#2350: Marine Links Serco Digital Fires To 8(a) Onion Router Cabinet, Huey FADEC Fail
Plum City – (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the Serco Digital Fires training service out of Camp Pendleton, CA, to 8(a) onion router (tor) networks allegedly procured by Maria Contreras-Sweet, head of the Small Business Administration for the use of the Obama Cabinet, and the apparent failure of Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) on a Marine Corps UH-1 Huey, downed with “fuel problems” near Charikot, Nepal, on May 12.
“Digital Fires Instructor Serco – Camp Pendleton, CA Posted 377 days ago Uses information derived from all military disciplines (e.g., aviation, ground combat, command and control, combat service support, intelligence, and opposing forces) to determine changes in enemy capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action.”
McConnell believes that Serco Digital Fires Instructors have shown Contreras-Sweet and other members of the Obama Cabinet how to stage tor-in-the-middle events where Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned and SBA 8(a) companies send crew commanders to crash scenes to remove any evidence of an aircraft being modified for remote control of its FADEC systems.
McConnell notes that his sister Kristine Marcy, the then-Chief Operating Officer of the Small Business Administration, set up a Serco digital fire service and onion router relay platform in the offices of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), on the 18th floor of the World Trade Center Building 7 in New York, prior to the controlled demolition of 9/11.
McConnell alleges that Marcy and her late girlfriend, Leonora L. Guarraia, former Chief Operating Officer of the EEOC — the federal agency which prohibits workplace discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability — used Serco’s digital fire and tor services to destroy evidence of 8(a) FADEC hijacking and demolition crews in WTC7 before 9/11.
McConnell notes that Contreras-Sweet and Obama, who traveled extensively in Pakistan in 1981, knew or should have known that the name of the partition of the SBA database which covered 8(a) companies owned by “Subcontinent Asian Americans (persons with origins from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, the Maldives Islands or Nepal” was al-Qaeda!
McConnell notes that the Obama Cabinet seems to be preparing for an 8(a) war on the United States given Serco has operated the National Visa Center since 1994, the U.S. Navy’s 8(a) onion router network since 1996, the Defense Ammunition Center since 2008, the Defense Red Switch Network since 2009 and the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Systems since 2014!
“Marine Corps Times Missing U.S. helicopter carrying Marines reportedly spotted in Nepal
By Andrew Tilghman , Staff writer 9:51 a.m. EDT May 13, 2015
A U.S. military helicopter missing during an aid mission in Nepal reportedly has been spotted, according to the Deutsche Press Agentur news agency. But it will take time to reach the site where it has been located in the Tamakoshi region north of the capital of Kathmandu.
“The Huey helicopter was carrying six U.S. Marines and two Nepalese soldiers when it disappeared Tuesday during a mission in a remote mountainous region in Nepal, a defense official said.
The utility helicopter from Marine Light Attack Helicopter squadron 469 based at Camp Pendleton, California, was last seen after another helicopter [An Indian 8(a) onion router relay station to capture Huey FADEC?] in the area “picked up some [radio] chatter about a fuel problem,” said Army Col. Steve Warren, a Pentagon spokesman.
“Right now we are hopeful that there was no crash. There has been no [emergency] beacon, no other signs — no flames, no smoke, no hole in the ground — to indicate that there was a crash,” Warren said.
“That said of course it’s very rugged and difficult terrain,” he added.
Last known location
There are currently about 300 U.S. military personnel in Nepal providing humanitarian support and disaster relief supplies following the massive earthquake that hit the mountainous country more than two weeks ago.
The helicopter was flying in the vicinity of Charikot, Nepal. The six Marines, along with two Nepalese army soldiers on board, had dropped off some relief supplies, including tarps and rice, at one location and then took off on route to a second drop spot when they lost contact, Warren said.
The Nepalese Air Brigade reported the helicopter’s last known airborne location and three MV-22B Ospreys searched that area for 90 minutes, but were unable to find the aircraft. The air search was halted after dark and Nepalese soldiers were heading to the area on foot, Warren said.
U.S. and Nepalese aircraft will resume aerial search procedures at daybreak, according to a news release.
Marine Brig. Gen. Paul Kennedy, the forward commander of Joint Task Force 505, is leading the personnel rescue effort, Warren said.
A U.S. Air Force pararescue team “has rehearsed and is ready to execute if needed,” Warren said.
The mountainous terrain makes the search very difficult.
“If it set down, then it can’t get radio transmissions out because that means it’s on low ground surrounded by mountains. Essentially what we have right now is truly a missing helicopter. We simply don’t know its location,” Warren said.
The report of radio chatter about a fuel problem came from an Indian helicopter that was flying in the area at the time, Warren said.
“Right now we are hopeful. We have reason to believe this is simply the case of a helicopter that has landed and is out of communication.”

