United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Nicholas ‘Mycroft’ Soames’ apparent development of a ZigBee command center on the British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT) for the MI-3 Innholders Livery Company, to the Abel Danger honey pot which has allegedly forced Serco director Maureen Baginski to look for a phony spot to ditch Malaysian Airlines MH Flight 370 and conceal the unlawful movements of ZigBee assets in a search field 10,000 kilometers long.
McConnell recognizes Mycroft Warrants as writs issued by a competent but blackmailed or extorted officer, usually a judge or magistrate, who permits otherwise illegal acts (spoliation of evidence; ultra vires authorisation of kidnaps; spread bet body-bag counts; bypassing autopsies to conceal murder-for-hire and placing blackmailed pedophiles in decoy triage teams) and affords the person executing the writ protection from damages if the act is performed.

McConnell claims Serco root companies extorted then Prince of Wales (Bullingdon alumnus, later Edward VII) to issue Mycroft warrants to a telegraph-betting center in London’s Langham Hotel – an alleged pedophile honeypot used to entrap and blackmail MI-3 Innholders’ guests and now a Serco virtual war room to guide and synchronize global deployments of Zigbee kidnap and contract-hit teams. (cf. Ian Fleming’s Target Force unit – a.k.a. T-Force – a lightly armed and highly mobile unit, tasked with capturing Nazi scientific and technical military material).
McConnell notes that while Serco’s pedophile blackmailers may have controlled hotel crime scenes and bookmaking frauds since 1888, MI-3 founder William “Intrepid” Stephenson made the first use of BBC synchronized wireless photo transmissions to blackmail Langham habitués who may have included a Bullingdon alumnus, the late and treasonous Duke of Windsor, and the late Winston Churchill – the compulsive, losing gambler who grandfathered the new Serco Chief Executive Officer Rupert Soames and his BBC Mycroft ZigBee brother Nicholas Soames.
McConnell alleges that the BBC/Langham Hotel’s pedophile entrapment expert Jimmy Savile blackmailed the late and former Lieutenant Colonel of the Honourable Artillery Company Edward Heath, and the late and former Secretary of State for the Colonies Duncan Sandys, into the “Secure and Guard” scam where BIOT was to be given to the late Gen. Alexander Haig at the Pentagon in a conspiracy which President John F. Kennedy tried to expose just before his assassination in 1963 delayed the handover to December 30, 1966.
McConnell claims that after the 1979-1995 Unabomb campaign, Baginski and Soames, a former personal assistant to the late chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, Mark Hatfield, hired Gordon McMillan, Director, EMEA Government, Inmarsat, and a former Serco Aerospace Operations Director to set up a ZigBee BIOT command center for the al-Qaeda attacks of 9/11.
McConnell believes that Privy Councillor Soames – former Defence Minister under Langham Hotel habitué John Major and skilled practitioner of MI-3 Mycroft Qui tam frauds (cf. Serco tags, FAA Contract Towers, Skynet Wi-Fi Clock, USPTO) – authorized BIOT ZigBees to land MH370 at Diego Garcia and abduct 20 Freescale passengers (all ZigBee experts) to China and ordered Baginski to point Dishonourable Pilots, Mariners and Artillery at places where a virtual aircraft could be ditched to distract attention from ZigBee assets in the Abel Danger honey pot.

The extent to which successive British governments set out to hoodwink parliament and the public over the decision to give the US a military base in Diego Garcia and force out the islanders is laid bare in files released on Wednesday.
The base, on the largest island in the British Indian Ocean territory, was established after the UK bought the Chagos archipelago from Mauritius in 1965. It has been used by long-range US bombers in attacks on Iraq and Afghanistan, and would almost certainly be used in the event of any American air strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities, British officials say.
Diego Garcia was used by the CIA as a refuelling stop for flights secretly rendering terror suspects to jails, including a Libyan dissident flown to Muammar Gaddafi’s Libya in an operation involving MI6.
