“The 2012 Benghazi attack took place on the evening of September 11, 2012, when Islamic militants attacked the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, killing U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith.[7] Stevens was the first U.S. Ambassador killed in the line of duty since 1979.[8] The attack has also been referred to as the Battle of Benghazi.[9]

Several hours later, a second assault targeted a different compound about one mile away, killing CIA contractors Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty.[10][11] Ten others were also injured in the attacks.

Many Libyans condemned the attacks and praised the late ambassador. They staged public demonstrations condemning the militias (formed during the 2011 civil war to oppose leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi),[12][13][14] which were suspected of the attacks.”

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server went down during key moments in recent foreign policy, including terrorist attacks, rendering Clinton and her aides frustrated with their inability to communicate.

Breitbart News exclusively reported the existence of a third email server outage during Hillary Clinton’s tenure at the State Department. The three known outages occurred in February 2010, again on October 9, 2012, and then sometime during Superstorm Sandy.

Major events were going on in the world during these three server crashes, including Islamic terror attacks, that Hillary Clinton later had to respond to. But her makeshift email server, which she used for State Department business, and which she shared with staffers from the Clinton Foundation and her husband Bill and daughter Chelsea, was not reliable during these crises.

Here are some of the world events that did not schedule themselves around the technical whims of Hillary Clinton’s email server:

Malala Was Shot

Pakistani girls’ education advocate Malala Yousafzai was shot on October 9, 2012, on a bus by a Taliban gunman. Yousafzai survived to become a globally-known activist and apparent Clinton supporter.

The next morning, Hillary Clinton’s right-hand aide Huma Abedin emailed Clinton Foundation executive director Stephanie Streett to inquire about bamboo flooring options for a building.

“Is your email working?” Abedin asked Streett, clearly acknowledging that the Clinton Foundation was on the same email network. “Mine has been down last night. Did you get my email about flooring?” 

Hillary Clinton honored Malala two months later in Paris on International Human Rights Day.

“Today, we stand together with Malala and the millions of other girls and women who are risking their lives to get an education,” Clinton said in a video message to a UNESCO event focused on Malala.

Yousafzai later virtually endorsed Clinton for president.

“Even in America, even in America, people are waiting for a woman president,” Malala said in 2013 at the Clinton Global Initiative, as the crowd applauded for Hillary Clinton, who was in the audience.

Terrorist Attack in Syria

October 9, 2012—the day Hillary Clinton’s email network went down while Abedin struggled to talk about bamboo flooring options—the al-Nusra Front, an Islamic rebel group affiliated with al-Qaeda, set off car bombs in the Damascus suburbs near an air force base, reportedly killing dozens.

The Obama administration armed and trained certain Syrian rebel groups. It was reported last week that some of the American-trained groups gave supplies to al-Nusra.

Terrorist Attack in Afghanistan

On February 26, 2010, Taliban terrorists killed at least nine delegates from India in a series of suicide bombings in Kabul. The Taliban suicide bombers targeted the guest homes of employees of the Indian embassy in Afghanistan. Italian and French nationals also lost their lives that day at the hand of the Taliban.

Hillary Clinton’s email server went down on February 26, 2010. The State Department’s IT Help Desk didn’t even know that she was using a private email account, delaying the expedient recovery of her email services.

Huma Abedin explained to Clinton on February 27 what happened.

“Ur email must be back up!!,” Abedin wrote to Clinton. “What happened is judith sent you an email. It bounced back. She called the email help desk at state (I guess assuming u had state email) and told them that. They had no idea it was YOU, just some random address so they emailed. Sorry about that. But regardless, means ur email must be back! R u getting other messages?”

“I’ve gotten some messages from yesterday – how about you?” Hillary Clinton responded. “Nothing,” Abedin said.

Bashar al-Assad Met with Hezbollah and Iranian Leaders

Syrian president Bashar al-Assad had dinner with Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of the terrorist group Hezbollah, and also then-Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the night of February 25, 2010. The existence of the dinner did not come out publicly until February 26, according to the Jerusalem Post, as Clinton was having her email problems with the State Department Help Desk.

Ahmadinejad’s visit to Syria, which included his dinner with Assad, was filled with violent anti-American rhetoric. Ahmadinejad said on the trip that the Middle East in the future will be “without Zionists and without colonialists.”

