#2951: Trump Shuttle Private Equity / Tracey’s Pig Farm Debt Collectors / Serco’s Dead-Pool Drag & Drop

April 29, 2017

To Whom It May Concern:

Field McConnell – United States Marine and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – has linked the 1989 launch of the CAI Private Equity Group by Trump Shuttle creditors to a BC pig-farm debt-collection service allegedly organized (1996–2002) by CAI managing partner Tracey McVicar and drag-and-drop computers used for the 9/11 war games by a Serco dead pool on the 47th floor of WTC#1.

9/11 Alexander Haig [(late CAI private-equity colleague of Tracey McVicar; David Johnston (federally registered pig-farm society) and Joseph Melone (Equitable partner in Trump Tower)] Had Inside Knowledge Of The World Trade Center Bombing

AD claims that McVicar – currently CAI managing partner – used Serco’s tagged-offender service and Demon face-recognition software to track blackmail victims through pig-farm crime scenes and extort their participation in the ‘the first live-broadcast mass snuff film in human history‘ on 9/11.

AD claims that CAI developed the drag-and-drop software through investee Macdonald Dettwiler and Associates for Serco – the world’s largest air traffic controller – to extort outsourcing contracts for the 9/11 war games from the frequent-flyer likes of McConnell’s ConAir sister Kristine Marcy; the former FAA Administrator Jane Garvey; the former Lockheed Martin director Lynne Cheney and the former National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice.

McConnell can show President Trump and his newly-appointed Secret Service Director Randolph “Tex” Alles – Marine General, Top Gun Pilot – how to recognize drag-and-drop attacks on Boeing aircraft by Serco air traffic controllers and how to release victims from loan sharks at CAI Private Equity pig farms.

“Was Deadbeat Debtor Trump Too Big to Fail in 1990? Did the Bush 41 Administration Order Special Treatment for Wall Street Insider Donald Trump When the US Treasury Had Taken Control of Citibank, His Financial Angel? Was He Saved from Personal Bankruptcy and Allowed to Retain Valuable Property by Treasury Secretary Nick Brady and Fed Chair Alan Greenspan? … Citibank was Trump’s best friend among all the Wall Street banking concerns. When Trump wanted to buy the former Eastern Airlines shuttle at LaGuardia Airport, he had convinced Citibank[Chairman Walter Wriston – CAI Special Investor] to lead the syndication that gave Trump the $365 million he needed for the transaction. Citibank then divided this debt burden among approximately 20 other banks. When, in January 1991, Trump’s business empire finally went bankrupt, control of the Trump Shuttle reverted to Citibank [Chairman Walter Wriston – CAI Special Investor] as the main lender.

… Following the U.S. stock market crash of 1987, a global recession hit New York real estate. New construction stalled, and several big developers declared bankruptcy.

As the real estate market slumped, Trump ran out of cash.

At the beginning of 1990 he owed a combined $4 billion to more than 70 banks, with $800 million personally guaranteed by his own assets, according to Alan Pomerantz, a lawyer whose team led negotiations between Trump and 72 banks to restructure Trump’s loans. Pomerantz was hired by Citibank but became lead counsel for the negotiations.

At the time, Trump was not considered a major developer, but he was a New York celebrity. His affair with the actress Marla Maples and his divorce from his first wife Ivana Trump made national news headlines, and his first book, The Art of the Deal, was a bestseller.”

“How did an inexperienced pilot perform an intricate crash landing? CBSNews reported, “And the complex maneuver suggests the hijackers had better flying skills than many investigators first believed.”8 There is serious doubt that Hani Hanjour possessed the ability to maneuver a commercial plane in such an experienced fashion. According to another CBSNews report, managers at the flight school placed five complaints with the FAA expressing serious concern about his ability to fly safely.9 The Commission Report acknowledges his performance but does not acknowledge a possible problem with this information. “Tracey McVicar on her journey from Wall Street wizard to inner-city teacher to one of B.C.’s most influential board directors. It took one book to radically shake up Tracey McVicar’s life.

Thanks to Ordinary Resurrections: Children in the Years of Hope, based on the experiences of educator Jonathan Kozol in a South Bronx school, McVicar left 12 years of investment banking during the frenzied technology run-up of the 90s to teach kids in an inner-city New York City school in 2001. Even though she later returned to finance (she’s now the Vancouver managing partner of private equity firm CAI Capital Management Co.), it’s a career curveball that she describes as “living a dream.”

While she found investment banking rewarding and enjoyed how the high-performing environment attracted smart people, often with a good sense of humour, McVicar laments the singular focus on making money. The business, says the UBC commerce grad, is “bereft of helping others by its nature. To be really good, you have to be consumed by it and really live it.” She describes an environment where people were hiring Bryan Adams for their weddings, and everybody one-upped each other on their latest luxury vehicle. “I wondered to myself, ‘Just who are you?’ I felt I was going in a direction that wouldn’t be very fulfilling later.” Turns out “fulfillment” is a recurring theme over our brunch of poached eggs and bacon at Mosaic restaurant in Vancouver’s Hyatt hotel. McVicar—who worked at RBC Capital Markets from 1990 to 1997 and Raymond James Ltd. (and its predecessor, Goepel Shields & Partners) from 1997 to 2001—set up NYC-headquartered CAI in Vancouver after returning to B.C. following 9/11. “Of course that changed everything,” says McVicar, who was in Brooklyn at the time of the attacks although had been due to pick up some computers, donated to her school, at the World Trade Center that morning. “My idealistic dream of teaching in the inner city, earning $28,000 a year, living in New York, was just that—a dream. I realized that both me and the school would be much better off if I went back to finance, back to Canada and donated that amount every year instead.””

“Cantor Fitzgerald’s corporate headquarters and New York City office,[6][7] on the 101st–105th floors of One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan (2–6 floors above the impact zone of a hijacked airliner), were destroyed during the September 11, 2001 attacks. At 8:46:46 A.M., six seconds after Cantor’s tower was struck by the plane, a Goldman Sachs server issued an alert saying that its trading system had gone offline because it wasn’t able to connect with a Cantor server.[8][9][10] Cantor Fitzgerald lost sixty-eight percent of its workforce, considerably more than any of the other World Trade Center tenants or the New York City Police Department, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department, the New York City Fire Department, and the United States Department of Defense. CEO and chairman Howard Lutnick, whose brother was among those killed, vowed to keep the company alive, and the company was able to bring its trading markets back online within a week.

On 11 September 2001, he was in the World Trade Center. He was on the 47th floor when the plane hit, talking to Serco shareholders. They got out – but not the people in his previous meeting. He does not like talking about that terrible day. ‘It confirmed my faith. It renewed my zest for getting the balance right and made me realise that time is not always your own. It made me think about my family and my health more – and about putting the balance back. You know, it’s not a bad thing, to step back sometimes.'”

“For immediate release: May 3, 2001 MDA Wins Key U.S. Aviation Contract
Richmond, B.C. – MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSE: MDA) announced today the company has been awarded a contract by the United States Air Force to develop a system to be used by specialists at Air Force bases to design Instrument Approach Procedures (IAPs).

