1. Abel Danger (AD) asserts that the UK Cabinet Office used Serco’s (RCA GB 1929) 8(a) companies in a media play for the 9/11 attack on the NYC Twin Towers where unwitting (?) journalists and television crews deceived the public.
2. AD asserts that Serco gave Clinton guests in hotels equipped with the Defense Red Switch Network, “Flash Override” and NPL clock privileges they needed to bet with foreknowledge or trigger the exact time of death of Twin Towers victims.
3. AD asserts that Serco equipped Trump Plaza with onion router networks so its high-rollers could trigger pre-positioned special operation demolition kits (SOFDK) in the Twin Towers with detonation signals relayed unwittingly by officers on the French Ship Charles de Gaulle and its U.S. Navy counterparts.

“Harrah’s at Trump Plaza opened on May 14, 1984, as a joint venture between the Trump Organization and Holiday Inn subsidiary Harrah’s. Trump built the complex and it was managed by Harrah’s and contained 614 rooms, seven restaurants, a health club, a 750-seat showroom and a 60,000 sq.ft. casino all on a narrow 2.6-acre plot of land next to Caesars Atlantic City. Within five months, the Harrah’s name was removed from the casino and it became known only as Trump Plaza Part of the reason for this is that Harrah’s was commonly associated and attracted low-rolling gamblers, but Trump had built 85 high-roller suites, which were rarely used. Revenue for the seven months it was open in 1984 the casino was placed seventh out of the ten casinos operating in the city at the time, which led to Trump taking over the entire casino from Harrah’s. In 1989, the East Tower of the complex was opened, expanding the resort to a total of 906 rooms. The East Tower is a former Holiday Inn constructed in the 1960s, but closed after gambling was approved in 1976 with the intention of becoming the Penthouse Hotel and Casino. Trump later purchased the unfinished casino project, demolished the shell that was to become the casino, renovated the tower and covered its brick facade in white stucco to match the rest of the casino.
Trump Plaza hosted the Wrestlemania IV and Wrestlemania V events in 1988 and 1989 respectively. Although the World Wrestling Federation billed the events as being held at the Trump Plaza and Casino, in reality Trump was only the sponsor of both events, which were in fact held at the nearby Atlantic City Convention Hall.
The complex was at the center of a major eminent domain court case in the mid-1990s, when Trump Enterprises sought to obtain the property of Vera Coking, a retired homeowner whose house was adjacent to Trump Plaza.In Coking vs. C.R.D.A., Donald Trump, and Trump Plaza, Coking was victorious, and plans to build a limousine parking lot on her property were thwarted. Coking was represented Pro bono, by Institute for Justice (IJ) 
On May 24, 2011, Trump Entertainment Resorts announced that a decision would be made within two months to either sell the casino or to renovate and expand it, possibly with a joint venture partner. In February 2013, the company proposed to sell the property for $20 million to the Meruelo Group, a California-based company whose businesses include the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno. Meruelo planned to make significant investments in the property and rename it. In April 2013, the deal was put on hold when Trump Entertainment was unable to obtain a release of its mortgage. Carl Icahn, senior lender for the mortgage, declined to approve the sale for the proposed price.”
Demolitions provide a rapid means to clear and reduce impediments to the free movement and maneuver of friendly forces. As technology progresses to allow more explosive power to be packed into smaller, lighter, more effective packages, the opportunities to take advantage of the utility of these improved munitions have increased. A number of programs being pursued will provide significant improvements in capability. Demolitions also provide an ability to rapidly create obstacles to assist friendly forces in denying assets to the enemy and to obstruct enemy mobility.
Examples of Demolitions Being Developed and/or Fielded by Picatinny
The Fighting Position Excavator (FPE) is one of several fighting position initiatives undertaken by the Soldier Enhancement Program. Its objective is to loosen the soil of a specific area designated for a “foxhole” on the battlefield, thus greatly reducing the physical effort and time it takes to create a two-man fighting position.
