#2696: Clinton Pride With Zulu Mission – ATF Smart Blood Tag – Serco’s 8(a) Spot-Fixed Pulse

1. Abel Danger (AD) claims that Hillary Clinton formed the DOJ Pride group in 1994 to deploy ATF, BOP, DEA, FBI, USMS and OJP partners on Zulu-style military missions to kill spies, rebels and enemies and confiscate their property – cf. DOJ Forfeiture Fund.
2. AD claims that British security companies have equipped ATF pride response teams with covertly-developed smart-blood tags so that their death-bet bookmaker can pre-select the bettor who will scoop the pot when a targeted victim’s blood pressure falls to zero.
3. AD claims that Serco‘s shareholders including the British government and Goldman Sachs, staged an ATF command-post exercise with DOJ Pride and 8(a) companies in the Pulse night club in Orlando on June 12, 2016 to spot fix the death of G4S crisis actor Omar Mateen.
4. United States Marine Field McConnell invites James Comey – FBI director and former director of Serco‘s drug-hub banker HSBC – to investigate Clinton’s DOJ Pride group in the Zulu mission which apparently spot fixed the death of nearly 50 gay men including the shooter in Pulse (http://www.abeldanger.net/2010/01/field-mcconnell-bio.html).

White’s Club death-bet bookmaker services dates back to 1743 and – as Cameron’s friend, Churchill’s grandson and Serco CEO Rupert Soames well knows – only the technology to spot fix the Zulu time of victim death has changed.

“Orlando Shooter Wasn’t the First Murderer Employed By Global Mercenary Firm G4S
By Alex Emmons Global Research, June 16, 2016
The Intercept 14 June 2016
Theme: Law and Justice
The MAN WHO shot over 100 people and killed 49 in an Orlando nightclub Saturday worked at a retirement home as a security guard for G4S – a giant, often controversial global contracting corporation that provides mercenary forces, prison guards and security services. G4S is one of the world’s largest private security companies, with more than 620,000 employees and a presence in over 100 countries.
G4S confirmed in a statement that Omar Mateen had worked for the company since 2007, and said it was “shocked and saddened” by the shooting. A later statement said that Mateen was subject to “detailed company screening” in 2007 and again in 2013, “with no adverse findings.”
But one of Mateen’s former coworkers told the New York Times that he “saw it coming,” that Mateen “talked about killing people all the time,” and that he was “always angry, sweating, just angry at the world.”
The coworker, who said he quit his job due to harassment from Mateen, explained that he “complained multiple times” to G4S, because Mateen didn’t like “blacks, women, lesbians, and Jews.”
Yet G4S continued to employ Mateen, who was able to obtain a “security officer” license to buy firearms in addition to his state license and conceal carry permit.
Mateen was even allowed to work at G4S while under FBI investigation. According to the FBI, Mateen was suspected of involvement in terror in 2013. The FBI investigation included the use of paid informants, recording conversations, following him, electronic surveillance, and interviewing him three times, FBI Director James Comey said on Monday. The investigation was closed because it produced no hard evidence of terrorist complicity. G4S’s statement says that Mateen was subject to “checks from a U.S. law enforcement agency with no findings reported to G4S.” But according to the New York Times, the investigation took place because of “reports from [Mateen’s] coworkers, that he… suggested he may have had terrorist ties.”
G4S has previously been accused of improperly vetting its employees. In 2009, Danny Fitzsimons, a former British paratrooper and employee of a G4S subsidiary, killed two colleagues in Iraq, claiming to be “the antichrist” and saying he “must satisfy” his “bloodlust.” An official investigation concluded that his employer did not properly vet his psychological health.
In 2007, G4S signed contracts with five Israeli prisons and “interrogation centers,” leading to accusations that it was complicit in torture and the imprisonment of children. In 2010, three G4S security guards killed an Angolan national during a deportation flight from the U.K., by restraining him in an asphyxiating position.
In January, five G4S officers were arrested after a BBC expose revealed systematic abuse and neglect at a G4S-run youth jails.
G4S has also become a focal point for the Israel-focused Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions Movement over its partnerships with Israeli prisons and military checkpoints. Activist pressure has led to divestment from the company by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the United Methodist Church, and UNICEF in Jordan. G4S has since announced that it would end its Israeli prison contracts.
