#1814: Marine Links MI-3 Innholder Thurso List To Serco Fallowfield Chip, Kelly Bloodless Wrist
Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked a hit list in the custody of Lord Thurso’s MI-3 Innholders Livery Company to the Serco subcutaneous chip apparently used by guests or staff of the Fallowfields Country House Hotel in Southmoor, Oxfordshire, to track Dr. David Kelly from his Southmoor home to Harrowdown Hill to be killed so that the Serco chip could be slit from his bloodless wrist and taken away in a helicopter with a flight plan (Operation Mason) pre-prepared by Serco air traffic controllers.
McConnell claims that Serco hackers in a Fallowfields war room had Dr. Kelly tracked and killed by script kiddies based at HMP Bullingdon prison in Arncott from where a prisoner had recently escaped and at which a deputy governor had been arrested for possession of cocaine and child pornography.
McConnell claims that, in the early ‘90s, KPMG helped his MI-3 co-founding sister Kristine “Con Air” Marcy and David Cameron at Treasury to set up the MI-3 Innholders List with the Canadian Joint Automated Booking System where Serco’s tagged or chipped prisoners and hotel guests could be pre-positioned at crime scenes to spoliate evidence needed to frame the innocent and shelter the guilty.
McConnell claims that Hillary Clinton brokered Serco’s development of MI-3 tag and war-room patent pools and ordered her husband and Tony Blair attend Bilderberg meetings to learn how to deploy script kiddie using hotels as a base for news and triage teams to liquidate selected assets.
McConnell claims that Serco FAA Contract Towers commanders in Molokai, Hawaii, had Hawaii’s Department of Health Director, the late Loretta Fuddy, tagged, tracked and killed in a survivable crash and so eliminated a script-kiddie witness to the Obama birth certificate forgery associated with Serco’s Base One Technologies document conversion center in the Bronx.
Noting that hotel hedgie script kiddies often die after relaying signals via Serco tags, McConnell may title his next book: “Innholder Thurso’s List – Serco’s Bloodless Wrist” as it appears the 1963 movie “The List of Adrian Messenger” may have been the template for such ongoing murders.
McConnell notes that Serco (formerly RCA GB 1928) and the MI-3 Innholders used Bermuda’s Fairmont Hamilton Princess as a honeypot hotel during WWII and while the Internet term script kiddie is new, the profiles of triaged victims and black-hat and white-hat hackers are unchanged:

Dr. David Kelly’s (Iraqi weapons inspector) Suspicious “Suicide”
“http://www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message1488711/pg1 who was in that REDACTED helicopter – Dr David Kelly In my view the most likely reason the helicopter landed was to pick up Detective Chief Inspector Alan Young.
DCI Young was in charge of Operation Mason that began on the 17th July at 2.30pm, this is when Dr Kelly said he was going for a walk. Dr Kelly set off for his walk at approx 3.00 pm. Operation Mason began over 9 hours before Dr Kelly was reported missing.
Dr Kelly’s body was found by a civilian search team on the morning of 18th July, they phoned in the find at 9.20am.
At 9.30am DCI Young concluded Operation Mason and was appointed as the senior investigating officer at Harrowdown Hill, the scene where Dr Kelly’s body was found.
DCI Young was in charge of the scene when the body was repositioned.
The helicopter that took off from Harrowdown Hill at 11.00am flew directly to Police HQ.
DCI Young then returned to the scene and was booked in at 12.06pm.”
“David Kelly (UN weapons inspector) was found dead at Harrowdown Hill on July 18, 2003
The following questions are raised in the book, The Strange Death of Dr Kelly, by Norman Baker MP:
There was a small cut across the ulnar artery. Medical experts in vascular surgery state that the arteries in the wrist are matchstick in size. This could not result in life-threatening blood loss. (p14)
The medics at the scene found hardly any blood. (p22)
Liver mortis was a clear post-mortem feature. For this to happen requires plenty of blood in the body. A key feature of Lord Hutton’s report is that Dr Kelly died of massive blood loss. This cannot be the case. (p29)
The knife in Dr Kelly’s possession was a blunt pruning knife with a hook at the top of the blade. (p17) There were NO Finger prints on the Knife.