The Modern Demolition Initiator (MDI) is a suite of initiating components used to activate all standard military demolitions and explosives. It consists of non-electric blasting cap assemblies with an integral time delay interior, a time fuse or shock tube, and a “J” hook that can be attached to a detonating cord. The suite will replace electric and non-electric firing systems for conventional forces while maintaining compatibility with existing Army systems. MDI makes it safer, quicker, and easier for soldiers to successfully complete demolition missions.
The Remote Activation Munition System (RAMS) is a secure, radio-controlled system designed to remotely control demolition charges. Initially developed for use by Special Operations Forces for a wide range of operations, RAMS gives the user a remote control capability to destroy, delay and disrupt an enemy far forward of the Forward Line of Own Troops (FLOT) while avoiding direct enemy contact. A similar version or RAMS is used by the U.S. Marine Corps and Army Explosive Ordnance Detachments (EOD).
Picatinny developed a unique kit, the Special Operations Forces Demolition Kit (SOFDK), to meet requirements of the U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Special Operations Forces in 1997. The kit contains a variety of inert and plastic items that, when field loaded, provide the user with charges to use against numerous targets and mission scenarios. It combines state-of-the-art components with methods to accomplish the mission safely, efficiently and more effectively. The soldier is able to remotely acquire the target from a safe standoff distance of up to 50 meters and defeat it using fewer explosives than conventional demolition operations. Lighter loads and reduced time-on-target allow the operator the flexibility of constructing the smallest, lightest charge feasible with the maximum precision for numerous types of targets and mission scenarios.
The Selectable Lightweight Attack Munition (SLAM) is an antimaterial and anti- vehicular handheld devise used to destroy enemy vehicles, parked aircraft, ammunition sites, storage facilities and other small targets without direct contact with the enemy. SLAM’s multiple fuzing modes increase its effectiveness against hard-and soft-armored vehicles, and other targets.
The Penetration Augmented Munition (PAM) is a lightweight, man portable demolitions device also developed for Special Operation Forces. The compact device is 33 inches long and weighs approximately 35 pounds. It can be emplaced by a single person to defeat large reinforced concrete structures. The PAM can be carried in a rucksack or strapped to load-bearing equipment without interfering with the solder’s ability to walk, climb or rappel. It can be initiated by any standard military detonation device.
The Time Delay Firing Device (TDFD) is used by Special Operations Forces and other units to initiate charges placed on high-value targets such as bridges, tunnels and ammunition storage depots, with set times, which allow the soldier to safety depart from hostile areas. It is capable of being set in the field for time delays ranging from five minutes to 30 days and is typically used behind enemy lines to destroy and disrupt their forces and efforts. The TDFD is capable of initiating a standard military blasting cap.

It was designed to enhance the performance of Special Operations Forces operating in strike and engagement missions. SYDET is small and easy to carry, initiates detonation on recognition of an acoustic stimulus caused by the detonation of a nearby pre-determined explosive charge and can be set to self-destruct using a digital liquid crystal display. Anonymous connections hide who is connected to whom and for what purpose from outside eavesdroppers. Onion routing is a technique for anonymous communication over a computer network. Messages are repeatedly encrypted and then sent through several network nodes called onion routers. Each onion router removes a layer of encryption to uncover routing instructions, and sends the message to the next router where this is repeated. This prevents these intermediary nodes from knowing the origin, destination, and contents of the message. Onion routing was developed by Michael G. Reed, Paul F. Syverson, and David M. Goldschlag, and patented by the United States Navy in US Patent No. 6266704 (1998). As of 2009[update], Tor is the predominant technology that employs onion routing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is directed to a method for establishing and utilizing a virtual circuit for moving data for electronic communication within a communication network that provides application independent, real-time, and bi-directional anonymous connections throughout the communication network that are resistant to both eavesdropping and traffic analysis. The present invention provides a virtual circuit that is a pathway between two devices, one defined as an initiator and the other defined as a responder, communicating with each other in a packet switching system, such as the Internet. The virtual circuit comprising a plurality of onion routers arranged adjacent to each other and where adjacent onion routers maintain longstanding connections to each other and where each onion router has a protocol to provide communications there between. Each of the onion routers is responsive to an onion, having a layered data structure, with one layer per each of the onion routers in the pathway. Each layer of the onion comprises an encryption of the identity of the next onion router in the pathway and encryption material. In operation, the initiator makes a request to a proxy to establish the virtual circuit through the onion routers. In one embodiment, the proxy connects to a second proxy which then defines the pathway, and in another embodiment, the first proxy defines the pathway itself with the pathway consisting of individual paths between adjacent onion routers.”