IAPs are published instructions to pilots specifying a series of aircraft maneuvers that must be executed for the aircraft to transition safely from an en route airway to a runway final approach when flying by instruments. MDA’s system ingests digital terrain and elevation data, air navigation data (such as the locations of navigation aids, runways, buildings and towers) to build and display a virtual model of the physical environment surrounding an airport. It then develops the complex surfaces that define a safe approach corridor for any of the dozens of IAP variants, and determines whether any of the defined surfaces are penetrated by terrain or man-made obstacles. It flags these incursions to the operator, who can quickly modify the approach procedure through a drag-and-drop user interface.

This initial award, valued at $2.9 million (CDN), consists of a fixed price element to develop, integrate, and test the system. The next phase will include installation, government testing, and operator training. The contract includes an option for the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to adapt the system for their needs. The U.S. Air Force also has options to field the successful system at up to 108 air bases around the world, and to award T&M support contracts for up to 8 years. MDA plans to team up with Air Navigation Data (AND) of Ottawa to offer a custom solution, based on AND’s “Final Approach” product. MDA President and CEO Daniel Friedmann said: “This is a significant project for MDA that has the potential to improve the safety of air transportation for many other air forces and civil aviation authorities world wide.”

Orbital stated that it intends to use the proceeds from the sale to reduce debt, toboost cash reserves for working capital and for other general corporate purposes. The shares were sold to a group of Canadian investors that include CAI Capital Partners and Company II, L.P., British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCIMC) and the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board. “‘To see her, you wouldn’t think she’s dangerous’
By ROSIE DIMANNO Columnist Tues., Dec. 4, 2007
NEW WESTMINSTER, B.C.–The last time Dinah Taylor was spotted, along skid row, she was enveloped in a rain slicker that fell to her ankles, wiry brown hair tucked underneath a fisherman’s hat.

She made only glancing eye contact with a sex-trade outreach worker who’d known her for years, as if defying the other female to say something.

In the shelters, drop-ins and social agencies around the Downtown Eastside, Dinah Taylor is not welcome – persona and purported she-pimp non grata. Indeed, she’s been banned from most venues.

It is astonishing to many familiar with the Robert “Willie” Pickton saga that this key individual, portrayed in court as monster and potential serial killer herself, certainly a close associate of the accused, has returned to these sordid stomping grounds.

When this trial began, 10 long months ago, it was reported that Taylor had fled, long gone back to Ontario, where her parents still live. They, it’s been claimed, had urged Dinah to co-operate with the massive police investigation into the murder of 26 women – for which Pickton has been charged – and the disappearance of scores more. But Taylor wasn’t having any of this, it seems.

There’s been no indication that this mysterious character has ever submitted to a formal police interrogation, though she was arrested and released (never charged) in connection with the case two weeks before Pickton was charged.

During the trial, Taylor actually spent much of one day in the area outside the main courtroom. At first friendly but then increasingly hostile with reporters, she finally fell asleep across a few chairs. That was in June.

Those who saw her then describe Taylor as looking terrible – completely strung out, weighing no more than 90 pounds, veins visible beneath pale skin.

Her appearance at court was provocative. Speculation has it the Crown was deliberately showing its hand, teasing the defence team with Taylor and perhaps daring them to call the woman as a witness on Pickton’s behalf.

For sure, defence counsel have made much of Taylor’s involvement with the missing and murdered women, all but pointing the finger at her as homicidal maniac, the real killer. What’s not in dispute is that Taylor is one scary character – street-hardened, menacing, a procurer of prostitutes lured to the Pickton farm, contemptuous of both sex-trade workers (especially street walkers) and drug addicts.

“She’s pure evil,” says one outreach worker, who asked that her name not be used in any story about Taylor. She shudders merely at mention of the woman – a toxic fugue – who crossed her path again a few weeks ago.

“To see her, you wouldn’t think that she’s dangerous. She’s so small and thin, kind of quiet and standoffish, very suspicious of everybody.”

Even in the old days, before Pickton’s arrest and the shocking revelations about Taylor’s involvement with the accused, she was leery of those trying to help habitués of the Downtown Eastside. “She never wanted to engage with us,” the outreach worker recalls. “She wouldn’t come into our centre. She actually used to drag other women out of there, send them on dates.”

Another neighbourhood activist, who’s been keeping prostitutes abreast of events at the Pickton trial, has run into Taylor several times in recent weeks. “I warn the women to stay away from her. They’re afraid of Dinah.”

Court has heard that Taylor’s DNA was found on 113 items retrieved from the Pickton property – including handcuffs, condoms, clothing, syringes – and also on items that belonged to some victims – Brenda Wolfe’s lipstick, Mona Wilson’s rosary.

One witness, Pickton pal Pat Casanova, told the court he once received fellatio from a woman he knew as “Angel,” who’d been brought to the farm by Taylor. He said he gave the money to Taylor, who shared some of it with “Angel.”

Another witness, Gina Houston, put Taylor on the same bed with victim Sereena Abotsway, in Pickton’s trailer.

In his lengthy police interview, Pickton repeatedly tells police he wants to speak with Taylor.

On the stand, Houston recounted a conversation she’d had with Pickton about Taylor, shortly before his arrest.

“Willie told me that he believed she (Taylor) would do the right thing when she came back. That she would take responsibility for what she said she would take responsibility for.”

Dinah Taylor did come back, but that was all. And a lot of people wish she’d stayed the hell away.”

“Call it ConAir and Little knows what you mean. It’s the name the air transport system has picked up inside the U.S. Marshals Service, which flies a fleet of 13 airplanes on regular routes across the country every day.

During the past year, the prisoner airline spent $24 million moving more than 100,000 federal inmates — including 12,000 from San Diego — to and from trials, prisons and medical centers nationwide.

The inmates fly mostly on 727s and DC-9s. But the airline, which has merged with the air wing of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, also operates Convair 580s, a Lear jet and a number of smaller aircraft.

Among the most infamous of its recent travelers were Unabomber suspect Theodore Kaczynski and the men accused in the bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building, Terry Nichols and Timothy McVeigh.

Nichols and McVeigh were transported in the dead of night in an operation much akin to a clandestine military operation, Little said. He did not want to go into details but mentioned that a decoy plane was among the ploys used to guard against possible attempts by supporters to free the suspects.

Federal officials have always been circumspect about the fine points of prisoner movement. But ConAir soon could gain a higher public profile with the planned release in June of a movie by the same name.

In the Disney film, Nicolas Cage plays a hapless prisoner who wanders into a hijack plot aboard a Marshals Service plane carrying a group of high-security inmates.

The Hollywood marshals rough up some of the prisoners, and the plane crashes, leaving the real Marshals Service frowning on the silver screen’s invention, said Kristine Marcy, [Field McConnell’s sister] a top official in charge of detentions. “We don’t beat up our prisoners, and our planes certainly don’t crash,” Marcy said on a recent trip to San Diego, where she was trying to find more jail space for federal prisoners.

The space problem here is acute because of the high number of border arrests.

So, San Diego is a regular stop on ConAir’s West Coast air route, with 12 flights per week scheduled into Lindbergh Field. Prisoners — mostly people being held for entering the country with false documents — are flown from San Diego to Las Vegas, where they are housed in the city jail. They are flown back a few days later for deportation hearings.”