There were 3 packets of Coproxamol tablets (30 tablets), at the scene. 29 tablets were missing. Medical tests showed Dr Kelly had only a fifth of ONE tablet in his stomach.(p19). yet in his blood level the concentration of 97 micrograms of paracetamol is equivalent to 20 tablets. (only 1/3 of fatal overdose)
When questioning pathologist (Dr Hunt) James Dingemans QC, counsel for the inquiry states “I am not going to trouble you with the details of the toxicology report”. (p31)
Dr Kelly left the house on July 17 dressed in “an open-necked shirt and jeans, with no coat”, he spoke to a neighbour at the start of his walk. Yet when he was found the following day he was wearing a green Barbour jacket. [Allegedly the jacket contained the Serco tracking tag linked to the subcutaneous chip implanted near the ulnar artery] (p61)
“Operation Mason”, is a Thames Valley Police file that contains tactical information on the death of David Kelly. It was opened at 14:30 on Thursday 17 July, half an hour BEFORE David Kelly left the house. (p49) The finish time on the file is 09:30, July 18, shortly after Dr. Kelly’s body was officially found.
CSI – David Kelly’s fate was sealed at a meeting in London on May 29, a week after his first meeting with Andrew Gilligan on May 22. Alastair Campbell was identified as the person responsible for including the 45-minute WMD deployment claim issued by Tony Blair.
Blair, Scarlett and Campbell all denied that The dossier was dodgy.”
“Belfast Telegraph .. Doctors claim cover-up over death of weapons expert Dr David Kelly
In June 2010, Richard Spertzel, the former head of the UN Biological Section, who worked with Dr Kelly in Iraq in the 1990s, wrote to the Attorney General, Dominic Grieve, claiming that Dr Kelly had been told he was on a “hitlist” in the final years of his life. Then Graham Coe, the detective who found Dr Kelly’s body, claimed in an interview (with the Mail on Sunday) that there was less blood found at the scene than was recorded by the Hutton inquiry. He also revealed that, contrary to the evidence he had given Hutton, a third man (a member of the security services, in the eyes of the conspiracy theorists) was with him and his partner when they found the body. (Coe did conclude: “In my view he [Kelly] took his own life. Only he will know why he did that.”)”
“ELECTRONIC MONITORING JOHN HOWARD SOCIETY OF ALBERTA 2000
At a time of increasing public pressure to protect society from criminals, while keeping corrections budgets under control, electronically monitored home confinement is becoming an increasingly popular means by which to supervise and control offenders in the community. In the United States, for example, only 826 offenders participated in electronic monitoring programs in 1987 (Schmidt, 1998); by 1998, this number had increased to over 95,000 (National Law Enforcement Corrections Technology Center (NLECTC), 1999). Other countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden and Holland have implemented electronic monitoring programs to varying degrees (Dodgson & Mortimer, 2000).
Electronic monitoring, also called ‘tagging,’ allows justice personnel to quickly and easily confirm that an offender is at a specified location when he or she is required to be present. When an offender is placed in an electronic monitoring program, a tamper-resistant electronic device is attached to his or her wrist or ankle. The device transmits an electronic signal, usually through a telephone, indicating whether the offender has had any unauthorized absences or has tampered with the device. A continuing question in the debate over electronic monitoring is whether it represents the ominous advent of George Orwell’s ‘Big Brother’ or a technological breakthrough that can revolutionize community corrections.”
“The Serious Fraud Office has launched a formal criminal investigation into two of the government’s biggest suppliers, G4S and Serco, following claims by the justice secretary, Chris Grayling, of tens of millions of pounds of overcharging on electronic tagging contracts for offenders.
Grayling asked the SFO to look into the billing allegations in July when he told MPs that an external audit had revealed that the overcharging included billing for tracking the movements of criminals who had moved abroad, who were back in prison, who had had their tags removed and even, in a few cases, those who had died.
The justice secretary said that in some cases the bills had continued to be presented years after active monitoring had stopped.”