In 2002, G4S acquired the United States-based Wackenhut Corporation, a private security and prison contractor with a deeply troubled history, including the widespread sexual assault of inmates at a Texas detention center in 1999.
Wackenhut went on to win a contract to guard the U.S. Embassy at Kabul, worth $189 million over five years. In 2009, the Project on Government Oversight sent a letter to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with photographic evidence that embassy guards had created a “Lord of the Flies environment,” at the embassy, said to include guards and supervisors “peeing on people, eating potato chips out of [buttock] cracks, vodka shots out of [buttock] cracks… [drunken] brawls, threats and intimidation from those leaders participating in this activity.”
Nevertheless, Wackenhut was hired by the U.S. government and BP in 2010 to manage perimeter security for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on the Gulf Coast.
On the news that Mateen worked for G4S, the company’s stock dropped 6.6 percent, wiping out $280 million in company value.
“Government still paying G4S and Serco millions for tagging despite ban
Two firms which faced criminal investigations over alleged overcharging received £13.2m between them after losing contract, analysis shows.

The Ministry of Justice is still paying security firms G4S and Serco millions of pounds every month for supplying electronic tagging equipment, more than a year after both companies were barred from running the contract.
Both companies faced criminal investigations by the Serious Fraud Office over allegations of overcharging that led to them repaying nearly £180m.
The continuing monthly payments to the two companies were uncovered by an analysis of Ministry of Justice (MoJ) data by the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies which shows that G4S was paid a total of £8.7m between March 2014 – when it lost the tagging contract – and February 2015. Serco was paid £4.5m over the same period.
The electronic monitoring tags are used to enforce curfews on more than 100,000 offenders each year. The outsourcing giant Capita took over the contract on an interim basis in April last year.
In July 2014, Capita and three other companies were named as the winners of a £265m six-year contract to supply the next generation of satellite tracking tags, which would allow dangerous and repeat offenders to be monitored around the clock.
The MoJ agreed that Capita should continue to use the older G4S/Serco tagging equipment until the first satellite tracking tags were due to come into use by the end of last year. But there have been continued delays in the development of the satellite tracking tags and the contracts with G4S and Serco to use their equipment have been extended. The Guardian understands that they were given a 15-month extension earlier this year with a further extension possible when that expires in 2016.
Richard Garside of the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies said: “The ministry is continuing to pay G4S and Serco for the supply of electronic tagging equipment months after the contracts should have been terminated, because the timetable for the next generation of satellite tagging technology has slipped and slipped.
“The ministry needs to clarify, as soon as possible, when payments to G4S and Serco will end.”
Garside claimed that the MoJ had originally published inaccurate data showing that the two companies had been paid a total of £32m but had since clarified the figure as being £13.2m. An MoJ spokeswoman said: “G4S and Serco no longer deliver electronic monitoring services.
We have always been clear Capita would continue to use their systems until new tags were developed, which gave taxpayers value for money and put public safety first.”
She said that the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies’ original interpretation of the MoJ data had been incorrect as the bulk of the reported £32m that had been spent had been for the period in 2013 and 2014 when G4S and Serco still held the tagging contract.
The former justice secretary, Chris Grayling, announced in July last year that a small Redditch company, Steatite, would supply the new generation of satellite GPS tracking tags. They in turn sub-contracted to a Taiwanese company, Sanav. But it is understood that the first Steatite tags were rushed into use last year in an attempt to meet Grayling’s end-of-year deadline, but had to be withdrawn amid a dispute over intellectual property rights and other issues. The tags may not be ready until 2016 or later.
G4S runs the largest current satellite tracking programme in the world in France where it tracks the daily movements of 12,000 offenders. A G4S spokesman said: “Our GPS-enabled electronic monitoring technology is a world-leader – designed, developed and exported from our base in Leicester to 17 countries around the world – and we will continue to support the ministry of justice in England and Wales in any way we can.”
This article was amended on 25 June 2015 to make it clear that Steatite, not Capita, was responsible for the delays in the development of the satellite tags.”
“Orlando Killer’s Father Held Meetings At The White House
June 15, 2016 by Chris Buskirk • 43 Comments
Seddique Mateen, father of the Orlando killer and outspoken supporter of the Taliban, has also been a guest at Obama’s White House and Hillary’s State Department. I wonder what they were talking about? The senior Mateen has described Omar as a “good son.” Of course he also describes the Taliban as a good government so that should give you a frame of reference for what he considers good.