“DHS ICE OTD … Since 1986, through various contracts, Serco has provided full training lifecycle support for all areas of this key Law Enforcement organization including Inspections, Border Patrol, Enforcement, and DHS operations at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy in Glynco, GA. .. Serco developed and scripted three scenarios based on negligent practices identified by the IG report that have resulted in the use of lost or uncontrolled weapons for robbery, murder, and the accidental death of a child. We used creative animation techniques, sound effects, music, and talented voice actors playing multiple characters to create an emotional appeal much different—and infinitely more powerful—from the standard WBT offering.

Serco has trained more than 400,000 DHS students in every region and district, at every land, air and sea border crossing, in classrooms, through WBT, train-the-trainer programs, on-the-job training and through the implementation of performance support systems in a blended learning environment. In collaboration with ICE OTD, our latest efforts have resulted in the accreditation and completion of three programs, including HSI FOTP, ICE OTD IDC, and ICE OPR. Serco was integral to the ICE team that was recognized by the 2012 “Excellence in Law Enforcement” Award given to the ICE Domestic Field Operations Training Program (DFTOP) Accreditation Project for having greatly improved ICE training, increasing operational efficacy and efficiency, and minimizing safety issues to ICE officers and the public.”

#2950: Serco Top Gun Way Points / Trump Tower Pig-Farm Equity / Tracey Drag & Demon Drop

United States Marine Field McConnell
Plum City Online – (AbelDanger.net)
April 28, 2017

To Whom It May Concern:

Field McConnell – United States Marine and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – has linked Serco’s alleged use of ‘Top Gun imputed way points’ in the flying events of 9/11 to CAI private-equity interests in the Trump Tower, a B.C. pig farm where up to 60 prostitutes died in federally-sanctioned raves (1996–2002), and the Demon face-recognition and drag-and-drop software on computers due for collection by Tracey McVicar from the World Trade Center that morning.

9/11 Alexander Haig [(late CAI private-equity colleague of Tracey McVicar; David Johnston (federally registered pig-farm society) and Joseph Melone (Equitable partner in Trump Tower)] Had Inside Knowledge Of The World Trade Center Bombing

AD claims that Serco used CAI private equity to develop way-point and Demon software to track Trump Tower and pig-farm guests through such crime scenes associated with child pornography, torture killing and blackmailed ‘actors’ in ‘the first live-broadcast mass snuff film in human history’ on 9/11.

McConnell believes Serco – the world’s largest air traffic controller – extorted George Bush into filling cabinet and subcabinet positions with blackmailed pig-farm ‘divas’ who would stand down U.S. defenses on 9/11 including McConnell’s ConAir sister Kristine Marcy; former FAA Administrator Jane Garvey; former Lockheed Martin director Lynne Cheney and former National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice.

McConnell can show President Trump and his newly-appointed Secret Service Director Randolph “Tex” Alles – Marine General, Top Gun Pilot – how to recognize a Top Gun imputed way-point attack by Serco air traffic controllers and ensure that members of the Trump family and other residents or their guests in the Trump Tower do not suffer the same fate as nearly 3,000 of their compatriots did on 9/11.

“NIST is starting a new evaluation of face recognition technologies starting in February 2017. … The FRVT is aimed at measurement of the performance of automated face recognition technologies applied to a wide range of civil, law enforcement and homeland security applications including verification of visa images, de-duplication of passports, recognition across photojournalism images, and identification of child exploitation victims. In all cases the input image will contain one face only. Our performance reports will include measurements of accuracy, speed, storage and memory consumption, and resilience. NIST will report the dependence of performance on the properties of the images and the subjects. In its initial form, FRVT has one assessment track, for face verification.”

“Trump Picks Marine General, Top Gun Pilot as Secret Service Director
Military.com | 25 Apr 2017 | by Hope Hodge Seck
A retired Marine Corps two-star general will be the next director of the United States Secret Service, the White House announced Tuesday.

President Donald Trump picked retired major general and current acting deputy commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection Randolph “Tex” Alles for the post, adding another prominent Marine veteran to an administration rapidly filling with them.

Alles served in the Marine Corps for 35 years as a naval aviator, serving as an instructor at the U.S. Navy Fighter Weapons School — better known as Top Gun — over the course of his career.

According to an official biography, he earned his wings in 1976 and went on to fly five different fighter airframes during his service: the F-4 Phantom II, the Northrop F-5, the F-16 Fighting Falcon, the F/A-18 Hornet and the A-4 Skyhawk. In these aircraft, he amassed more than 5,000 flight hours, 300 of them in combat, according to the biography.

His positions of leadership within the Corps included command of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward) and of Al Asad Air Base in Iraq; commanding general of the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab and vice chief of Naval Research; and director for Strategic Planning and Policy at U.S. Pacific Command, among others.

Alles’ military awards include the Distinguished Service Medal, the Defense Superior Service Medal with Oak Leaf cluster, the Legion of Merit with Combat “V” device and Gold Star, the Meritorious Service Medal with Gold Star, the Air Medal with strike/flight numeral 3, and the Navy Commendation Medal with Gold Star, according to his official biography.

He was recommended to lead the Secret Service by John F. Kelly, secretary of Homeland Security and a retired Marine four-star general who served as his contemporary, The New York Times reported.

Alles comes to the position after a multi-year series of scandals for the Secret Service that have eroded the secretive law enforcement agency’s public image.v A 2012 incident in which multiple agents were found to have solicited prostitutes in Colombia while on official business for then-President Barack Obama prompted congressional hearings and a wave of firings. More recently, in 2014, three agents were sent back to the U.S. after drunken behavior in the Netherlands ahead of a presidential visit.

Other incidents highlight apparent holes in security provided by the Secret Service. Last month, a man jumped the White House fence and was able to trespass on the grounds for 17 minutes before he was discovered, a security breach that Kelly took particular interest in, according to Times reports.

And in 2014, a mentally unstable man was able to climb over the fence on the White House’s north lawn and charge through the front door without being apprehended.

Alles will be at least the fourth Marine general to take a prominent position in the Trump administration, joining Kelly; Defense Secretary and retired Marine four-star Jim Mattis; and active-duty Gen. Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Global swoop on newsgroup paedophiles
By Will Knight
More than 130 people in 19 different countries have been arrested or are under investigation after police traced the distribution of child pornography through different internet newsgroups. Technical experts at UK internet service provider Demon Internet aided officers from the National Crime Squad’s new Hi-Tech Crime Unit with the investigation. A spokesperson from Thus, Demon’s parent company, says that investigators were not given access to the server logs that record Demon users’ activities.

Investigators were simply provided with access to newsgroup postings in the same way as any other Demon customer. Technical experts from Demon then helped officers distinguish the identifying information contained within the message “headers of particular postings.

Face recognition

Officers traced postings relating to certain images to different internet service providers around the world and then contacted Interpol to track down suspects.

Investigators say they discovered 10,000 suspect postings to over 30 different newsgroups and identified 60,000 new images.

They plan to use face recognition software to identify victims in different images, to help trace them. This software has been developed in conjunction with UK company Serco, although no technical details have been released.”