The aim behind the decision to control the islands, noted a Foreign Office official in a document dated September 1966 and marked “Secret and Guard”, was to build “defence facilities … without hindrance or political agitation”.
In 1970, the Foreign Office told its officials at the UN to describe the islanders as “contract labourers” engaged to work on coconut plantations. “The merit of this line,” it noted, “is that it does not give away the existence of the Ilois [the indigenous islanders] but is at the same time strictly factual.”
Officials reported the prime minister, Ted Heath, as saying: “Any discussions between the United States and ourselves must remain confidential.”
A year later, most of the islanders – about 1,500 in total, of whom 500 lived on Diego Garcia – were deported, mainly to Mauritius and Seychelles.
The US base deal originally agreed by the Labour government in 1966 lasts for 50 years, and includes a 20-year optional extension that both parties must agree to by December 2014.
Documents already disclosed show how a senior Foreign Office diplomat noted in 1966: “The object of the exercise is to get some rocks which will remain ours […] there will be no indigenous population except seagulls.”
A fellow mandarin, Sir Dennis Greenhill, replied: “Unfortunately, along with the birds go some few Tarzans and Man Fridays whose origins are obscure and who are hopefully being wished on to Mauritius.”
In April 2010, the UK established a marine nature reserve around the Chagos Islands. A cable subsequently released by WikiLeaks reported exchanges between a US political counsellor in London, Richard Mills, and a Foreign Office official, Colin Roberts. According to the leaked cable, Roberts “asserted that establishing a marine park would, in effect, put paid to resettlement claims of the archipelago’s former residents”.”
“The British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT) or Chagos Islands is an overseas territory of the United Kingdom situated in the Indian Ocean halfway between Tanzania and Indonesia. The territory comprises the six atolls of the Chagos Archipelago with over 1,000 individual islands – many tiny – amounting to a total land area of 60 square kilometres (23 sq mi).
The largest island is Diego Garcia, 44 km2 (17 sq mi), the site of a joint military facility of the United Kingdom and the United States. Following the eviction of the native population (Chagossians) in the 1960s, the only inhabitants are US and British military personnel and associated contractors, who collectively number around 4,000 (2004 figures).
Mauritius sought to regain sovereignty, lost to the UK in 1965, over the Chagos Archipelago. Between 1968 and 1973, the Chagossians, then numbering about 2,000 people, were expelled by the British government to Mauritius and Seychelles to allow the United States to establish a military base on the island. Today, the exiled Chagossians are still trying to return, claiming that the forced expulsion and dispossession was illegal (see Depopulation of Diego Garcia).”

The air search for two objects that may be wreckage from missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 has been called off for the day with surveillance planes unable to locate them – though a Norwegian ship will continue to search through the night.
The Australian government released pictures taken by satellite of possible plane debris spotted southwest of Perth in one of the most remote areas of the planet that is a four-hour flight from the Australian coast.
One of the objects is estimated to be 78ft (24m) in size, the other 15ft (five metres), and the sighting of the objects was said by Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott to be ‘credible and potentially important’.
Air crews reported being hampered by poor visibility caused by rain and clouds, but officials said they would be back out on Friday morning.
A statement from the Australian Maritime Safety Authority said four planes searched an area of 8,800 square miles (23,000 square kilometres) about 1,550 miles (2,500m) south-west of Perth without success.
The area is about halfway between Australia and desolate islands off the Antarctic.
A crew member flying in a U.S Navy P-8 Poseidon had declared on Thursday that ‘there is something down there’, according to ABC, but the radar hits he was basing this statement on couldn’t be confirmed as coming from plane debris.
The crew from a Royal Australian Air Force surveillance plane was ‘very confident they will get a result’ despite Thursday’s ‘very treacherous conditions’, Nine Network Australia reported.
The owner of a Norwegian car carrier – Hoegh St. Petersburg – sent to the search area said it planned to search through the night for the objects.
The flight disappeared on March 8 on a night journey from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.
It is now 13 days after it vanished from air traffic control screens off Malaysia’s east coast at 1:21am local time.