“The College [The Hawkhills] is sited in that part of the Vale of York which became known as the Forest of Galtres, a Royal Forest from the days of the earliest Norman kings of England. The name “Galtres” is of Scandinavian origin and means “boars’ brushwood”. Part of the forest known as the “great covert” was woodland devoted entirely to game, an essential element in the royal economy of the period, and a hunting rest in various forms stood on or near the present site of the College from Saxon times before housing development began.
By 1890, Joseph Horatio had engaged a firm of London architects to prepare plans for enlarging the house, including the installation of electric lighting, at a cost of £12,000. He also landscaped the grounds developing lawns, the parkland and, of course, the Victorian kitchen garden now known as the Orchard.
Over a number of years, Joseph acquired neighbouring land building up the Hawkhills Estate to such an extent that he became the principal landowner in the Easingwold area.
The Hawkhills remained in use as a private house until after the deaths of Joseph Horatio Love in 1935 and his wife, Katharine in 1936 when, in 1937, the Ministry of Works bought the estate buildings and some of the land for the princely sum of £12,150.
With WWII looming and the increasing fear of the country being subject to gas attack, Hawkhills became the second of two Home Office Anti-Gas Schools (later known as the Air Raid Precautions School), the first being at Falfield in Gloucestershire. The first training course was held in December 1937 and its Commandant from then until 1953 was Commander FH Austen OBE. At the end of WWII Hawkhills became a Home Office Police Training School.
Following the introduction of the 1948 Civil Defence Act Hawkhills then became one of three Civil Defence Schools, the other two being its sister establishment in Falfield and also at Taymouth Castle, Scotland. Training was centralised at Hawkhills with the disbandment in 1968 of the Civil Defence Corps and the closing of the other establishments as well as the Civil Defence Staff College at Sunningdale.
Around the end of the Cold War, following a number of serious major incidents such as the Bradford Football Stadium fire, the Lockerbie air disaster and the Hillsborough Football Stadium disaster, the role of the College was again changed from preparing for the aftermath of nuclear attack to preparation for peacetime disasters bringing with it the new title of Emergency Planning College. Machinery of Government changes following the General Election of 2001 found the work of the College being transferred from the Home Office Emergency Planning Division to the Cabinet Office Civil Contingencies Secretariat.

The Gold Standard system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications, equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination.
Simulation and Media Support The method of delivering an exercise is flexible and will be designed with the client to meet their requirements with options ranging from simple paper-based delivery through to full use of their real communications systems and advance computer simulation. In addition, media play can also be added in the form of news injects and the provision of experienced journalists and television crews to help test procedures and also assist in training key staff.

The Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Vern Clark, the Navy’s top officer, is in his office on the fourth floor of the Pentagon for a budget meeting. Although it is clear after the second WTC tower is hit that the US is under attack, Clark apparently does nothing in response, and no attempt is made to evacuate him from the Pentagon. Reportedly, when the Pentagon is hit at 9:37, he is “receiving a budget briefing.” It is only then that a member of his staff enters his office and tells him, “You’ve got to evacuate.” Clark will then head to the Pentagon’s National Military Command Center (NMCC), where he meets with other senior Department of Defense leaders, and decides to [surrender and] re-establish the Navy’s command center in another secure location in Washington, DC (see After 9:37 a.m. September 11, 2001). Clark later reflects, “There has never been an experience like this in my lifetime. The USS George Washington. [Source: Summer Anderson / Department of Defense]After the attack on the Pentagon, Navy ships and aircraft squadrons that are stationed, or at sea, along the coast of the United States are, reportedly, “rapidly pressed into action” to defend the country. Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Vern Clark is evacuated from his office in the Pentagon after the building is hit, and soon relocates to the Navy’s Antiterrorist Alert Center in southeast Washington, DC, where a backup Navy command center is being established (see After 9:37 a.m. September 11, 2001). Clark later explains, “We had carriers at sea. I talked to Admiral Natter [Adm. Robert J. Natter, commander in chief, US Atlantic Fleet] and Admiral Fargo [Adm. Thomas B. Fargo, commander in chief, US Pacific Fleet] about immediate loadouts [of weapons and armed aircraft] and the positioning of our air defense cruisers. Fundamentally, those pieces were in place almost immediately and integrated into the interagency process and with the FAA [Federal Aviation Administration].” The aircraft carrier USS George Washington is currently at sea conducting training exercises. It is dispatched to New York, “following the recovery of armed F-14 Tomcats and F/A-18 Hornets from Naval Air Station Oceana,” in Virginia Beach, Virginia. According to Sea Power magazine, another aircraft carrier—the USS John F. Kennedy—that is departing Mayport, Florida, is ordered to patrol the waters off Hampton Roads, Virginia, “to protect the Navy’s vast shore complex in Norfolk.” [ASSOCIATED PRESS, 9/12/2001; SEA POWER, 1/2002; NOTRE DAME MAGAZINE, 4/2007] The John F. Kennedy has nearly a full air wing of 75 fighter, attack, and reconnaissance planes aboard it, while the George Washington has only a limited number of aircraft on board. [VIRGINIAN-PILOT, 9/12/2001] Admiral Natter orders two amphibious ships—the USS Bataan and the USS Shreveport—to proceed to North Carolina, to pick up Marines from Camp Lejeune, in case additional support is needed in New York. “Within three hours, an undisclosed number of Aegis guided-missile cruisers and destroyers also were underway, their magazines loaded with Standard 2 surface-to-air missiles. Positioned off New York and Norfolk, and along the Gulf Coast, they provided robust early-warning and air-defense capabilities to help ensure against follow-on terrorist attacks.” Vern Clark later recalls that, after the Pentagon attack, “We were thinking about the immediate protection of the United States of America.” [SEA POWER, 1/2002] Yet, according to CNN, it is not until 1:44 p.m. that the Pentagon announces that five warships and two aircraft carriers—the USS George Washington and the USS John F. The United States is proud to join countries around the world in celebrating the 44th annual Earth Day.
I still remember participating in the very first Earth Day back in 1970. It helped to unleash a wave of grassroots activism that ultimately led to the creation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and landmark laws like the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act. This Earth Day we need to consider new ways to unleash a new wave of activism to tackle today’s long list of environmental challenges from the existential threat of climate change to the cause of the oceans.
Climate change’s impacts aren’t far off in the future – they are here and now. We’re increasingly seeing events like those that scientists have long predicted. Extreme droughts are hammering crop production, forcing farmers out of business and driving up grocery bills. More intense floods and storm surges are causing billions in property damage. The coasts are swiftly eroding, rendering home after home uninhabitable or uninsurable. We still have a short window of time to prevent the worst impacts of climate change, but the science tells us that window is closing.
This year’s Earth Day focus is cities, and the fact is, how the world’s cities respond to our climate change challenge will make a huge difference. Roughly 5.2 billion people are projected to live in the world’s urban communities by 2050. Building codes and electricity requirements, public transportation systems, and land management will help determine whether we meet this global challenge. The Department of State is committed to doing our part to help bring about greener cities around the world. We are working to deploy renewable energy technologies; build recycling infrastructure; safeguard wildlife, forests and wetlands; and help communities better protect their water resources.
There is another issue that demands our attention this Earth Day: the state of our oceans. We can’t care for the Earth without protecting the ocean that covers nearly three-quarters of it. With global overfishing, record pollution, and ocean acidification, our oceans are in trouble. That’s why I am convening an international ocean conference at the State Department in June to leverage the shared efforts of governments, the private sector, civil society leaders, and global stakeholders.