“Loan Improvement Jan 31, 2001 SBA modernizes to help feed its growing programs BY PATRICIA DAUKANTAS | GCN STAFF Under a five-year plan for overhauling its information technology systems, the Small Business Administration recently acquired new software for financial and other administrative tasks. .. In the first phase of the modernization, the agency has upgraded systems for managing its extensive portfolio of guaranteed loans, chief operating officer Kristine Marcy [Field McConnell’s sister] said. SBA processed its first electronic loan last November through its Sacramento, Calif., office and plans to add more private lenders during fiscal 2001. .. Marcy said. Banks had been asking SBA to make faster decisions on loan guarantees. The agency decided to aim for a [onion router] turnaround time of one hour. In the second phase of modernization, SBA is revamping its financial, human resources, procurement and travel systems with Web-enabled Oracle Corp. applications. .. The second-phase integrator, SRA International Inc. of Arlington, Va., has subcontracted with a number of small firms for things such as training and data conversion [Note Serco protégé Base One opened a document conversion center in the Bronx in 2006, presumably to deal with Obama’s passport problems]. .. In the final phase of the modernization, SBA will upgrade the computers in its 8(a) Business Development Program, which assists small businesses in competing for government contracts, Marcy said. The agency wants to be able to improve its tracking of clients’ successes and failures [through to liquidation by the SBA’s preferred lenders and sureties such as HSBC and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America – note merged with Citigroup and John Deutch’s CIA friends!].”
“Office of Capital Access | Resources The Preferred Lenders Program (PLP) The Preferred Lenders Program (PLP) is part of SBA’s effort to streamline the procedures necessary to provide financial assistance to the small business community. Under this program, SBA delegates the final credit decision and most servicing and liquidation authority and responsibility to carefully selected PLP lenders. SBA, however, will continue to check loan eligibility criteria. Lenders are considered for PLP status based on their record with SBA, and must have demonstrated a proficiency in processing and servicing SBA-guaranteed loans. In the event of payment default by the borrower and the need for enforced collections, the PLP lender agrees to liquidate all business assets before asking SBA to honor its guaranty.”
“The 8(a) Business Development Program assists in the development of small businesses owned and operated by individuals who are socially and economically disadvantaged, such as women and minorities. The following ethnic groups are classified as eligible: Black Americans; Hispanic Americans; Native Americans (American Indians, Eskimos, Aleuts, or Native Hawaiians); Asian Pacific Americans (persons with origins from Burma, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Japan, China (including Hong Kong), Taiwan, Laos, Cambodia (Kampuchea), Vietnam, Korea, The Philippines, U.S. Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands (Republic of Palau), Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Samoa, Macao, Fiji, Tonga, Kiribati, Tuvalu, or Nauru); Subcontinent Asian Americans (persons with origins from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, the Maldives Islands or Nepal). In 2011, the SBA, along with the FBI and the IRS, uncovered a massive scheme to defraud this program. Civilian employees of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, working in concert with an employee of Alaska Native Corporation Eyak Technology LLC allegedly submitted fraudulent bills to the program, totaling over 20 million dollars, and kept the money for their own use. It also alleged that the group planned to steer a further 780 million dollars towards their favored contractor.”
McConnell is inviting Marine Corps General, Joseph Dunford — Obama’s nominee as the 19th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff — to strip the Serco Digital Fires service out of Camp Pendleton and ensure the Obama Cabinet does not use 8(a) onion routers to bypass the Defense Red Switch Network of the National Command Authority and switch the Jade Helm exercise into a live fire event.
“HOW TOR ENABLED SILK ROAD
Central to the operation of Silk Road was a complex underground computer routing system known as Tor. Ulbricht allegedly used the system to hide the location of the computer servers that hosted the Silk Road website. But Tor is no secret, especially to the U.S. government. The U.S. Naval Research Lab developed onion routing, the concept behind Tor, as a way to protect naval communication so an enemy could not trace computer messages and detect a ship’s position. Every computer on the Internet has an Internet Protocol, or IP, address that can be used to find its physical location. Tor ensures privacy by randomly routing computer messages through several places on the Internet, wrapped in layers of encryption, so no single point can link the source to the destination. .. Tor also hosts black markets, such as Sheep Marketplace and Black Market Reloaded, that deal in guns, drugs, stolen credit card numbers and child pornography. The United States seeks the extradition of Eric Marques, who was arrested in Ireland for allegedly hosting a website on the Tor network that allowed people to share child pornography. Silk Road created a private network through Tor by using software to build encrypted connections through relays on the network. The system is created so no single relay, or server, knew the complete path. A computer algorithm on Tor generates a complex Web address that ends in .onion and can be accessed only by downloading Tor software. … DEA agents learned of Silk Road within months after it went online. In June 2011, Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., called on federal agents to investigate it. Court papers indicate federal agents began making hundreds of undercover purchases from the site in November 2011.”