#2949: AD Links Dina’s SS Pig Farm To Tracey’s Drag & Boeing Drop And Serco’s Pine Gap MH Demons

United States Marine Field McConnell
Plum City Online – (AbelDanger.net)
April 27, 2017

To Whom It May Concern:

Field McConnell – United States Marine and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger – has linked Dina Powell’s alleged blackmail of the U.S. Secret Service and erstwhile guests at a B.C. pig farm (1996-2002) to Tracey McVicar’s private-equity development of the drag-and-drop software which apparently transitioned Boeing and other aircraft from en route airways to final approach on 9/11 and Serco’s alleged use of Demon face-recognition software to identify the Pine Gap operatives who tracked MH Flights 370 and 17 through their final approaches in 2014.

9/11 Alexander Haig (CAI private-equity colleague of Tracey McVicar) Had Inside Knowledge Of The World Trade Center Bombing.

Abel Danger claims that Serco and McVicar, previously with RBC Capital Markets and Raymond James Ltd., developed Demon face recognition software to track the Secret Service and their guests through B.C.’s pig-farm, child pornography and online-gaming crime scenes and, by November 2000, had identified some female ‘actors’ willing to stand down for Ms. Powell during the production of ‘the first live-broadcast mass snuff film in human history’ on 9/11.

McConnell believes that Powell tricked George Bush into filling cabinet, subcabinet and ambassadorial positions in the U.S. Government with blackmailed ‘divas’ who would stand down U.S. defenses on 9/11 including McConnell’s ConAir sister Kristine Marcy; the former FAA Administrator Jane Garvey; the former Lockheed Martin director Lynne Cheney and former National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice.

McConnell can show President Trump and his newly-appointed Secret Service Director Randolph “Tex” Alles – Marine General, Top Gun Pilot – how to recognize and neutralize the threats from Serco’s Demon blackmailers and drag-and-drop hijacks to members of cabinet apparently selected by Dina Habib Powell.

23.04.17 5:00 am … I believe that Serco, the world’s largest air traffic controller, switched infrared search and tracking (IRST) devices, used by operatives at Pine Gap to monitor and destroy attacks such as North Korea’s ballistic missiles, over to the federal bridge communications network in March 2014, so Serco could drone and send the unpiloted Boeing 777ER of MH Flight 370 to a place where it will never be found. I claim that Serco has agents at Pine Gap who can remotely hijack any appropriately-modified Boeing aircraft; fly them through the uninterruptible autopilot and infrared search and tracking devices to any place of their choosing and who are powerful enough to influence governments to withhold evidence of an electronic hijack using government bureaucrats such as Greg Hood. We invite readers to pressure Mr Hood, the Chief Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Transport Safety Bureau and former Executive General Manager of Air Traffic Control, into releasing the Pine Gap IRST records which will show the path flown by MH 370 on March 8, 2014, given that they must know the path flown by North Korean Nodong missile launched in that same month. – See more at: http://www.tasmaniantimes.com/index.php/article/the-mh-370-search-track-records-at-pine-gap#sthash.9HXJ2QQ7.dpuf

#2948: AD Links Dina’s Demon Pig-Farm Divas To Tracey’s WTC Liquidation, Serco’s Spot-Fixed Crash

United States Marine Field McConnell
Plum City Online – (AbelDanger.net)
April 26, 2017

To Whom It May Concern:

Field McConnell – United States Marine and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger – has linked Dina Powell’s alleged use of Demon face-recognition software to identify government or business divas at a B.C. pig farm to WTC liquidation computers due for collection on 9/11 by Tracey McVicar for her CAI Private Equity Group and the Serco shareholders who appear to have spot-fixed the North Tower crash at 8:49:46 am.

9/11 Alexander Haig (Late CAI Special Investor colleague of Tracey McVicar) Had Inside Knowledge Of The World Trade Center Bombing.

Abel Danger claims that Serco and Ms. McVicar, previously with RBC Capital Markets and Raymond James Ltd., developed Demon face recognition software to track ‘divas’ through pig-farm crime scenes linked to Starnet’s kiddie-porn and online gaming office in Vancouver and, by November 2000, had identified some female ‘actors’ to be selected by Dina Powell for participation in ‘the first live-broadcast mass snuff film in human history’ on 9/11.

McConnell claims that McVicar arranged for the CAI Private Equity Group to buy Macdonald Dettwiler & Associates in 1999 in a joint venture with bcIMC and the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and develop the software used by Serco to spot fix the time of the 9/11 crashes through a drag-and-drop user interface.

McConnell can show President Trump how to recognize Serco’s spot-fixed crimes falsely attributed to the Bin Laden Group, ISIS, Kim Jong-un and Bashar Hafez al-Assad and/or Uncle Tom Cobley and all and neutralise the threat from within by Dinah’s Divas and McVicar’s CAI private-equity liquidators.

Over the next three days authorities sifted through the company’s files, hauling away boxes of papers and cartloads of computer equipment .. The Starnet probe, codenamed “Project Enigma,” scoured the company’s business connections, downloaded dozens of Web site pages, even searched through the garbage at the homes of company executives, looking for evidence of wrongdoing. The police also set up a sting, having officers pose as Canadian and American gamblers looking to put down wagers–a violation of Canada’s tough gambling prohibitions. In Canada, like in the United States, it is illegal for companies to provide gambling services without a license, which Starnet did not have. “The new face of surveillance
by GUY DIXON
From Thursday’s Globe and Mail Published Thursday, Jul. 26, 2001 10:05AM EDT
Last January, on a warm afternoon in Tampa, 72,000 people walked into Raymond James Stadium and joined one of the largest, most high-tech police lineups ever.

As they passed through turnstiles leading into the stadium, closed-circuit cameras linked to computers scanned their features using face recognition software. In a fraction of a second, the software looked for matches in a database of thousands of criminals’ faces.

Few people knew they were taking part in the police check. Most probably wouldn’t have cared, since they were probably too preoccupied with taking their seats as lucky ticket holders attending Super Bowl XXXV.

In all, 19 matches were found, though no one was detained, said the Tampa Police Department.

But the criticism began once word of the check got out.

“While everyone has a reduced expectation of privacy while in public, including sitting in the stands with one’s family at a Sunday afternoon football game, we do not believe that the public understands or accepts that they will be subjected to a computerized police lineup,” the American Civil Liberties Union protested in a letter to the city, which organized the scan.”

“Native Americans

There are many opportunities throughout the federal government for businesses owned by Native Americans. These include government contracting, business development and other programs that are designed to help Native American entrepreneurs start, grow and manage their businesses.

SBA Programs for Native American Small Businesses

SBA’s Office of Native American Affairs can help ensure Native-owned small businesses have full access to business development and expansion tools.

As defined by SBA’s regulations, native-owned businesses are presumed to be socially and economically disadvantaged. These businesses can apply for the nine-year, 8(a) Business Development Program certification.

The 8(a) program helps firms grow their businesses through one-to-one counseling, training workshops, and management and technical guidance. It also provides access to government contracting opportunities, allowing businesses to become solid competitors in the federal marketplace. Business development services, such as counseling and training, are provided by SBA’s District Office staff.”