Earth Day’s history is proof that the steadfast determination of millions is powerful enough to change the course of history. We have our own history to write together, cleaning up global communities and protecting natural resources for generations to come.”
“The all-weather E-2 Hawkeye airborne early warning and battle management aircraft has served as the “eyes” of the U.S. Navy fleet for more than 30 years, and the E-2C Hawkeye 2000 possesses the most advanced AEW&BM capabilities in service today. Continuous modifications and upgrades have kept the aircraft’s mission systems current with the evolving operational environment. The next generation E-2D Advanced Hawkeye, the key airborne enabler of the US Navy’s FORCEnet began test flights in 2007.

“Aircraft carriers are warships that act as airbases for carrier-based aircraft. In the United States Navy, these consist of ships commissioned with hull classification symbols CV (aircraft carrier), CVA (attack aircraft carrier), CVB (large aircraft carrier), CVL (light aircraft carrier), CVN (aircraft carrier (nuclear propulsion)) and CVAN (attack aircraft carrier (nuclear propulsion)). Ships commissioned with hull classification symbols CVA-58 or higher are additionally classified as supercarriers. The United States Navy has also used escort aircraft carriers and airship aircraft carriers. This list does not include various amphibious warfare ships which can operate as carriers.
The first aircraft carrier commissioned into the United States Navy was the USS Langley (CV-1) on 20 March 1922. The Langley was a converted Proteus-class collier(originally commissioned as the USS Jupiter (AC-3), Langley was soon followed by the Lexington-class, the Ranger-class (the first purpose-built carriers in the American fleet), the Yorktown-class, and the Wasp-class. These classes made up the entirety of the United States carrier fleet active prior to and during the Second World War.
With World War II looming, two more classes of carriers were commissioned under President Franklin Roosevelt, the Essex-class and the Independence-class.Between these two classes, 35 ships were created. During this time, the Navy also purchased two training vessels, the USS Wolverine and the USS Sable.
The Cold War led to multiple developments in the United States’ carrier fleet, starting with the addition of the Midway-class and the Saipan-class. One more class in the start of the Cold War, the United States-class, was canceled due to the Revolt of the Admirals. Later in the Cold War era, the first of the classes dubbed “supercarriers” was born in the Forrestal-class, with the Kitty Hawk, Enterprise, and John F. Kennedy classes. Ordered later in this era, the Nimitz-class carriers are the only class that are currently in active-duty service.
A new class of carriers, the Ford-class, has been ordered by the Navy. As of now, one ship (the PCU Gerald R. Ford) has been completed, construction has started on one ship (the USS John F. Kennedy), and one ship has been planned (the PCUEnterprise).”

We concluded by saying that whatever the reason behind the US naval “gap” may be, one thing is clear: the departure of the Roosevelt comes at a particularly awkward time – just as Russia is setting up its own aicraft base in Syria.

As Reuters reported earlier today, just as one US carrier was leaving the middle east, another widely feared and respected geopolitical superpower was set to replace US carrier presence in the Middle East in the ongoing war against “ISIS” – France.
Earlier today, in a statement by the French presidency following a meeting of its defence cabinet, the government said it would send its only aircraft carrier, the Charles de Gaulle warship, to the eastern Mediterranean for operations against Isis in both Syria and Iraq.
According to the Independent, “the deployment of the battle group alongside the Charles de Gaulle aircraft carrier has been decided to participate in operations against Daesch and its affiliate groups,” the statement said after a defense cabinet meeting, referring to the Arabic acronym for Islamic State.
The carrier is usually accompanied by an attack submarine, several frigates, refueling ships, as well as fighter jets and surveillance aircraft Reuters adds.
“The aircraft carrier will enable us to be more efficient in coordination with our allies,” Hollande said at the inauguration of the new defense ministry headquarters in Paris
The Charles de Gaulle is the largest warship in western Europe, and the only nuclear-powered aircraft carrier outside the US fleet. It can support up to 40 fixed wing aircraft and helicopters.
France launched its first air strikes against Isis in Syria in late September, in what was described as an act of self defence. “We will strike each time that our national security is at stake,” the French presidency said. France was the first country to join the U.S.-led coalition in Iraq and has also provided limited logistical support to Syrian rebels it considers moderate, including Kurds.”