Officials say that it had enough fuel to travel around 2,500 miles since it disappeared.
The plane was last seen on military radar at 2.14am heading west over the Strait of Malacca.
Police are considering the possibility of hijacking, sabotage, terrorism or issues related to the mental health of the pilots or anyone else on board, and have asked for background checks from abroad on all foreign passengers.
The plane’s transponder – which sends out an identifying signal – was switched off at 1.21am, along with the Aircraft and Communications Addressing and Reporting System, or ACARS.
This sends a message every 30 minutes to maintenance crews that indicates the plane’s speed, altitude, position and fuel levels.
Investigators believe that someone with detailed knowledge of both the Boeing 777-200ER and commercial aviation navigation switched off these systems before diverting it thousands of miles.
Officials haven’t ruled out, however, that a catastrophic accident incapacitated the crew.
Speaking about the latest developments, Malaysian Transport Minister Hishammuddin Hussein said ‘we have a new and credible lead’ that ‘gives us hope’.
The credibility of the sighting is based partly on the fact that an ephemeral satellite signal at 8.11am on March 8 suggested the plane was somewhere in two broad arcs – either to the northwest towards Kazakhstan or southwest in the Indian Ocean.
The two objects are at the far end of the southerly corridor.
U.S, Australian, New Zealand, Malaysian and UK search aircraft and naval vessels have been dispatched to the area.
The Royal Navy’s HMS Echo is part of the search armada, which totals 25 aircraft and 18 ships.
According to the Royal Navy website HMS Echo, which has a range of 9,000 nautical miles, is mid-way through an 18-month deployment to improve charts used by seafarers across the world.
The British ship has been in the Gulf conducting hydrographic surveying – but will now join the search for flight MH370.
The Royal Navy website said: ‘Capable of collecting an array of military hydrographic and oceanographic data, due to her multi-role capability Echo is also equipped to support mine warfare and amphibious operations.
‘To ensure she can operate in any environment she possesses a impressive array of weapons for force protection. Echo also carries a small detachment of Royal Marines.’
Hoegh St. Petersburg arrived in the search area on Thursday morning.
The car carrier was on its way from Madagascar to Melbourne when it got a request from Australian authorities to assist in investigating the objects.
‘We will continue searching during the night at reduced speed and with all spotlights available, and we will increase the speed again when the light comes back,’ Ingar Skiaker, Chief Executive of Hoegh Autoliners, told a news conference in Oslo.
‘We have not had any report of any finds, but if or when they find something… the captain will report to the Australian authorities first,’ he said.
China’s icebreaker for Antarctic research, Xuelong, or Snow Dragon, will also join the search for the missing plane.
One expert said it could take two days to find the objects and confirm what they are.
Michael Daniel, a retired United States Federal Aviation Administration official told The Straits Times:
‘If they have a strong feeling or indication that the debris belongs to the aircraft, one of the first things authorities will do is drop sonar buoys in the water.
‘If the black box is there, the buoys should be able to pick up the signals. This could take up to 48 hours but it all depends on how near or far the ships and other assets are.’
The area is so far away – a distance from Perth equivalent to that from London to Moscow – that planes will only be able to spend a limited amount of time there before needing to return to base to refuel.
The imagery, from U.S. company DigitalGlobe Inc, was progressively captured by satellites passing over the area and analysed by the Australian Defence Imagery And Geospatial Organisation.
Though commercial satellites have been tasked with collecting higher resolution images of the floating objects, it hasn’t been disclosed who owned the satellites that took the initial pictures.
DigitalGlobe, which runs several commercial satellites, confirmed to MailOnline that images they supplied to Australian officials were the ones that Prime Minister Abbott referred to, but an industry expert said they ‘looked military’.
John Young of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority said visibility was poor in the area, hampering both air and satellite efforts and he estimated the water in the location where the debris was spotted to be several thousand feet deep.
‘I must emphasize that these objects may be very difficult to locate,’ he told reporters.”
