To Whom It May Concern:
Field McConnell – United States Marine and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger – has linked Serco’s alleged use of Demon face-recognition software for Obamacare surveillance over the federal bridge* and Boeing’s infrared search and tracking (IRST) networks to fake news and media plays intended to conceal the loss of the Boeing 777ER aircraft of MH Flights 370 and 17 and ongoing ‘dead-pilot life assurance frauds’ by Serco shareholders including AXA and Allianz.
“Chief of firm involved in breach is Obama adviser
From Kate Bolduan/CNN
WASHINGTON (CNN) — The CEO of a company whose employee is accused of improperly looking at the passport files of presidential candidates is a consultant to the Barack Obama campaign, a source said Saturday.
… On Friday, the department revealed that Obama’s passport file was improperly accessed three times this year, and the security of passport files of the two other major presidential candidates — Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican John McCain — had also been breached. Watch the secretary of state apologize for the breach »
Three contract employees are accused in the wrongdoing, including the one who works for Analysis Corp. and who was disciplined. That contract employee accessed McCain’s file in addition to Obama’s.

The other two contract employees worked for Stanley Inc. They were fired.
The Washington Times, which broke the story Thursday night that Obama’s records had been improperly accessed, reported Saturday that the State Department inquiry is focusing on the Analysis Corp. employee. Also, the investigation by the department’s inspector general will include polygraph tests for supervisors in the passport section to find out whether there was any political motive.”
“CGI Group Inc. (Consultants to Government and Industries ”
Conseillers en gestion et informatique or IT and Management Consultants), more commonly known as CGI, is a Canadian global information technology (IT) consulting, systems integration, outsourcing, and solutions company headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. …
Government and military
In March 2015, CGI won a contract with the North Wales Police for close to $27.4 million, to provide the department with “managed ICT (information and communications technology) and associated business services.” Also in March, the British Ministry of Defense (MOD) selected CGI to provide training needs analysis at the Defense College of Technical Training and to provide support for the MOD’s Fire Control Battlefield Information System Application (FC BISA) and the Fire Control Application (FCA) systems.
Health insurance marketplaces in the United States
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was signed into law in 2010, and called for the creation of health insurance marketplaces for US citizens. In 2011 CGI Federal won a $93.7 million contract with the United States Department of Health and Human Services to help establish the software back-end of a new federal health insurance marketplace. For the next two years the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services oversaw the website’s design, outsourcing to 55 federal contractors such as Experian and Quality Software Services, Inc. CGI Federal subcontracted the back-end work to other companies, as is common on large government contracts, and was also responsible for building some of the state-level healthcare exchanges. The Obama administration repeatedly modified policies pertaining to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act until the summer of 2013, meaning contractors had to adapt the software to changing requirements and delay aspects of development.….
In August 2010, CGI Federal acquired Stanley, Inc. for an enterprise value of approximately $1.07 billion. The deal came close to doubling CGI’s presence in the United States, and expanded CGI into defense and intelligence contracts. Several years earlier CGI had been legally unable to acquire AMS’s defense division because of a lack of U.S. Department of Defense-required infrastructure. In 2010, however, the infrastructure was in place. At the time of merger, Stanley earned annual revenues of $865 million, and that amount combined with CGI Federal’s profit brought their joint income to about $1.2 billion.”
“Malaysia believes data from US spy satellites Pine Gap could help find MH370
April 19, 2014
Australia and the United States Joint Defense Facility Pine Gap Partly run by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) and U.S. National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), the station is a key contributor to the global surveillance network ECHELON.
SUPER-SECRET FACILITIES: Jindalee, Pine Gap may have crucial radar, satellite readings
SEPANG: A CRUCIAL piece of the puzzle in the Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 mystery could lie somewhere in the barren Australian heartland.
As recovery efforts for MH370 continue into the 12th day, the one element that could swing the odds in favour of search-and-rescue (SAR) teams — a super-secret installation just outside Alice Springs — remains cloaked in secrecy.
Aviation Week news portal has accused Canberra of being unwilling to disclose whether its Jindalee Over-The-Horizon Radar (OTHR) system had tracked the flight.
While it said the super radar had an official range of 3,000km, the Royal Australian Air Force system is reportedly able to reach further into the South China Sea.

“Allianz insurer starts pay-outs on missing Malaysian airliner claims
German insurance company Allianz has started making payments on claims related to missing Malaysian Airline flight MH370. The company says it is seeking to complete claims payments by the end of the week.
Allianz and other co-reinsurers of the Malaysian Airlines aviation hull and liability policy had made initial payments linked to the disappearance of Malaysian Airlines flight MH370, the German insurance company announced late on Tuesday.
The company, which is Malaysia Airlines’ lead insurer, was confirming an earlier report in the German business daily Handelsblatt. In its Wednesday edition, Handelsblatt reported that payments in the case would amount to about $100 million (72 million euros) for the aircraft and the 239 people on board.
MH370 – looking for a needle in a haystack
Allianz declined to comment on the exact sum of claims and how much of it would be passed on to other insurers in the consortium.
“This is in agreement with the insurance broker, Willis, and is in line with normal market practice and our contractual obligations where an aircraft is reported missing,” Allianz said in a statement.
Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 disappeared on March 8 en route to Beijing. The Malaysian government believes the Boeing 777 plane was deliberately diverted and flew for several hours after leaving its scheduled flight path. An international land and sea search is now covering an area the size of Australia. Authorities have yet to establish a clear motive to explain its disappearance.
