental health programs and reforms, included “boosting access to outpatient and emergency mental health services, increasing the number of case managers and improving monitoring of community-based providers.” In April 2007, Kaine signed an executive order instructing state agencies to step up efforts to block gun sales to people involuntarily committed to inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment centers. Kaine, who had been in Japan on a trade mission at the time of the shootings, received widespread praise for his quick return to the state and his handling of the issue . …
In 2006, Kaine pressed the General Assembly to support a legislative package to ease severe traffic congestion by spending $1.1 billion in repairs for aging roads and other transportation projects. The Democratic-controlled House supported the plan, but the Republican-controlled House was ultimately unwilling to approve the taxes necessary to carry out the project, however, and the effort failed even after a special session of the Legislature was called over the transportation-funding stalemate. In 2007, Republicans in the General Assembly passed their own transportation-funding bill. Rather than a statewide tax increase to finance the transportation improvements, as Kaine and most legislative Democrats favored, the Republican bill called for transportation funding “to come from borrowing $2.5 billion and paying the debt costs out of the general fund”; authorized local tax increase in Northern Virginia; increased fees and taxes on rental cars, commercial real estate, and hotels; and increased traffic infraction fines and driver’s licenses fees.….
In 2008, Kaine backed a $22 million proposal in the Virginia General Assembly to make pre-kindergarten education more accessible to at-risk four-year-olds. Virginia was rated as the best state to raise a child in a 2007 report by Education Week and the Pew Center on the States.”
“FBI: ‘Hostile Actors’ Likely Hacked Clinton Email Secrets
Comey recommends not prosecuting presumed Democratic nominee
BY: Bill Gertz
July 6, 2016 5:00 am
An extensive FBI investigation found evidence that foreign government hackers accessed private emails sent by former secretary of state Hillary Clinton but no direct evidence spies hacked into the several unsecure servers she used.
FBI Director James Comey revealed Tuesday the 11-month probe into Clinton’s private email servers uncovered negligent handling of very sensitive classified information that was placed on several unsecure servers between 2009 and 2013, when Clinton served as secretary of state.
In an unusual public announcement, Comey outlined findings that included discovery of highly classified information sent and received on Clinton’s private email servers, and signs that “hostile actors” gained access to email accounts of people who were sharing emails with Clinton.”
“From 1996-2001, Comey served as Managing Assistant U.S. Attorney in charge of the Richmond Division of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. In 1996, Comey acted as deputy special counsel to the Senate Whitewater Committee. He also served as the lead prosecutor in the case concerning the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia. .. In April 2005, Comey announced that he was leaving the Department of Justice in the fall. In August 2005, it was announced that Comey would enter the private sector, becoming the General Counsel and Senior Vice President for Lockheed Martin, the U.S. Department of Defense’s largest defense contractor. Comey’s tenure took effect on October 1, 2005, serving in that capacity until June 2, 2010, when he announced he would leave Lockheed Martin to join the senior management committee at Bridgewater Associates, a Connecticut based investment management firm.
On February 1, 2013, after leaving Bridgewater, he was appointed by Columbia University Law School as a Senior Research Scholar and Hertog Fellow on National Security Law. He was also appointed to the board of directors of the London-based financial institution HSBC Holdings, to improve the company’s compliance program after its $1.9 billion settlement with the Justice Department for failing to comply with basic due diligence requirements for money laundering regarding Mexican drug cartels and terrorism financing. Since 2012, he has also served on the Defense Legal Policy Board.”

“UK Cabinet Office – Emergency Planning College – Serco …..Types of Exercise
Workshop Exercises These are structured discussion events where participants can explore issues in a less pressurised environment. They are an ideal way of developing solutions, procedures and plans rather than the focus being on decision making. Table Top Exercises These involve a realistic scenario and will follow a time line, either in real-time or with time jumps to concentrate on the more important areas. The participants would be expected to be familiar with the plans and procedures that are being used although the exercise tempo and complexity can be adjusted to suit the current state of training and readiness. Simulation and media play can be used to support the exercise. Table-top exercises help develop teamwork and allow participants to gain a better understanding of their roles and that of other agencies and organisations. Command/Control Post Exercises These are designed primarily to exercise the senior leadership and support staff in collective planning and decision making within a strategic grouping. Ideally such exercises would be run from the real command and control locations and using their communications and information systems [Feeling lucky, Punk?]. This could include a mix of locations and varying levels of technical simulation support. The Gold Standard system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications, equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination. Live Exercises These can range from testing individual components of a system or organisation through to a full-scale rehearsal. They are particularly useful where there are regulatory requirements or with high-risk situations. They are more complex and costly to organise and deliver but can be integrated with Command Post Exercises as part of a wider exercising package.”
“Serco farewell to NPL after 19 years of innovation 8 January 2015 Serco said goodbye to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) at the end of December 2014 after 19 years of extraordinary innovation and science that has seen the establishment build a world-leading reputation and deliver billions of pounds of benefit for the UK economy. During that period under Serco’s management and leadership, NPL has delivered an extraordinary variety and breadth of accomplishments for the UK’s economy and industry. Some of the key achievements during that time have been:… It has been estimated that work carried out by the Centre of Carbon Measurement at NPL will save eight million tonnes of carbon emissions reductions (2% of UK footprint) and over half a billion pounds in economic benefit over the next decade…. NPL’s caesium fountain atomic clock is accurate to 1 second in 158 million years and NPL is playing a key role in introducing rigour to high frequency trading [for Serco’s front running banks] in the City through NPL [Zulu] Time.”

Soames left Misys after a disagreement with Misys founder Kevin Lomax on the company’s direction, and was appointed chief executive of power hire group Aggreko in June 2003, replacing Philip Harrower who died when his car collided with a train in the United States.
Soames was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2010 New Year Honours. In November 2010 Rupert Soames gave a speech to Holyrood in which he warned, “In the UK, we are already close to the rocks, because, over the next 8 years a third of our coal-fired capacity, two-thirds of our oil-fired capacity, and nearly three-quarters of our nuclear capacity will be closed down either through age or the impact of the European Large Combustion Plant Directive. Absent a massive and immediate programme of building new power stations, with concrete being poured in the next two years, we will be in serious danger of the lights going out.”
