#1674: Marine Links MI-3 Paulson Wandering Arsonists to Pearce Force-Placed Insurance Frauds on Pacific Rim

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked arsonists – apparently hired by MI-3* operative Bob Paulson through the RCMP Wandering Person Registry – to firebomb attacks on the English family’s Pacific Rim Resort property near Tofino and the associated force-placed insurance frauds, allegedly structured by KPMG, the escrow-service provider to Doug Pearce as CEO of the bcIMC pension fund and de-facto custodian of the Pacific Rim mortgage.
McConnell claims that Paulson began using MI-3’s RCMP Wandering Persons Registry in 1996 to create virtual identities for cross-border arsonists who could move into Canada to attack targets set up by KPMG allegedly including the four Canfor mills firebombed in 2008 and the Pacific Rim Resort this year.

One type of fraud that’s just coming to light is “force-placed insurance”. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) will be issuing mortgage servicing rules this year that will impose new limits on these insurance policies according to CFPB Director Richard Cordray in a speech to the National Association of Attorneys General annual meeting in Washington, D.C., Tuesday, March 6, 2012.
What is force-placed insurance? Force-placed insurance is an insurance policy taken out by the homeowner’s lender. The insurance is exactly what it sounds like – insurance you are forced to buy, and you may not know you have this insurance.
If the homeowner stops making payments on their mortgage, the lender can purchase insurance on your property and charge you for the insurance. This insurance costs a great deal more, as much as 10 times higher than a regular policy. The insurance protects the lender and is payable to the lender – not the homeowner. These force-placed insurance companies strictly deal with high-risk policies are separate entities from regular insurance companies.
Typically, when the homeowner misses mortgage payments, the lender will stop forwarding insurance payments (which have been held in escrow) to your insurance company. The lender buys the force-placed insurance and pays from your escrow account. Because this force-placed insurance costs more, the homeowner is driven into foreclosure more quickly. The lender doesn’t tell you they have changed your insurance.
What has also been uncovered – some force-placed insurance companies have back-dated the insurance up to nine months and then charged the homeowner for insurance they didn’t have. Homeowner’s have often wondered why unexplained charges have shown up on their original mortgage when they go into foreclosure.
Worse – some of these insurance companies have been known to give kickbacks to the lender thereby incentivizing delinquencies. The interests of the lender and the insurance company are aligned against the homeowner. The lenders, in many cases are reimbursed for the insurance they purchase on behalf of the homeowner from the proceeds of foreclosure sales – foreclosures they helped to bring about.
Until recently, one such force-placed insurance company was owned by one of the top ten major banks.
Other major banks have contracted with insurance companies and received a commission from the policies they placed on homes underlying their mortgages. There’s a class-action suit now, alleging one of the top ten major banks and an insurance company inflated the costs of force-placed insurance policies and the insurance company paid commissions to bank. The commissions, say the plaintiffs are nothing but kickbacks.

The “reign of terror” by British Columbia Government Agencies against the English family of Tofino and other tenants on the Pacfic Rim Resort property continued today when, on instructions of Parkbridge lawyer, Brianna Hardwick, of Kelowna, (shown in photo on left) John Bradshaw, who operates Comox Valley Bailiffs Ltd., attempted to remove several legal tenants from the property, including Jack English and his family, without complying with the mandatory provisions of the Residential Tenancy Act of British Columbia that require that the landlord serve proper notice on legitimate tenants whom it intends to evict and which gives the tenant the right to dispute a wrongful eviction.

“Fourth Canfor mill hit by fire in Prince George

Prince George firefighters spent five hours battling yet another Canfor mill fire after a blaze broke out in a wood hopper at the Prince George Sawmill on Landooz Road on Sunday night.
Assistant fire chief Greg Wilkins said the fire was burning fiercely by the time crews arrived.
The blaze was Canfor’s fourth mill fire in Prince George this year, but investigators have not indicated they have any reason to believe the fires are linked.
“Fire crews arriving at the scene found flames shooting from the top of the wood hopper, each 20 metres tall and four metres wide and deep. The bins were glowing red with heat,” Wilkins said on Monday morning.
“It was a spectacular fire … but it was brought under control quickly,” he said.
In January a large section of the Prince George Pulp and Paper mill was destroyed in fire.
A second massive fire in May destroyed the North Central Plywood plant.
Then in July, a fire broke out at the Intercon Pulp Mill in Prince George, but that fire was extinguished quickly.”
“The Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) is the central police database where Canada‘s law enforcement agencies can access information on a number of matters. It is Canada’s only national law enforcement networking computer system ensuring officers all across the country can access the same information. There are approximately 3 million files generated each year and is the responsibility of the originating agency to ensure the data integrity of each file.
CPIC was approved for use by the Treasury Board of Canada and became operational in 1972. It is maintained by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) with the central registry located at the RCMP Headquarters in Ottawa, Canada. CPIC is interfaced with the United States National Crime Information Center and National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System but not all information are shared. In order for a government agency to access CPIC, they must agree to abide by the rules set out in the CPIC Reference Manual and be approved by the CPIC Advisory Committee, composed of 26 senior police officers from municipal and provincial police forces, the Ontario Police Commission and the RCMP. Non-policing agencies must also enter a memorandum of understanding with the RCMP and maybe audited from time to time for compliance.

Local, municipal and provincial police services in Canada, as well as federal law enforcement agencies such as the Canada Border Services Agency and Military Police maintain their own local records in addition to CPIC records. All CPIC agencies are subject to audit on a 4 year cycle.