North Korea Imprisoned Four South Koreans

On February 26, 2010, the North Korean regime announced that it had seized four South Korean nationals for allegedly illegally crossing the border into North Korea. This was just one day after the North Koreans accused the United States of conspiring with South Korea to plot a military attack. The North Koreans placed the southerners “under investigation.”

Meanwhile, as Abedin informed Clinton, the State Department email Help Desk “had no idea it was YOU” having email troubles.

North Korea continues to arrest those who allegedly cross the border into its country. Just last week, 21-year-old New York University student Joo Won-Moon held a supervised press conference from North Korea, where he has been held in captivity for months by the regime.

If only William Hague knew his history: you don’t send the SAS to Benghazi

Whoever planned the recent Special Air Service’s mission to Benghazi clearly wasn’t well-versed in the regiment’s history; if they had been they would have known that if there’s one place you don’t send the SAS it’s Benghazi. The Libyan port has long been a source of trouble for the world’s most famous special forces unit, ever since the regiment’s founder – David Stirling – first raided Benghazi in May 1942.

Six months earlier Stirling, then a 25-year-old lieutenant, had founded the SAS on what he described as the “principle of the fullest exploitation of surprise and of making the minimum demands on manpower and equipment”. It was Stirling’s belief that small units of well-trained soldiers – no more than five or six men – could inflict as much damage to enemy targets as a large force of 200 commandos.

It was innovative and, in the eyes of many British officers, incorrect, but Stirling was given the authorisation by General Claude Auchinleck, commander-in-chief of the British forces in North Africa, to recruit 66 officers and men to what initially was called ‘L’ Detachment of the Special Air Service Brigade.

David Stirling’s new form of combat – guerrilla warfare to all intents and purposes – might have offended the sensibilities of a minority of the British top brass, who still believed war was all about dashing cavalry charges, but it proved devastatingly successful in the space of a few weeks.

In early December 1941 a nine-man SAS team raided the German airfield at Sirte [the port where six months later one Muammar Muhammad al-Gaddafi would be born] and destroyed 24 aircraft.

A fortnight later another SAS raiding party blew up 37 Italian planes parked on the runway at Agedabia airfield. Then the SAS decided to attack Benghazi, a strategically important port that had changed hands several times as the tide of the Desert war ebbed to and fro across Libya.

On March 25 1942 Stirling and six men slipped into the port carrying a rucksack full of limpet mines and a folding canoe. The aim was to paddle out to the Italian warships at anchor in the harbour and blow them sky high. The plan was audacious, but the canoe atrocious, and when it was finally assembled by the quayside it was found to be unseaworthy. Two months later Stirling returned for a second crack at Benghazi. This time he had with him five men, including Randolph Churchill, son of the Prime Minister and an appalling special forces’ soldier. He was in the SAS only because Stirling knew he sang the unit’s praises in the letters he wrote to his father.

The plan was the same as it had been two months earlier, to blow up enemy shipping, but this time the SAS had brought along two rubber dinghies. Alas the SAS couldn’t even blow up their dinghies as both had sprung leaks on the long and bumpy trek across the desert in the back of a truck.

Two attempts on Benghazi, two embarrassing failures, yet elsewhere in Libya the SAS continued to cause mayhem. In July 1942 they destroyed 86 enemy aircraft and 45 motorised vehicles. So back Stirling went to Benghazi in September, hoping it would be third time lucky. It wasn’t.

This time the SAS didn’t even reach the port but instead were ambushed on an approach road. Forced to withdraw with several casualties, the SAS gave up on Benghazi and returned to attacking airfields and supply trucks.

When the SAS’s involvement in the war in North Africa ended in February 1943 they had destroyed nearly 350 enemy aircraft, prompting Erwin Rommel to comment they had “caused us more damage than any other British unit of equal size”.

Only in Benghazi had the SAS been foiled. Three missions and three failures. Now we can make that four.”

“Stirling was the founder of the Capricorn Africa Society – a society for promoting an Africa free from racial discrimination. Founded in 1949, while Africa was still under colonial rule, it had its high point at the 1956 Salima Conference. However, because of his emphasis on a qualified and highly elitist voting franchise, similar to Disraeli‘s “fancy franchises”, educated Africans were divided on it. Conversely, many white settlers believed it to be too liberal.