“As president of the Goldman Sachs Foundation, Dina oversees two major initiatives, including 10,000 Women, a global program offering business education and access to capital to women entrepreneurs, and 10,000 Small Businesses, which provides small business owners in the US and UK with business education and access to capital. She also leads the firms employee engagement platform, including Goldman Sachs Gives, a donor-advised fund that supports thousands of nonprofit organizations globally. Dina had a longstanding career in government before joining Goldman Sachs, serving as assistant secretary of state for Educational and Cultural Affairs and deputy undersecretary of Public Affairs and Public Diplomacy. She also served as a member of the senior staff of the White House as assistant to the president for Presidential Personnel. Dina serves on the boards of the Harvard Business School Social Enterprise Initiative, the American University in Cairo, the Center for Global Development and the Nightingale Bamford School. Meet the Goldman Sachs Partner Advising Ivanka Trump on Women’s Issues

Ivanka Trump has yet to define her role within her father’s administration, but she’s already begun to surround herself with powerful advisors.

One of these counselors is Goldman Sachs (GS, -0.47%) partner Dina Powell, Politico reports, citing a source close to both women (A Goldman Sachs representative declined to comment and Trump’s did not respond).

So who is Powell—and what does her entry into Trump’s inner circle mean? Aside from her dual role as head of Goldman Sachs’s Impact Investing team and president of the Goldman Sachs Foundation—the bank’s charitable arm—Trump’s mentor oversees “10,000 Women,” one ofGoldman’s major initiatives focused on helping female entrepreneurs around the world.

Subscribe to the Broadsheet, Fortune’s daily newsletter on the most powerful women.

The 42-year-old has made a name for herself as an expert on women’s economic empowerment. Last summer, she spoke at a Fortune’s Most Powerful Women dinner in New York City about the Goldman Sachs-Fortune Global Women Leaders Award. The award honors alumni of the Global Women’s Mentoring Partnership—a joint initiative by Fortune and the U.S. State Department that brings female entrepreneurs from developing countries to the U.S. to shadow American businesswomen.

The Goldman Sachs partner offers Trump a different perspective from that of the circle of billionaires who currently surround her father. As a young child, Powell immigrated from Egypt to Texas, where her father, a former military captain, opened a convenience store. Her parents told her she could be anything she wanted to be, “as long as it was doctor, a lawyer, or an engineer,” she told Glamour. Stressing her pride in her immigrant background, Powell told the magazine that she’s particularly grateful for her language skills (she speaks Arabic fluently).

It was partly thanks to her knowledge of Arabic that she landed an internship with former Texas Republican senator Kay Bailey Hutchison, which led to a job at the office of Dick Armey (the House majority leader at the time), and, eventually, a fifteen-year-long career in politics.

When she was just 29, she became the youngest person ever to direct the presidential personnel office and its 35 employees, according to anAmerican Thinker piece from 2005. White House political advisor Karl Rove described her to the publication as “very competent, an eloquent and confident speaker, and a vibrant personality who has the ability to get the job done.”

After her time at the personnel office, she was nominated by former president George W. Bush for another position in the public diplomacy division of the state department, at which time he said about Powell: “…She believes deeply in the American experience, in American values, and wants to share those values with people around the world.”

#2947: AD Links Dina’s Small-Business Divas To Serco’s Spot-Fixed North-Tower Crash

United States Marine Field McConnell
Plum City Online – (AbelDanger.net)
April 24, 2017

To Whom It May Concern:

Field McConnell – United States Marine and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger – has linked Dina Powell, former Deputy Assistant to the President for Presidential Personnel, to female small-business owners from developing countries whom she allegedly used to shadow powerful American ‘diva’ identities after the 2000 presidential election, stage a Serco shareholder meeting on the 47th floor of WTC#1 and spot fix the time of the 9/11 deaths associated with a 8:46:46 am crash into the North Tower on a server controlled by Serco shareholder Goldman Sachs.

McConnell alleges that Powell, tricked George Bush into filling cabinet, subcabinet and ambassadorial positions in the U.S. Government with blackmailed ‘divas’ including McConnell’s ConAir sister Kristine Marcy, Jamie “Mistress of Disaster” Gorelick and FAA Administrator Jane Garvey who appears to have allowed Serco to run a dead pool for the mass-casualty events of 9/11 to enrich Serco shareholders including bank trustees and underwriters in the SBA Office of SBIC Liquidation.

McConnell can show President Trump how to recognize “Dina Small-Business Diva” death pools at mass-casualty events associated with the capture and crash of Boeing aircraft since 9/11, including MH17, and reminds Trump of the video in which he affirms his belief that explosives were used to demolish the Twin Towers.

In 1994, he was head-hunted by Serco to be its European finance director, although, as he puts it: ‘I found Serco – the company fitted everything I was looking for.’ When he joined, annual turnover was £238m. In 2006, it was £2.5bn.

Richie Allen – Field McConnell On Elite Global Child Abuse Rings & How They Get Away With It

Thank you for the opportunity to speak regarding PedoGate and PizzaGate. I do wish to point out an error I made. Boystown Nebraska is itself a small village in Douglas County just outside Omaha.

Boys Town, Nebraska

My mistake may have been due to an all day meeting in the office of John DeCamp in February, 2007. John DeCamp’s office is in Lincoln, Nebraska where as Boystown is it’s own village between Lincoln and Omaha.

I do think that both FRESH START and AV8 will shine a very bright light on the cockroaches that need to be stepped on.

Once again, thank you Richie.

#2946: AD Links Goldman’s 8(a) Liquidation To Dina’s 10K Insurrectionists, Serco’s Death-Bet Demon Bridge

United States Marine Field McConnell
Plum City Online – (AbelDanger.net)

To Whom It May Concern:

To Whom It May Concern:

Field McConnell – United States Marine and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger – has linked Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Credit Suisse as underwriters of 8(a) loans in the Office of SBIC Liquidation, to Dina Powell who appears to have helped ‘10 K Insurrectionists‘ in Goldman’s 10,000 Small Business and Women groups set up a death-bet Demon* bridge** with Serco shareholders.

*Serco Demons – An online community of convicted or blackmailed pedophiles who can be tracked through the federal bridge by Serco’s offender tags or Demon face-recognition software and activated by Serco shareholders to inject fake news of 8(a) assassinations and snuff-film attacks.

**Federal Bridge Certification Authority – A honey-pot network allegedly set up by Serco 8(a) lenders for Clinton Foundation donors in 1996 andGoldman’s and Powell’s 10K foundations in 2009 to synchronize death betting with fake news of sabotage, murder and child-trafficking missions.

McConnell alleges that Ms. Powell, the former Deputy Assistant to the President for Presidential Personnel, tricked George Bush into filling cabinet, subcabinet and ambassadorial positions in the U.S. Government with blackmailed “Demons” who appear to have stood down US defences during a phony 8(a) war game on 9/11 and met with Goldman Sachs and fellow Serco shareholders on the 47th floor of WTC#1 to synchronize death betting on the federal bridge with fake news of bin Laden attacks.

McConnell alleges that DOJ insiders, including his ConAir sister Kristine Marcy and Jamie Gorelick, began selling root-key access to the federal bridge to Clinton donors in 1996 and years later equipped Goldman 8(a) liquidators and Powell 10K insurrectionists for death betting and fake news of the November 2008 attacks on Mumbai; the September 12, 2012 mortar attacks on a CIA annex in Benghazi, and, the April 4, 2017 sarin drone attacks on a town in the Idlib Governorate of Syria.

McConnell can show President Trump and former Marine Corps generals James Mattis and Joseph Dunford how to recognize death betting by theGoldman liquidators and Powell insurrectionists who allegedly seek to remove Syrian President Bashar Hafez al-Assad or North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and divert U.S. military and law-enforcement resources from the threat identified by Cicero over two thousand years ago as “A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within.”

