#1789 Marine Links MI-3 Serco Satcom Innholders to Best Western Dryfesdale, Bullingdon Lockerbie Bomb

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco Satcom patent-pool devices operated on behalf of the MI-3 Innholders Livery Company to Bullingdon Club agents who allegedly used the Best Western Dryfesdale Hotel as a satcom command post to trigger the bomb on Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie on December 21 1988 which killed 11 people on the ground and apparently silenced survivors by intimidation.

McConnell claims that Bullingdon Club agents including the late and former Minister of State for War, John Profumo, gave Serco (then RCA Great Britain) a Satcom maintenance contract at RAF Fylingdales and used Serco to communicate with former Waffen SS members – some formerly incarcerated at Halmuir POW camp near Lockerbie – whom the MI-3 Innholders had infiltrated under Operation Paperclip into the intelligence services of the “Five Eyes” countries.

McConnell claims that the MI-3 Innholders, Serco insiders and Bullingdon alumni, had Lockerbie bombed to silence local whistleblowers or who might have revealed the real role of the Halmuir POW camp in MI-3 Operation Paperclip and indirectly exposed the MI-3 conspiracy to compromise the United States chain of command by placing the late John Shalikashvilli – son of a Waffen SS major – as the first foreign-born soldier to become Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff!

Pan Am Flight 103 (also known as the Lockerbie bombing) was a Pan Am transatlantic flight from London Heathrow Airport to John F. Kennedy International Airport in Queens, New York that was destroyed by a bomb on Wednesday, 21 December 1988, killing all 243 passengers and 16 crew members.[2] Large sections of the plane crashed into LockerbieScotland, killing an additional 11 people on the ground.

Contact is lost[edit]

At 18.58 the aircraft established two-way radio contact with Shanwick Oceanic Area Control on frequency 123.95 MHz. At 19.02:44 the clearance delivery officer at Shanwick transmitted its oceanic route clearance. The aircraft did not acknowledge this message. The Clipper Maid of the Seas’ “squawk” then flickered off. Air Traffic Control tried to make contact with the flight, with no response. It was at this time that a loud sound was recorded on the cockpit voice recorder (CVR) at 19.02:50. Five radar echos fanning out appeared, instead of one.[8][9]Comparison of the cockpit voice recorder to the radar returns showed that, eight seconds after the explosion, the wreckage had a 1-nautical-mile (1.9 km) spread.[10] A British Airways pilot, flying the Glasgow–London shuttle near Carlisle, called Scottish authorities to report that he could see a huge fire on the ground.[11]
Disintegration of aircraft[edit]

The explosion punched a 20-inch (0.51 m)-wide hole on the left side of the fuselage, almost directly under the “P” in the “Pan Am” logo. Investigators from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) concluded that no emergency procedures had been started in the cockpit.[12] The cockpit voice recorder, located in the tail section of the aircraft, was found in a field by police searchers within 24 hours. There was no evidence of a distress signal; a 180-millisecond hissing noise could be heard as the explosion destroyed the aircraft’s communications centre.[13] Although the explosion was in the aircraft hold, the effect was magnified by the large difference in pressure between the aircraft’s interior and exterior. The steering cables disrupted, the fuselage pitched downwards and to port.[14]
Investigators from the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the British Department for Transport concluded that the nose of the aircraft was effectively blown off, and was separated from the main section within three seconds of the explosion. The nose cone was briefly held on by a band of metal but facing aft, like the lid of a can. It then sheered off, up and backwards to starboard, striking off the No. 3 engine and landing some distance from Lockerbie near Tundergarth church.

Fuselage impact[edit]

The fuselage continued moving forward and down until it reached 19,000 ft (5,800 m), at which point its dive became nearly vertical.[15] As it descended, the fuselage broke into smaller pieces, with the section attached to the wings landing first[16] in Sherwood Crescent, Lockerbie, where the 200,000 lb (91,000 kg) of kerosene contained inside ignited. The resulting fireball destroyed several houses.

Investigators were able to determine that both wings had landed in the crater after counting the number of large steel flap drive jackscrews that were later found there[9][page needed]; there was no evidence of the wings found outside the crater itself.[17] The British Geological Survey at nearby Eskdalemuir registered a seismic event at 19.03:36 measuring 1.6 on the Richter scale, which was attributed to the impact.

Another section of the fuselage landed about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) northeast, where it slammed into a home in Park Place. Miraculously, despite the house being completely demolished, its occupant escaped uninjured.”

Welcome to the Serco Americas Emergency Web Site.  This web site was implemented as a component of Serco’s Business Continuity Plan.  The purpose for the site is to provide a pre-positioned alternate means of web communication if our primary web resources are disrupted in an emergency.