Did he meet directly with President Obama? That’s unclear. It’s unclear who he met with and no one has returned calls for a comment. The photos come from Mateen’s Facebook Page where he claims he was in Washington to discuss Afghan affairs with government officials. But why is Seddique Mateen standing behind the President’s podium in the mock White House Briefing Room. He insinuates that he was there to meet with Administration officials and perhaps the President himself. Again, we can’t verify his claims. Still, it’s curious that the father of the Orlando killer, a Taliban supporter who claims to be some sort of Afghan President in waiting was there at all. Apparently Mateen has been a frequent visitor to the nation’s capitol where he claims contacts at the highest levels of government. Mateen claims he also held meetings at Hillary’s State Department.
Gee, that’s strange. Especially in light of the fact that Hillary Clinton killed a Department of Homeland Security investigation that related to Omar Mateen’s mosque, the Islamic Center of Ft. Pierce. Stopped the investigation dead in it’s tracks. And made sure that the records were destroyed so that the case couldn’t be reopened. Hillary sure likes deleting things.
Meanwhile, Omar Mateen was working for a Department of Homeland Security contractor and was being investigated by the FBI – who somehow found nothing and let him continue on his deadly path.
It’s no wonder both Hillary and Obama are so eager to call Omar Mateen a lone gunmen and try and change the subject to “gun violence” and call for disarming law abiding Americans. They don’t want anyone looking into their relationship – if any – with the Mateen clan and their compatriots.
Oh, right, 1 more thing. Here’s Seddique Mateen in the United States Senate outside of the Democrats’ Foreign Affairs Committee offices. Was he just posing, trying to make himself look important or was he really holding meetings? As of now, no one’s talking.
Interesting. Again, this is also not on the tour that is open to the public. Mateen claims he was there meeting senior Democrat lawmakers. They’re all trying to cover it up now that the truth about the Mateen family is out. Seddique is a Taliban supporter and his son is a murderer who swore allegiance to ISIS on whose behalf he slaughter innocent Americans. And Mateen has been very friendly with the Democrat establishment in Washington. Why isn’t anyone else talking about this?
You’re not going to find this in the mainstream media. They’re too busy shilling for Clinton and Obama. But the pictures don’t lie. And neither do the dead bodies in Orlando.
Oh, and here’s Seddique Mateen with Democrat Congressman and Hillary supporter, Charlie Rangel of New York.
Good friends. Good times.
Why was Seddique Mateen in Washington? Did he really have the meetings and contacts he claimed to have? So far no one is saying anything. None of our calls for comment have been returned.

“Bond has always been known for his gadgets, and although Daniel Craig’s version of the character has been considerably less doohickey-heavy than past iterations, he’s still managed to make use of a few over the years, from his in-car defibrillator in Casino Royale to his biometric-coded gun in Skyfall. But Spectre, the newest Bond film, changes up the formula and brings more gadgets than fans have seen in years. There are returning favorites like a tricked out Aston Martin and an exploding watch, but there’s also a new twist on an old gadget that allows Bond to be tracked by his bosses, an injected microchip that records his every move. But before you start worrying that Smart Blood exists like in Spectre, relax: it’s probably not gonna happen. Yet.
To Bond fans, though, the technology isn’t totally new. In Casino Royale, Bond is injected with a microchip that tracks his location and monitors his vital signs. However, when he’s captured by the bad guys, the device is cut out of his arm, rendering it useless. MI6 seems to have learned their lesson in Spectre, because this time around Bond is injected with Smart Blood, consisting of nanotechnology that does the same thing while flowing microscopically through his veins. As for whether it could really happen, the answer is not yet, but someday it could be.”
“[White’s Club member] Rupert Christopher Soames OBE (born 18 May 1959) is a British businessman, CEO of the outsourcing company Serco. Soames was born in Croydon, Surrey, to Lord and Lady Soames. He is a grandson of Sir Winston Churchill, a nephew of the former Defence Secretary Duncan Sandys and Diana Churchill; the journalist Randolph Churchill and the actress and dancer Sarah Churchill and a great-nephew of the founders of the Scout movement, Robert Baden-Powell and Olave Baden-Powell. His brother is the Conservative MP Sir Nicholas Soames.