Serco is allegedly using Goldman’s 8(a) liquidators and Powell’s 10K insurrectionists to feed the federal bridge with fake news of a sarin gas attack in Syria.

“Behind The Sordid World Of Online Assassination Betting
Jamie Bartlett
Jun 2, 2015, 10:00am
I have heard rumours about this website, but I still cannot quite believe that it exists. I am looking at what I think is a hit list. There are photographs of people I recognise — prominent politicians, mostly — and, next to each, an amount of money. The site’s creator, who uses the pseudonym Kuwabatake Sanjuro, thinks that if you could pay to have someone murdered with no chance — I mean absolutely zero chance — of being caught, you would.

That’s one of the reasons why he has created the Assassination Market.

There are four simple instructions listed on its front page:
Add a name to the list
Add money to the pot in the person’s name
Predict when that person will die
Correct predictions get the pot

The Assassination Market can’t be found with a Google search. It sits on a hidden, encrypted part of the internet that, until recently, could only be accessed with a browser called The Onion Router, or Tor. Tor began life as a US Naval Research Laboratory project, but today exists as a not-for-profit organisation [allegedly on the federal bridge], partly funded by the US government and various civil liberties groups, allowing millions of people around the world to browse the internet anonymously and securely.”

“Dina Habib Powell (born 1973) is an Egyptian-American business executive, philanthropist and U.S. policymaker. She is the current U.S. Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategy[1] to President Donald Trump.[2][3] Before being promoted to Deputy National Security Advisor, Powell served in the Trump administration as an Assistant to the President and Senior Counselor for Economic Initiatives.[4] Powell worked at Goldman Sachs from 2007 through 2016 and was president of the Goldman Sachs Foundation.[private] .. While working at the RNC, Powell was spotted by Clay Johnson III, who would come to be in charge of hiring for the George W. Marcus Tullius Cicero “A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”

“The Implications of Virtual Deception
by Lt York W. Pasanen
Introduction
As the dawn breaks across the western Atlantic Ocean, two F-25 Virtual Attack Fighters (VAF) takeoff from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. Captain Bjork Williams and Robert Oehlke find themselves flying another standard combat air patrol along the East Coast. Recently, terrorist groups have acquired late 20th century U.S. Navy Aegis cruisers and have been conducting raids upon the new Border states of the Virgin Islands and Bermuda. As the two aircraft make their way out to sea, clouds begin to roll in and the ocean surface is quickly obscured. Approximately twenty minutes into the mission, a surface vessel is picked up on the multi-spectral imaging and sensor system abroad the F-25’s. Even though the target is identified as a fifty-foot catamaran, the two pilots decide to buzz by and take a look. As they break through the clouds the pilots realize something is drastically wrong. Three Aegis cruisers appear before their eyes, while their computers still show only a small watercraft. Hackers aboard the cruisers tapped into the F-25 imaging system and altered the information processed within the systems. Before the pilots can react to the trap, their aircraft are shot by a short-range electro-magnetic pulse weapon, and fall powerless into the sea. Captains Williams and Oehlke have just become victims of Virtual Deception.

Welcome to the year 2025. By now, information and its control are the power and status symbols. The boundaries between nations are no longer territorial points guarded by massive armies, but supercomputer switching stations welcoming all people with their virtual messages. Cyberspace is the dominant dimension in warfare, and those who control it (nations, corporations, or individuals) are the superpowers. Several international powers have access to networked multi-spectral imaging and sensor systems. For the first time, all participants have a clear view of the battlespace and the assets available to every opponent. Systems and processes have advanced to the point where the shooter receives real-time information about all actions and assets in the battlespace environment. According to some experts, “We have reached a point where technology which supported combat has become a weapon in its own right” (Ryan 114). The shooter literally sees a complex 3-D chess game where opponents can attack from anywhere. This awesome capability of delivering real-time processed information to the shooter or higher levels of hierarchy has opened the door for the ultimate form of information warfare. Virtual Deception will require the U.S. military to alter its paradigms about warfare, and hence make sweeping changes in its doctrine, force structure, and military strategy to be ready for warfare in 2025.”

Donald Trump’s war room: the people in the picture after Syria strikes

Sitting on gold-painted chairs in a secure room within the Mar-a-Lago resort, US President Donald Trump and many of his closest counsel discuss the Syrian catastrophe.

A photograph of the scene – tweeted by White House press secretary Sean Spicer after President Trump ordered missile strikes on Syrian government targets – may become a defining image of his presidency.

Already, it has been compared to the picture of then president Barack Obama in the White House Situation Room monitoring the strike on Osama Bin Laden with his top advisers.

In the Trump photograph, the President sits at the head of a crowded table in a “sensitive compartmented information facility” – a vault-like room in the Florida resort he has turned into a “Southern White House.”

Mr Trump stares stonily ahead at a TV screen for a hook-up with Vice-President Mike Pence, Defence Secretary James Mattis and the United States’ most senior military adviser, Joseph Dunford.

To President Trump’s right sits his son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner, Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin and Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross.

One person who does not have a seat at the table is chief strategist Steve Bannon.

His back corner position serves as a neat representation of his demotion from the National Security Council, ordered by President Trump this week.

General McMaster had pushed for the strategist to be dumped from his unorthodox position on the council.

The one woman in the room is Dina Powell, named Deputy National Security Advisor three weeks ago at General McMaster’s recommendation.

Ms Powell, a fluent Arabic speaker and former Goldman Sachs employee, had worked for President Trump’s daughter Ivanka during the President’s transition to office.

To Ms Powell’s left sits another Goldman Sachs alumnus, Gary Cohn, who quit as the investment bank’s president in December to become the director of the National Economic Council.

Revealing as the scene is, it is not quite the full picture: Mr Spicer said the photograph had been edited for security reasons.”

“VSolvit Team Takes Big Step Forward with SBA 8(a) Program Assistance
VSolvit was founded in 2006 by Payal Kamdar.
VSolvit (pronounced ‘We Solve It’) develops geospatial and information technology solutions for government and private sector clients. VSolvit is also a certified SBA 8(a) firm and Women Owned Small Business.

In 2010, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development (USDA RD) designated geographic information system procurement as an 8(a) set aside. VSolvit competed and won this five-year $14.5 million 8(a) competitive contract and within their first year of performance demonstrated how a small 8(a) firm can provide outstanding service to their customers.

One example of VSolvit’s innovation is an application that integrated Rural Development’s geospatial system with social media platforms such as Flickr and YouTube. This ingenious web application enhanced the USDA Rural Development’s community outreach efforts, lowered costs and enabled personalized, location-based data sharing. Based upon VSolvit’s sound execution and delivery on the program, they were nationally recognized as the USDA’s 2011 Woman Owned Business of the Year.

This early success has garnered the attention of other prospects as VSolvit’s customer list has grown to include multiple agencies within the Navy and USDA as well as the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; and local government agencies.

Ms. Kamdar acknowledges that her business’ success is in large part due to VSolvit’s talented team members, the SBA and her advisors. “Without the generous support from SBA and its programs, VSolvit could not have transformed from a one person outfit in 2006 to the successful company it is today,” said Ms. Kamdar. “If small businesses are the growth engines of our economy, then SBA is the vital engineer who keeps the engine roaring.” VSolvit is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program with Long Beach Community College District.