Serco maintains robust IT and Web capabilities.  However, some types of emergency events have potential to disrupt these operations such as power and equipment failures, regional weather disasters, a structure fire, etc.  This site is implemented through a reputable web-hosting service (not on Serco IT equipment).  The web-hosting service equipment is maintained at a location outside of the region where Serco maintains its IT infrastructure.  This site is therefore insulated from internal IT emergencies that might affect Serco IT equipment, and, would not be affected by a regional emergency in the mid-Atlantic states.

This web site will be activated if an emergency event occurs which also disrupts Serco’s web site capabilities.  The content of this web page will be updated by the Serco Communications Department with information from the Serco Corporate Emergency Management Team.  This site will provide employees with instructions, news on event status, and other information.  If an emergency event occurs which does not disrupt Serco’s internal web site capabilities, the Serco OurWorld-NA Intranet Portal at https://ourtown.serco-na.com will continue to be the primary source for emergency event information.”

“RAF Fylingdales is a Royal Air Force station on Snod Hill in the North York MoorsEngland. Its motto is “Vigilamus” (translates to “We are watching”). It is a radar base and is also part of the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS). As part of intelligence-sharing arrangements between the United States and United Kingdom (see, for example, the UKUSA Agreement), data collected at RAF Fylingdales are shared between the twocountries. Its primary purpose is to give the British and US governments warning of an impending ballistic missile attack (part of the so-called four minute warning during the Cold War). A secondary role is the detection and tracking of orbiting objects.”

Leaks on Five Eyes spy network are fuelling ‘misinformation,’ CSEC watchdog says

The watchdog over the national eavesdropping agency says many recent leaks about the Five Eyes intelligence network are being taken out of context by the media.

Jean-Pierre Plouffe, who keeps an eye on Communications Security Establishment Canada, says the leaked tidbits often then become misinformation.

“The Ukrainian soldiers were interned in Rimini, Italy, in the area controlled by Polish II Corps forces. The UNA commander Pavlo Shandruk requested for a meeting with Polish general Władysław Anders in London, and asked him to protect the army against the deportation to Soviet Union. Despite the Soviet pressure, Anders managed to protect Ukrainian soldiers, as the former citizens of the Second Republic of Poland. This, together with the intervention of the Vatican saved its members from deportation to the USSR. Bishop Buchko of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church had appealed to Pope Pius XII to intervene on behalf of the division, whom he described as “good Catholics and fervent anti-Communists”. Due to Vatican intervention, the British authorities changed the status of Division members from POW to surrendered enemy personnel[33] and the Polish II Corps declined their deportation to Soviet Union. 176 soldiers of the division joined Władysław Anders‘s Polish army.[34][35] In 1947, former soldiers of SS “Galizien” were allowed to emigrate to Canada and to the United Kingdom.[36][37] The names of about 7,100 former soldiers of SS “Galizien” admitted to the UK have been stored in the so-called “Rimini List”. Despite several requests of various lobby groups, the details of the list have never been publicly released. Only in 2003 the anti-terrorist branch of Scotland Yard launched a massive investigation of the people from the list by cross-referencing NHS patient, social security and pension records. However the order to release confidential medical records was met with an outcry from civil liberties groups.[38]

  • :3 But draw near hither, ye sons of the sorceress, the seed of the adulterer and the whore. 4 Against whom do ye sport yourselves? against whom make ye a wide mouth, and draw out the tongue? are ye not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood, 5 Enflaming yourselves with idols under every green tree, slaying the children in the valleys under the clifts of the rocks? 6 Among the smooth stones of the stream is thy portion; they, they are thy lot: even to them hast thou poured a drink offering, thou hast offered a meat offering. Should I receive comfort in these? 7 Upon a lofty and high mountain hast thou set thy bed: even thither wentest thou up to offer sacrifice. 8 Behind the doors also and the posts hast thou set up thy remembrance: for thou hast discovered thyself to another than me, and art gone up; thou hast enlarged thy bed, and made thee a covenant with them; thou lovedst their bed where thou sawest it. 9 And thou wentest to the king with ointment, and didst increase thy perfumes, and didst send thy messengers far off, and didst debase thyself even unto hell. 10 Thou art wearied in the greatness of thy way; yet saidst thou not, There is no hope: thou hast found the life of thine hand; therefore thou wast not grieved. 11 And of whom hast thou been afraid or feared, that thou hast lied, and hast not remembered me, nor laid it to thy heart? have not I held my peace even of old, and thou fearest me not? 12 I will declare thy righteousness, and thy works; for they shall not profit thee.