Consequently, the society’s attempt to deal with the problem of different levels of social development in a non-racial way was ineffective, although it received a surprising validation when the South African Communist Party used Stirling’s multi-racial elitist model for its 1955 “Congress Alliance” when taking over the African National Congress of South Africa.[8] Stirling resigned as Chairman of the Society in 1959. That year, following gambling losses he was obliged to note John Aspinall – I owe you £173,500 in the accountant’s ledger. One night in 1967 he lost a further £150,000.[9]”

“Deal Made On Trump Shuttle

USAir Inc. announced yesterday that it had reached an agreement with the Trump Organization and Citibank to operate the Trump Shuttle for up to 10 years with an option to buy it after five.

The group of banks led by Citibank that financed the $365 million purchase of the shuttle will own the airline in the meantime, said executives involved in the negotiations who insisted on anonymity.

Donald J. Trump will be relieved of most of the debt he incurred when he bought the shuttle from Eastern Airlines in 1989. Personal Guarantees Mr. Trump said that he had personally guaranteed $135 million of the debt on the shuttle. Bankers involved in the negotiations said that he would be relieved of at least $100 million of that, and possibly as much as $110 million. Mr. Trump said that another $245 million was owed on the shuttle but that he was not responsible for that.

In five years, the shuttle will be put up for competitive bids and USAir has the right to top any offers. Meanwhile, the shuttle will be run by USAir, which expects to use the existing work force with some of its own managers.

Asked in an interview whether USAir would buy the shuttle in five years, Seth E. Schofield, the airline’s president and chief executive, said, “Absolutely.”

Mr. Schofield said that while the shuttle’s name would be changed to the USAir Shuttle, travelers would at first see little change. He said that the aging fleet of Boeing 727’s that were refurbished under Mr. Trump would continue to be used, although some of the planes may have to be replaced in about five years. Fares to Be Reviewed He said that USAir would review the shuttle’s fares, which are now $144 one way from La Guardia to Washington National Airport, because Amtrak offers much lower fares on the same route.

“We have to look at it very carefully,” Mr. Schofield said. Amtrak’s one-way fare between New York and Washington on the Metroliner on weekdays is $83. Mr. Schofield acknowledged that with the takeover of the Pan Am Shuttle by Delta Air Lines last August, the Trump Shuttle had lost about four to five percentage points of its market share.

That would put the Trump Shuttle’s share at about 43 to 44 percent, and Mr. Schofield said that USAir would make a marketing push and upgrade some services to win back fliers.

“We’ll get that back,” he said. “Certainly not overnight, but we’ll get it back.”

He also said that USAir, which has faced heavy losses lately, planned to make a major expansion of flights in the New York area, especially at La Guardia Airport. He said that departures by USAir from La Guardia would go from 21 percent to about 30 percent of its total.

Mr. Schofield said that as a result of the purchase of 62 jet slots at La Guardia from Continental Airlines, USAir would provide 12 daily departures to Florida, five nonstops to Atlanta and five nonstops to Chicago’s Midway Airport. The collapse of Midway Airlines has left a vacuum at the Chicago airport, which other carriers are seeking to fill.

Mr. Schofield added that commuter service would be expanded on flights to Hartford, Providence, R.I., and Worcester, Mass. Flights at Newark International Airport will also be expanded, with hourly service being added between Newark and Boston, he said.

“Our overall strategy is building USAir’s strength in the Northeast,” Mr. Schofield explained.

The transaction is still subject to approval by the group of banks. Mr. Schofield said that he expects a final agreement to be reached after the first of the year, when the airline will outline its plans to run the shuttle.

Once USAir takes over, the competition between the shuttles is expected to heat up. Traditionally, they have not sought to gain market share by cutting fares. In the last two years, shuttle fares have risen rapidly, partly to offset the doubling of the price of fuel during the gulf war.

Even though fuel prices have dropped by large amounts since the war, most fares still reflect the increases made during the conflict.”