After leading VSolvit to national recognition for innovative information technology/geospatial solution development, Ms. Kamdar was recently honored by the SBA for driving VSolvit’s “exemplary growth and success.” Kamdar was named Region IX Minority Small Business Person of the Year, which recognizes small business owners across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii. Kamdar will be traveling to Washington, D.C. in October to receive the honor at the White House on behalf of VSolvit.”

“Global swoop on newsgroup paedophiles
By Will Knight
More than 130 people in 19 different countries have been arrested or are under investigation after police traced the distribution of child pornography through different internet newsgroups.

Technical experts at UK internet service provider Demon Internet aided officers from the National Crime Squad’s new Hi-Tech Crime Unit with the investigation.

A spokesperson from Thus, Demon’s parent company, says that investigators were not given access to the server logs that record Demon users’ activities.

Investigators were simply provided with access to newsgroup postings in the same way as any other Demon customer. Technical experts from Demon then helped officers distinguish the identifying information contained within the message “headers” of particular postings.

This software has been developed in conjunction with UK company Serco, although no technical details have been released.

“This operation has sadly and distressingly brought thousands of new images of abuse to our attention,” said Detective Superintendent Peter Spindler of the National Crime Squad. “These young victims need to be identified and protected as quickly as possible.”

Spindler added: “We are able to show that those accessing these newsgroups did so regularly and with purpose.”

Nine regional police forces in the UK were involved in the operation. Warrants for searches or arrests were issued in 19 countries, including Australia, Canada, Germany, Israel, Japan, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, and the US.

Evading detection

According to a report by the BBC, another 400 suspects could not be traced by investigators. Police have not said how they evaded detection but it is possible to post messages to news groups anonymously using intermediary servers that strip away header information.

The UK government introduced legislation in 2000, giving the police greater access to internet communications. Further provisions for the extended storage of data is included in new anti-terrorist legislation currently passing through parliament.

Privacy advocates claim that these laws could be misused and some question the justification for the legislation. Peter Sommer, at the London School of Economics computer science department, says that the techniques involved in the latest paedophile investigation did not require a special police warrant.

“It is apparent that the existing legislation was sufficient to help the NCS gather evidence and secure the ISP co-operation needed,” Sommer told New Scientist.’

#2945: AD Links Dina In Sarin Middle To Goldman 10K 8(a) Demons, Serco JABS On Fake News Bridge

United States Marine Field McConnell
Plum City Online – (AbelDanger.net)
April 16, 2017

To Whom It May Concern:

Field McConnell – United States Marine and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger – has linked Dina Powell’s apparent man-in-the-middle sarin attack on President Trump’s senior military advisers to Goldman Sachs’s militarization of 10,000 Small Business and Women groups with 8(a) Demons** and Serco’s alleged use of JABS*** to inject fake news on April 4 into the federal bridge*** of a chemical weapons attack in Idlib in Syria coordinated through Serco’s Defense Ammunition Center.

*8(a) Demons – Use Serco clock to synchronize assassination, sabotage or snuff-film attacks by 8(a) companies with fake news injects by actors tracked by Serco’s Demon face-recognition software.

** The Federal Bridge Certification Authority – A blackmail or honey-pot network allegedly set up by Serco 8(a) companies for Clinton Foundation donors in 1996 and later Goldman 10,000 foundations to synchronize fake news with sabotage, murder, propaganda or child-trafficking missions.

***Joint Automated Booking System (JABS) – A software system developed by Nortel Government Solutions for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to inject fingerprint, photographic and biographic data into the federal bridge and decoy crime-scene investigators with tainted labs and fake identities.

McConnell alleges that Powell set up the response to the April 4 attack by placing President Trump in a “sensitive compartmented information facility” before hooking him up through Goldman Sachs 8(a) demons on the federal bridge with former Marine Corps generals namely Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, James Mattis, and U.S. Secretary of Defense, Joseph Dunford, both of whom would have assumed the responding missile strike of April 6 was authorized by a properly-briefed POTUS.

McConnell alleges that DOJ insiders, including his sister and ConAir founder Kristine Marcy and Jamie Gorelick, began selling root-key access to the federal bridge to Clinton donors in 1996 and now use JABS to synchronize fake news of MitM attacks on enemies of the 10,000 Women and 10,000 Small Businesses embedded in fake foundations run by Dina Powell for Serco shareholder Goldman Sachs.

McConnell can help President Trump and generals Mattis and Dunford to recognize MitM attacks by Goldman’s 10,000 Women and Small Businesses and ensure that they are not fooled by the likes of Dina Powell into forcibly removing sovereign-state leaders such as Syrian President Bashar Hafez al-Assad and his wife Asma al-Assad (née Akhras), a British citizen of Syrian origin, from Acton, London.

Serco allegedly uses the Defense Red Switch Networks to set up MitM attacks on the National Command Authority. Above – Sercofeeds fake news through Goldman’s 10,000 Women and Small Businesses on the federal bridge of the sarin gas attack to trick Trump and his non-military cabinet colleagues into accusing or punishing the innocent and sheltering the guilty.

“The Khan Shaykhun chemical attack took place on 4 April 2017 on the town of Khan Shaykhun in the Idlib Governorate of Syria. At the time of the attack, the town was under the control of Tahrir al-Sham,[4][5][6][7] formerly known as the al-Nusra Front.[8][9] The town was struck by a heavy airstrike by government forces followed by massive civilian chemical poisoning.[3][10] The release of the toxic gas, likely sarin, killed at least 74 people and injured more than 557, according to the Idlib health authority.[2] The attack was the deadliest use of chemical weapons in the Syrian civil war since the Ghouta chemical attack in 2013.[11]

The governments of the United States, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Israel, and others attributed the attack to the forces of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.[12][13][14] The Assad government denied that it used any chemical weapons in the air strike. The Russian Defense Ministry said that Syrian aircraft bombed a warehouse belonging to rebels which “may have contained a rebel chemical arms stockpile”.[15]

In response, on 7 April, the United States launched 59 cruise missiles at Shayrat Air Base, which U.S. intelligence believed was the source of the attack.[16][17]”

“Trump Withholds Syria-Sarin Evidence
April 12, 2017
Exclusive: Despite President Trump’s well-known trouble with the truth, his White House now says “trust us” on its Syrian-sarin charges while withholding the proof that it claims to have, reports Robert Parry. By Robert Parry After making the provocative and dangerous charge that Russia is covering up Syria’s use of chemical weapons, the Trump administration withheld key evidence to support its core charge that a Syrian warplane dropped sarin on a northern Syrian town on April 4.

A four-page white paper, prepared by President Trump’s National Security Council staff and released by the White House on Tuesday, claimed that U.S. intelligence has proof that the plane carrying the sarin gas left from the Syrian military airfield that Trump ordered hit by Tomahawk missiles on April 6.

The paper asserted that “we have signals intelligence and geospatial intelligence,” but then added that “we cannot publicly release all available intelligence on this attack due to the need to protect sources and methods.”

I’m told that the key evidence was satellite surveillance of the area, a body of material that U.S. intelligence analysts were reviewing late last week even after the Trump-ordered bombardment of 59 Tomahawk missiles that, according to Syrian media reports, killed seven or eight Syrian soldiers and nine civilians, including four children.