“Charles de Gaulle is the flagship of the French Navy (Marine Nationale) and the largest western European warship currently in commission. She is the tenth French aircraft carrier, the first French nuclear-powered surface vessel, and the first and so far only nuclear-powered carrier completed outside of the United States Navy. She is named after French statesman and general Charles de Gaulle.
The ship carries a complement of Dassault-Breguet Super Étendard, Dassault Rafale M and E‑2C Hawkeye aircraft, EC725 Caracal and AS532 Cougar helicopter for combat search and rescue, as well as modern electronics and Astermissiles. She is a CATOBAR-type carrier that uses two 75 m C13‑3 steam catapults of a shorter version of the catapult system installed on the U.S. Nimitz-class aircraft carriers, one catapult at the bow and one across the front of the landing area. Thanks to her characteristics, Charles de Gaulle is the only non-American carrier-vessel in the world able to operate American aircraft such as the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet  or C-2 Greyhound, which operate from American carrier-vessels.

However, the newspaper published a denial by both the British government and the Direction de la surveillance du territoire (DST) (in English: Directorate of Territorial Surveillance) that there had been any incident.”
“The Northrop Grumman E-2 Hawkeye is an American all-weather, carrier-capable tactical airborne early warning (AEW) aircraft. This twin-turboprop aircraft was designed and developed during the late 1950s and early 1960s by the Grumman Aircraft Company for the United States Navy as a replacement for the earlier, radial piston-engined E-1 Tracer, which was rapidly becoming obsolete. The aircraft’s performance has been upgraded with the E-2B, and E-2C versions, where most of the changes were made to the radar and radio communications due to advances in electronic integrated circuits and other electronics. The fourth version of the Hawkeye is the E-2D, which first flew in 2007. The E-2 was the first aircraft designed specifically for its role, as opposed to a modification of an existing airframe, such as the Boeing E-3 Sentry. Variants of the Hawkeye have been in continuous production since 1960, giving it the longest production run of any carrier-based aircraft.
The E-2 also received the nickname “Super Fudd” because it replaced the E-1 Tracer “Willy Fudd”. In recent decades, the E-2 has been commonly referred to as the “Hummer” because of the distinctive sounds of its turboprop engines, quite unlike that of turbojet and turbofan jet engines. In addition to U.S. Navy service, smaller numbers of E-2s have been sold to the armed forces of Egypt, France, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Singapore and Taiwan.”

Serco said goodbye to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) at the end of December 2014 after 19 years of extraordinary innovation and science that has seen the establishment build a world-leading reputation and deliver billions of pounds of benefit for the UK economy. During that period under Serco’s management and leadership, NPL has delivered an extraordinary variety and breadth of accomplishments for the UK’s economy and industry. Some of the key achievements during that time have been:
· The beneficial impact of NPL’s work to the economy is estimated at £2Bn pa.
· In 2012, NPL’s role in building the first maser to operate at room temperature was nominated by Physics World as one of the top ten breakthroughs of the year (CERN topped the list for their discovery of a Higgs-like particle).
· NPL was instrumental in gaining a 50% increase in European funding for the EMPIR programme, with a total of €600m.
· It has been estimated that work carried out by the Centre of Carbon Measurement at NPL will save eight million tonnes of carbon emissions reductions (2% of UK footprint) and over half a billion pounds in economic benefit [bullshit] over the next decade.
· Annually over 145,000 people undergoing radiotherapy have relied upon NPL for accurate delivery; it has been estimated that NPL’s contribution to improving the accuracy of the radiation dose patients receive can save at least an additional 145 lives each year.
· NPL’s work on graphene – the new material that could revolutionise the future of high-speed electronics – has been widely acknowledged following a paper in Nature Nanotechnology and then was cited as one of 44 papers as part of 2010’s Nobel Prize in Physics.
· NPL achieved 11% per annum growth in third–party business since 2004; such work now accounts for over 40% of the lab’s revenue, with £52M orders achieved in 2014.