“Modern PMCs trace their origins back to a group of ex-SAS British veterans in 1965 who, under the leadership of the founder of the SAS, Sir David Stirling and John Woodhouse, founded WatchGuard International (formerly with offices in Sloane Street before moving to South Audley Street in Mayfair) as a private company that could be contracted out for security and military purposes.[13]

The company’s first assignment was to go to Yemen to report on the state of the royalist forces when a cease-fire was declared. At the same time Stirling was cultivating his contacts in the Iranian government and exploring the chances of obtaining work in Africa. The company eventually operated in Zambia and in Sierra Leone, providing training teams and advising on security matters. Stirling also organised deals to sell British weapons and military personnel to other countries for various privatised foreign policy operations. Contracts were mainly with the Gulf States and involved weapons supply and training. The company was also linked with a failed attempt to overthrow Colonel Muammar Gaddafi from power in Libya in 1971. Woodhouse resigned as Director of Operations after a series of disagreements and Stirling himself ceased to take an active part in 1972.[14]

Stirling also founded KAS International (aka KAS Enterprises) and was involved in a collaboration with the WWF to forcibly reduce the illegal poaching and smuggling of elephant tusks in various countries of Southern Africa.[15]Other groups formed by ex-SAS servicemen were established in the 1970s and 80s, including Control Risks Group and Defence Systems, providing military consultation and training.

Dramatic growth in the number and size of PMCs occurred at the time of the end of the Cold War, as Western governments increasingly began to rely on their services to bolster falling conventional military budgets. Some of the larger corporations are: Vinnell and Military Professional Resources Inc. in the United States; G4S and Keeni-Meeny Services in the United Kingdom; Lordan-Levdan in Israel and Executive Outcomes in South Africa.

The exodus of over 6 million military personnel from Western militaries in the 1990s expanded the recruiting pool for PMCs.

Some commentators have argued that there was an exodus from many special operations forces across the globe towards these private military corporations. Units that were allegedly severely affected included The British Special Air Service,[16][17] the US Special Operations Forces [18] and the Canadian Joint Task Force 2.[19] Finding work in the industry is not difficult for most former soldiers as their personal network of fellow and ex-soldiers is enough to keep them informed of available contracts.

In 1985, Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) was established in the United States, primarily to preplan for contingencies and to leverage the existing civilian resources. However, it was three years later before it was first used. In support of a United States Third Army mission, the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) used LOGCAP to contract for the construction and maintenance of two petroleum pipelines systems in Southwest Asia.

Later, USACE awarded the first contract under LOGCAP to Brown and Root Services (now KBR) in August 1992 as a cost-plus-award-fee contract, which was used in December that year to support the United Nations forces in Somalia.

Some contractors have served in advisory roles, that help train local militaries to fight more effectively, instead of intervening directly. Much of the peacekeeper training Western governments have provided to African militaries was done by private firms,[citation needed] and with the increasing absence of Western military support to international peace operations, the private sector was commonly utilized to provide services to peace and stability operations from Haiti to Darfur.

The Center for Public Integrity reported that since 1994, the Defense Department entered into 3,601 contracts worth $300 billion with 12 U.S. based various PMCs within the United States, specifically during the initial response after Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.

Domestic operations are generally under the auspice of state or federal agencies such as the Department of Energy or the Department of Homeland Security rather than the Department of Defense. Driven by increasingly greater fears of domestic terror attacks and civil unrest and disruption in the wake of disasters, more conventional security companies are moving into operations arenas that would fall within the definition of a PMC. The United States State Department also employs several companies to provide support in danger zones that would be difficult for conventional U.S. forces.”

“Breaking News On 911 ~ QRS11 Exposed ~ Civil Suit Moves Forward

I don’t know how many of you with deep interest in the events of 911 have been following the current suit by Captain Field McConnell in US District Court. The case number is Civil Case 1:08-1600 and by using Google with that case number you can pull up a great deal of information and the case itself which I’ve posted on several times previously. This is NOT being reported in the mainstream news anywhere for obvious reasons. The cases are currently active and were filed several years ago.

Let me explain:

While Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC)(Pro Se) is a simple suit involving a contractual abrogation by Air Line Pilots Association, the Court, FAA, and FBI all understand that immediately behind this Civil Case is the Qui Tam exposing alleged treasonous acts by over 120 defendants, foreign and domestic, including George HW Bush and Hillary Clinton among MANY others.

