United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the MH Flight 370 hijack to alleged deployments of Cross Key agents by the U.S. Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (ConAir) and the Sheraton Hotel chain, and Serco director Maureen Baginski’s apparent use of a Red Switch Network override capability on the Boeing aircraft tasked with the coordination of air traffic control (ATC) in a U.S.-led Cope Tiger exercise in Thailand in March 2014.
McConnell believes that his sister Kristine Marcy, the former chief operating officer of ConAir and the U.S. Small Business Administration, conspired with Ms. Baginski to fit Boeing aircraft with the red-switch network override devices allegedly used by ConAir Sheraton Cross Key hijackers to destroy the Pentagon’s U.S. Naval Command Center on 9/11 and disappear MH Flight 370 on March 8, 2014.

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia has established an independent international investigation team to evaluate, investigate and determine the actual cause for the missing Malaysia Airline flight MH370.
Acting Transport Minister Datuk Seri Hishammudin Hussain said the team was set up to look into the incident so that similar event could be avoided in the future.
“The cabinet today had deliberated and approved the establishment of an international investigation team to investigate on the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 case,” he said.
“It is imperative for the government to form an independent investigation team. It is not only competent and transparent but also highly credible. As I constantly said since the beginning, we have nothing to hide,” he said.
However, he noted that the investigation team would not include criminal aspect which is under the purview of the Royal Malaysia police (PDRM).
He said the investigation would be carried out in accordance to the standard sets under the Annex 13 to the Convention of International Civil Aviation (The Chicago Convention) which requires investigation on air incident to be made independent with full powers in their respective countries.
He added that the Aviation Investigation Bureau established December 2011 under ministry of transport would act as the secretariat for this investigation team.
Hishammudin said the transport ministry had been tasked to draft the term of preference on the investigation team while the Technical committee led by Deputy Minister of Transport Datuk Aziz Kaprawi would coordinate in the formation of the team.
“On that note, Malaysia as the contracting state and counsel member of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) will observe and comply with the standard and recommendation set by them, mainly to look into the safety of the international civil aviation,”
He said the investigation team would be divided into three groups which are air worthiness group which would look into issues such as maintenance, structure and record system.
Hisham said the second group, which is the operational group, would examine the flight recorder operation and meteorological factors while the third group, medical human factor group, would investigate on issues such as psychology, pathology and survival factors.
Currently, Hishammudin said, the ministry is in the process of identifying the members and the accredited representatives and will recruited the members for the team in accordance to the international standard.
“We will announce the name of the members by next week,” he said.
He said the ministry is looking into appointing other experts from Asean countries in accordance to the Asean MoU relating to aircraft accident and incident signed in 2008.
In a separate matter, Hishammuddin said a preliminary report on MH192 flight bound for Bangalore with 166 people on board showed that the airplane main tyre number three burst during take-off.
“The plane is currently grounded by MAS at its engineering facilities in Kuala Lumpur for future inspection,” he said adding that further investigation by relevant authorities are still ongoing.”

“We don’t serve mixed drinks,” said Thomas Little, chief of air operations for the program, officially titled the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System, or J-Pats.
Call it ConAir and Little knows what you mean. It’s the name the air transport system has picked up inside the U.S. Marshals Service, which flies a fleet of 13 airplanes on regular routes across the country every day.
During the past year, the prisoner airline spent $24 million moving more than 100,000 federal inmates — including 12,000 from San Diego — to and from trials, prisons and medical centers nationwide.
The inmates fly mostly on 727s and DC-9s. But the airline, which has merged with the air wing of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, also operates Convair 580s, a Lear jet and a number of smaller aircraft.
Among the most infamous of its recent travelers were Unabomber suspect Theodore Kaczynski and the men accused in the bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building, Terry Nichols and Timothy McVeigh.
Nichols and McVeigh were transported in the dead of night in an operation much akin to a clandestine military operation, Little said. He did not want to go into details but mentioned that a decoy plane was among the ploys used to guard against possible attempts by supporters to free the suspects.
Federal officials have always been circumspect about the fine points of prisoner movement. But ConAir soon could gain a higher public profile with the planned release in June of a movie by the same name
In the Disney film, Nicolas Cage plays a hapless prisoner who wanders into a hijack plot aboard a Marshals Service plane carrying a group of high-security inmates.
The Hollywood marshals rough up some of the prisoners, and the plane crashes, leaving the real Marshals Service frowning on the silver screen’s invention, said Kristine Marcy, a top official in charge of detentions.
“We don’t beat up our prisoners, and our planes certainly don’t crash,” Marcy said on a recent trip to San Diego, where she was trying to find more jail space for federal prisoners. “Korat RTAFB is a major facility for the Cope Tiger exercises, an annual, multinational exercise conducted in two phases in the Asia-Pacific region.
Cope Tiger involves air forces from the United States, Thailand and Singapore, as well as U.S. Marine Corps aircraft deployed from Japan. U.S. Navy aircraft have also been involved on Cope Tiger. The flying training portion of the exercise promotes closer relations and enables air force units in the region to sharpen air combat skills and practice interoperability with U.S. forces. Pilots fly both air-to-air and air-to-ground combat training missions.
Participating American aircraft have included the A-10 Thunderbolt II, F-15C/D Eagles and F-15E Eagles, F/A-18A/C Hornets, F/A-18E/F Super Hornets, F-16C/D Fighting Falcons, E-3B/C Sentry Airborne Warning and Control Systems (AWACS) aircraft, KC-135 Stratotanker aerial refueling aircraft, C-130H Hercules airlift aircraft from 36 Airlift Squadron, and Sikorsky HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopters.
Thai Forces fly F-16A/B Fighting Falcons, F-5E Tigers and Ground Attack L-39‘s, and Alpha Jets of 231 Squadron.
Singapore forces fly F-5E and F-16C/D Fighting Falcons,Lockheed KC-130B Hercules,Grumman E-2C Hawkeye, Boeing CH-47SD Chinook and Eurocopter AS-532UL Couger.
More than 1,100 people participate, including approximately 500 U.S. service members and 600 service members from Thailand and Singapore.
Over the last few years, Cope Tiger has widened to include CSAR(Combat Search and Rescue) assets and in 2007 for the first time RTAFB Udon Thani was also used as a base during this exercise. These included a C-130E Hercules from 36 Airlift Squadron, 374 Airlift Wing (based at Yokota AB, Japan)in 2006, and a G-222 and a C-130H from the RTAF in 2007.
Since the 1980s United States Marine Corps F/A-18C Hornet fighters have used Khorat as a base during Cobra Gold exercises.”
