#1986: Marine Links Con Air Sister Red Switch BIOT to Serco MH 370 ‘Tortured’ Navigation Field
Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked his sister Kristine ‘Con Air’ Marcy’s 1990’s alleged development of British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT) on Diego Garcia into a Red Switch Network rendition base, to Serco director Maureen Baginski’s ‘tortured’ navigation of MH Flight 370 into a phony search field of about 200,000 square miles.

“The Telegraph .. British gave ‘full co-operation’ for CIA black jail on Diego Garcia, report claims

Fresh claims emerge of high-level British government involvement in the programme
The British government allowed the CIA to run a “black” jail for Al-Qaeda suspects on the Indian Ocean island of Diego Garcia, it was claimed last night.
The report, based on leaked accounts of a US Senate investigation into the CIA’s kidnap and torture program me after 9/11, contradicts years of British government denials that it allowed the US to use Diego Garcia for its “extraordinary rendition” programme.
The alleged Diego Garcia black site was used to hold some “high-value” detainees and was made with the “full co-operation” of the British government, according to Al Jazeera America, quoting US officials familiar with the Senate report.
Last night William Hague was facing demands from international and British lawyers representing victims of the CIA “extraordinary rendition” program me to urgently clarify the new allegations in a letter from Reprieve, the legal charity that represents several rendition victims.
“We need to know immediately whether ministers misled Parliament over CIA torture on British soil,” said Cori Crider, Reprieve’s strategic director.

“If the CIA operated a black site on Diego Garcia, then a string of official statements, from both this and the last government, were totally false. Were ministers asleep at the wheel? Or, as the report suggests, have we been lied to for years?” The new details could be confirmed within weeks after the US Senate voted last week to declassify a 500-page summary of its three-year investigation in the CIA kidnap and torture program me that examined some six million classified documents.
A summary of the report is now with the White House which has said it is determined to release it to the public, subject to national security considerations. It remains unclear how far the CIA, which has fought bitterly against publication, will succeed in having it redacted.
The claims that the British were fully aware of a Diego Garcia black site chimes with claims by a security source to The Daily Telegraph last weekend that Tony Blair and senior government ministers, including Jack Straw, were briefed in detail and “every step of the way” on the CIA rendition program me.
Amrit Singh, senior lawyer with the New York-based Open Society Justice Initiative and the author of Administration of Torture, a book detailing the Bush administration’s torture policy, said the Al Jazeera report clearly suggested UK involvement with the CIA program me went far beyond tacit complicity.
“The fact that this says it was being done with full co-operation’ of the British government suggests that the British government knew exactly what was happening on its territory and is therefore liable for the secret detention,” she said.
The role of Diego Garcia in the CIA program me has been under scrutiny since 2006 and came back into the headlines after top secret documents found in Libya in 2011 showed Diego Garcia being listed on a CIA rendition flight plan for a Libyan Islamist Abdel-Hakim Belhadj and his wife Fatima Boudchar in March 2004.
Scotland Yard is currently investigating whether criminal charges should be laid against MI6 officers or anyone else who was complicit in the rendition of Mr Belhadj and another Libyan Islamist Sami al-Saadi who was paid a £2.2m “no fault” settlement by the British government in 2012.
After the Tripoli documents were made public by Human Rights Watch the Foreign Office issued a statement again denying that Diego Garcia had been used as a rendition stop.
“No flights with a detainee on board landed on Diego Garcia in March 2004,” said David Lidington, a minister of state at the Foreign Office, in a written parliamentary answer of December 2012 in response to a question about the Tripoli documents.
The answer added that aside from two acknowledged cases of rendition through Diego Garcia in 2002 there were “no other instances in which US intelligence flights landed in the UK, our Overseas Territories, or the Crown Dependencies, with a detainee, on board since 11 September 2001.”
In a letter to Mr Hague seen by The Daily Telegraph lawyers at Reprieve asking the foreign office both to confirm the truth of its early statements and clarify whether – if rendition flights were not allowed to land at Diego Garcia in March 2004 – it was because of concerns over earlier detentions.
Responding to the letter, a Foreign Office spokesman declined to elaborate, saying only: “I refer you to statements we’ve made in the past on this issue.””
“MH370 search: ‘underwater noise’ detected off southern India
Scientists examine sounds suggesting new location for missing Malaysia Airlines MH370 as British woman reports seeing burning plane above Indian Ocean
By Jonathan Pearlman, Sydney

Scientists are investigating a mysterious low-frequency underwater noise detected off the southern tip of India at about the time the missing Malaysia Airlines plane had its last satellite transmission and disappeared.
The noise, outside the range of human hearing, reportedly travelled across the Indian Ocean and was picked up by receivers off the west coast of Australia. But its original location – about 3,000 miles north-west of Australia – would not be consistent with the current search area off the Australian coast which is based on analysis of satellite data by British firm Inmarsat.
Alec Duncan, a marine scientist at Curtin University near Perth, said he believed the chances of the sound being from the missing Boeing 777 were about “25 to 30 per cent”. The plane, carrying 239 passengers, disappeared on March 8.
“It’s not even really a thump sort of a sound — it’s more of a dull oomph,” Dr Duncan told The New York Times.
“If you ask me what’s the probability this is related to the flight, without the satellite data it’s 25 or 30 percent, but that’s certainly worth taking a very close look at.”
The noise was picked up by a receiver operated off the coast of Perth by Dr Duncan – used mainly for monitoring whales – and another about 220 miles south of Perth by the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organisation in Vienna. The scientists have established the direction in which the sound was travelling but not the distance it travelled, leaving a potential search area spanning more than 200,000 square miles.
Mark Prior, an acoustics expert at the test ban organization headquarters, told The New York Times the sound was consistent with an ocean impact or with a sealed, air-filled container sinking until it crumpled due to the water pressure.
Authorities in Australia said last week they has found no wreckage in a targeted zone – based on sounds believed to have been from the plane’s black box locator beacon – and will now shift to a 12-month hunt across a broad stretch of the Indian Ocean. The next phase, which will involve private contractors, will only begin in August and will cover more than 23,000 square miles.
Adding to the uncertainty surrounding the plane’s possible final location, a British woman sailing with her husband across the Indian Ocean from India to Thailand has claimed she may have seen the plane on fire.
Katherine Tee, 41, was on night watch on March 7-8 but said she did not report the sighting until Sunday because she was having marital problems and thought she was losing her mind. She said recent media reports about the ailing search prompted her and her husband Marc Horn to examine their GPS logs and they discovered they were within the plane’s projected flight path.
“I looked back through our GPS logs and lo and behold, what we saw was consistent with the confirmed contact which the authorities had from MH370,” she told Thailand’s Phuket Gazette.
Ms Tee said she saw other planes nearby and thought they would have reported the burning plane.
“I saw something that looked like a plane on fire,” she said. “Then I thought I must be mad. It caught my attention because I had never seen a plane with orange lights before so I wondered what they were… It looked longer than planes usually do. There was what appeared to be black smoke behind it.
“There were two other planes well above it — moving the other way — at the time. They had normal navigation lights. I remember thinking that if it was a plane on fire that I was seeing, the other aircraft would report it.””
McConnell believes Serco is a racketeering influenced and corrupt organization (RICO) and all its contracts arranged either directly or indirectly with his sister, including the operation of British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT) on Diego Garcia as a Red Switch Network rendition base, should be rescinded with penalties as appropriate.