Soames was educated at St. Aubyns Preparatory School in Rottingdean, East Sussex and Eton College, and then Worcester College at the University of Oxford, during which time he worked as a DJ at the London nightclub Annabel’s, as well as being elected to the Presidency of the Oxford Union.
Upon graduation, he was offered a position at General Electric Company (GEC) by the managing director Arnold Weinstock. He remained at GEC for 15 years, working in the company’s avionics and computing divisions, and became managing director of Avery Berkel, running the company’s UK, India, Asia and Africa operations.
After leaving GEC in 1997, Soames joined the software company Misys as chief executive of its Midas-Kapiti division. He was promoted to chief executive of the Banking and Securities Division in June 2000.
Soames left Misys after a disagreement with Misys founder Kevin Lomax on the company’s direction, and was appointed chief executive of power hire group Aggreko in June 2003, replacing Philip Harrower who died when his car collided with a train in the United States.
Soames was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2010 New Year Honours. In November 2010 Rupert Soames gave a speech to Holyrood in which he warned, “In the UK, we are already close to the rocks, because, over the next 8 years a third of our coal-fired capacity, two-thirds of our oil-fired capacity, and nearly three-quarters of our nuclear capacity will be closed down either through age or the impact of the European Large Combustion Plant Directive. Absent a massive and immediate programme of building new power stations, with concrete being poured in the next two years, we will be in serious danger of the lights going out.”
“UK Cabinet Office – Emergency Planning College – Serco …..Types of Exercise
Workshop Exercises These are structured discussion events where participants can explore issues in a less pressurised environment. They are an ideal way of developing solutions, procedures and plans rather than the focus being on decision making. Table Top Exercises These involve a realistic scenario and will follow a time line, either in real-time or with time jumps to concentrate on the more important areas. The participants would be expected to be familiar with the plans and procedures that are being used although the exercise tempo and complexity can be adjusted to suit the current state of training and readiness. Simulation and media play can be used to support the exercise. Table-top exercises help develop teamwork and allow participants to gain a better understanding of their roles and that of other agencies and organisations. Command/Control Post Exercises These are designed primarily to exercise the senior leadership and support staff in collective planning and decision making within a strategic grouping. Ideally such exercises would be run from the real command and control locations and using their communications and information systems [Feeling lucky, Punk?]. This could include a mix of locations and varying levels of technical simulation support. The Gold Standard system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications, equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination. Live Exercises These can range from testing individual components of a system or organisation through to a full-scale rehearsal. They are particularly useful where there are regulatory requirements or with high-risk situations. They are more complex and costly to organise and deliver but can be integrated with Command Post Exercises as part of a wider exercising package.”
“Serco do a bunch more that didn’t even make our story: As well as thanking God for his success, CEO Chris Hyman is a Pentecostal Christian who has released a gospel album in America and fasts every Tuesday. Amazingly, he was also in the World Trade Centre on 9/11, on the 47th floor addressing shareholders [including Bilderberg bankers such as HSBC and the Rockefeller-controlled JP Morgan Chase] Serco run navy patrol boats for the ADF, as well as search and salvage operations through their partnership with P&O which form Defence Maritime Services. Serco run two Australian jails already, Acacia in WA and Borallon in Queensland. They’re one of the biggest companies In the UK for running electronic tagging of offenders under house arrest or parole.”
“Serco farewell to NPL after 19 years of innovation
8 January 2015
Sercosaid goodbye to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) at the end of December 2014 after 19 years of extraordinary innovation and science that has seen the establishment build a world-leading reputation and deliver billions of pounds of benefit for the UK economy. During that period under Serco‘s management and leadership, NPL has delivered an extraordinary variety and breadth of accomplishments for the UK’s economy and industry. Some of the key achievements during that time have been:… It has been estimated that work carried out by the Centre of Carbon Measurement at NPL will save eight million tonnes of carbon emissions reductions (2% of UK footprint) and over half a billion pounds in economic benefit over the next decade….
NPL’s caesium fountain atomic clock is accurate to 1 second in 158 million years and NPL is playing a key role in introducing rigour to high frequency trading in the City through NPL [Zulu] Time.”