While Captains Hanley and McConnell have drastically different issues, the central issue of McConnell’s Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) is that the illegal airline modifications revealed to the Airline Pilots Association (ALPA) by McConnell on 11 December, 2006 were part of a $615M settlement Boeing paid USDOJ in June, 2006 and it is believed those illegal modifications are still deployed. Those illegal modifications were reported to FAA, FBI, Boeing and ALPA by Captain Field McConnell, Northwest on 11 December, 2006. Only Boeing has responded in a responsible manner, that being their admission on 3 March, 2007 that the BOEING UNINTERRUPTIBLE AUTOPILOT (QRS-11) existed and was deployed to make a human hijacking impossible. The key component of the BUAP is the QRS11 GyroChip (discussed extensively in my book linked below – see page 108-109) patented by BEI Corporation of Little Rock, Arkansas. The ‘patent attorney’ on that component was Hillary Clinton of Rose Law, Little Rock. As such she was a named defendant in Civil Case 3:07-cv-49, a Qui Tam filing that was delivered to Attorney General Mukasey and currently sits in AG Holder’s office is pending.

In short, what this means is that if McConnell can get summary judgment in this case, Civil Case 1:08-1600, it will then be followed by Civil Case 3:07-cv-49 which will break open the issues surrounding 911.

As you may know, the QRS-11 Gyro Chip was used to command and control the planes that were “hijacked” from the ground on 911 in order to steer them to their targets. There were no Muslim hijackers involved.

“Opened in 1994 as the successor to the Transitional Immigrant Visa Processing Center in Rosslyn, Va., the NVC centralizes all immigrant visa preprocessing and appointment scheduling for overseas posts. The NVC collects paperwork and fees before forwarding a case, ready for adjudication, to the responsible post. The center also handles immigrant and fiancé visa petitions, and while it does not adjudicate visa applications, it provides technical assistance and support to visa-adjudicating consular officials overseas. Only two Foreign Service officers, the director and deputy director, work at the center, along with just five Civil Service employees. They work with almost 500 contract employees doing preprocessing of visas, making the center one of the largest employers in the Portsmouth area. The contractor, Serco, Inc., has worked with the NVC since its inception and with the Department for almost 18 years. The NVC houses more than 2.6 million immigrant visa files, receives almost two million pieces of mail per year and received more than half a million petitions from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) in 2011. Its file rooms’ high-density shelves are stacked floor-to-ceiling with files, each a collection of someone’s hopes and dreams and each requiring proper handling.”

“The Telgraph .. Police drop investigation into Serco prisoner transport contract The outsourcing group said there was no evidence of individual or corporate wrongdoing

The City of London Police has closed an investigation into Serco’s prisoner transport contract after more than a year of work, enabling the firm to continue with the contract until 2018.

The Ministry of Justice called in the police in August 2013 to examine whether Serco had misleadingly recorded prisoners as being ready for court when they were not, in order to meet the performance criteria of the contract.

However, Serco said on Friday that the probe into the Prisoner Escort and Custody Services (PECS) contract had been closed after the police found no evidence to support bringing charges against the outsourcing firm or its staff.

“The information obtained was also sufficient for the City of London Police to conclude there was no evidence of any corporate-wide conspiracy or an intention to falsify figures to meet the DRACT [designated ready and available for court time] contract requirement by senior Serco management or at the board level of the company,” the firm said in a statement. The Ministry of Justice had said it would end the contract immediately if the firm’s board was found to have done wrong.”

Profit growth is less ballistic. The first-half pre-tax surplus rose 4% to £28.1m, net profits just 1% to £18m. Stripping out goodwill, the rise was 17%, with dividends up 12.5% to 0.81p.

Types of Exercise Workshop Exercises These are structured discussion events where participants can explore issues in a less pressurized environment.

Command/Control Post Exercises These are designed primarily to exercise the senior leadership and support staff in collective planning and decision making within a strategic grouping. Ideally such exercises would be run from the real command and control locations and using their communications and information systems. This could include a mix of locations and varying levels of technical simulation support. The Gold Standard system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications, equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination. 

Simulation and Media Support 

The method of delivering an exercise is flexible and will be designed with the client to meet their requirements with options ranging from simple paper-based delivery through to full use of their real communications systems [Red Switch Network and Hawkeye onion router surveillance aircraft] and advance computer simulation [In Trump’s death pool and war room suites]. In addition, media play can also be added in the form of news injects and the provision of experienced journalists and television crews to help test procedures and also assist in training key staff.