Yet, it is unclear why releasing these overhead videos would be so detrimental to “sources and methods” since everyone knows the U.S. has this capability and the issue at hand – if it gets further out of hand – could lead to a nuclear confrontation with Russia.

In similarly tense situations in the past, U.S. Presidents have released sensitive intelligence to buttress U.S. government assertions, including John F. Kennedy’s disclosure of U-2 spy flights in the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis and Ronald Reagan revealing electronic intercepts after the Soviet shoot-down of Korean Airlines Flight 007 in 1983.

Yet, in this current case, as U.S.-Russian relations spiral downward into what is potentially an extermination event for the human species, Trump’s White House insists that the world must trust it despite its record of consistently misstating facts.

In the case of the April 4 chemical-weapons incident in the town of Khan Sheikhoun, which reportedly killed scores of people including young children, I was told that initially the U.S. analysts couldn’t see any warplanes over the area in Idlib province at the suspected time of the poison gas attack but later they detected a drone that they thought might have delivered the bomb.

A Drone Mystery

According to a source, the analysts struggled to identify whose drone it was and where it originated. Despite some technical difficulties in tracing its flight path, analysts eventually came to believe that the flight was launched in Jordan from a Saudi-Israeli special operations base for supporting Syrian rebels, the source said, adding that the suspected reason for the poison gas was to create an incident that would reverse the Trump administration’s announcement in late March that it was no longer seeking the removal of President Bashar al-Assad.

If indeed that was the motive — and if the source’s information is correct — the operation would have been successful, since the Trump administration has now reversed itself and is pressing Russia to join in ousting Assad who is getting blamed for the latest chemical-weapons incident.

Presumably, however, the “geospatial intelligence” cited in the four-page dossier could disprove this and other contentions if the Trump administration would only make its evidence publicly available.

The dossier stated, “Our information indicates that the chemical agent was delivered by regime Su-22 fixed-wing aircraft that took off from the regime-controlled Shayrat Airfield. These aircraft were in the vicinity of Khan Shaykhun approximately 20 minutes before reports of the chemical attack began and vacated the area shortly after the attack.”

So, that would mean – assuming that the dossier is correct – that U.S. intelligence analysts were able to trace the delivery of the poison gas to Assad’s aircraft and to the airfield that Trump ordered attacked on April 6.

Still, it remains a mystery why this intelligence assessment is not coming directly from President Trump’s intelligence chiefs as is normally the case, either with an official Intelligence Estimate or a report issued by the Director of National Intelligence.

The White House photo released late last week showing the President and a dozen senior advisers monitoring the April 6 missile strike from a room at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida was noteworthy in that neither CIA Director Mike Pompeo nor Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats was in the frame.

Now, it is the White House that has released the four-page dossier supposedly summing up the assessment of the “intelligence community.”

An Argumentative Dossier

The dossier also seems argumentative in that it assumes that Russian officials – and presumably others – who have suggested different possible explanations for the incident at Khan Sheikdoun did so in a willful cover-up, when any normal investigation seeks to evaluate different scenarios before settling on one.

It is common amid the “fog of war” for people outside the line of command – and even sometimes inside the line of command – to not understand what happened and to struggle for an explanation.

On April 6, before Trump’s missile strike, I and others received word from U.S. military intelligence officials in the Middle East that they, too, shared the belief that the poison gas may have resulted from a conventional bombing raid that ruptured containers stored by the rebels, who – in Idlib province – are dominated by Al Qaeda’s affiliate and its allies.

Those reports were cited by former U.S. intelligence officials, including more than two dozen who produced a memo to President Trump urging him to undertake a careful investigation of the incident before letting this crisis exacerbate U.S.-Russia relations.

The memo said “our U.S. Army contacts in the area” were disputing the official story of a chemical weapons attack. “Instead, a Syrian aircraft bombed an al-Qaeda-in-Syria ammunition depot that turned out to be full of noxious chemicals and a strong wind blew the chemical-laden cloud over a nearby village where many consequently died,” the memo said.

In other words, to suggest possible alternative scenarios is not evidence of a “cover-up,” even if the theories are later shown to be erroneous. It is the normal process of sorting through often conflicting initial reports.

Even in the four-page dossier, Trump’s NSC officials contradicted what other U.S. government sources have told The New York Times and other mainstream news outlets about the Syrian government’s supposed motive for launching the chemical-weapons attack on the town of Khan Sheikhoun.

According to the earlier accounts, the Syrian government either was trying to terrorize the population in a remote rebel-controlled area or was celebrating its impunity after the Trump administration had announced that it was no longer seeking Assad’s removal.

But the dossier said, “We assess that Damascus launched this chemical attack in response to an opposition offensive in northern Hamah Province that threatened key infrastructure.” Although Khan Sheikhoun was not near the fighting, the dossier presented the town as an area of support for the offensive.

Assuming this assessment is correct, does that mean that the earlier explanations were part of a cover-up or a propaganda operation? The reality is that in such complex situations, the analyses should continue to be refined as more information becomes available. It should not be assumed that every false lead or discarded theory is proof of a “cover-up,” yet that is what we see here.

“The Syrian regime and its primary backer, Russia, have sought to confuse the world community about who is responsible for using chemical weapons against the Syrian people in this and earlier attacks,” the dossier declared.

But the larger point is that – given President Trump’s spotty record for getting facts straight – he and his administration should go the extra mile in presenting irrefutable evidence to support its assessments, not simply insisting that the world must “trust us.”

In a separate analysis of the four-page dossier, Theodore Postol, a national security specialist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, concluded that the White House claims were clearly bogus, writing:

“I have reviewed the document carefully, and I believe it can be shown, without doubt, that the document does not provide any evidence whatsoever that the US government has concrete knowledge that the government of Syria was the source of the chemical attack in Khan Shaykhun, Syria at roughly 6 to 7 a.m. on April 4, 2017.

“In fact, a main piece of evidence that is cited in the document points to an attack that was executed by individuals on the ground, not from an aircraft, on the morning of April 4. This conclusion is based on an assumption made by the White House when it cited the source of the sarin release and the photographs of that source. My own assessment, is that the source was very likely tampered with or staged, so no serious conclusion could be made from the photographs cited by the White House.”]

“US supplies Syrian rebels with 50 tonnes of weapons in airdrops
The cargo was given to the Syrian Arab Coalition, an umbrella group uniting moderate rebels Tuesday 13 October 2015 08:52 BST
US military cargo planes dropped 50 tonnes of ammunition to a new coalition of rebels in Syria, it has been reported.

On Sunday, four C-17 planes accompanied by fighter escort dropped 119 pallets containing bullets and grenades to the Syrian Arab Coalition, an umbrella group uniting moderate rebels, The Times reports.

The supplies were dropped into al-Hasakah province, home to Syrian Kurds, Arabs and a minority Assyrian community.

All pallets were successfully recovered by friendly forces, a US official told CNN.

The ammunition was originally intended for the US military’s “train and equip” mission, the official said. However, the US cancelled its $580m rebel-training programme, instead deciding to focus on supplying weapons to select groups.”

Technical experts from Demon then helped officers distinguish the identifying information contained within the message “headers” of particular postings.
