Hillary Clinton’s allegedly-thwarted plan for the contract killing (‘whacking’) of Bill Clinton through an Amec virtual war room in Melbourne, to an Amec sabotage-vulnerability test which turned the Pentagon’s U.S. Navy Command Center into a killing field during the General Haig/Bin Laden role-playing game of 9/11.
McConnell alleges that to obscure her role as a principal co-conspirator in the 9/11 attack, Hillary Clinton adopted the two-level terrorist strategy described by the late and former MGM scriptwriter Anna Louise Strong – Maurice Strong’s cousin – in the 1936 trial of the Zinoviev-Trotskyist Center in the Moscow House of Trade Unions.
Using the Strong model, Hillary Clinton in New York on 9/11 would have had Andrew Peacock set up her husband in Amec’s Melbourne war rooms to witness a hack [sic Assange!] into the Pentagon and the associated vulnerability tests, and, if her agents had subsequently succeeded in destroying the Capitol Building with the GyroChip-modified United 93, she would allegedly have had Bill shot in Australia or arrested and tried for treason on his return to Washington while presenting herself at the U.N. General Assembly’s scheduled meeting as the natural leader of the United States given that the old order of succession had [been] collapsed.

The official account of what happened at the Pentagon on 9/11 leaves many questions unanswered. The work of independent investigators has also failed to address those questions. In an attempt to find answers, an alternative account of the Pentagon attack is considered.
An alternative account would be more compelling than the official account if it explained more of the evidence without adding unnecessary complications. Considering means, motive and opportunity might allow us to propose a possible “insider conspiracy” while maintaining much of the official account as well.
A few of the more compelling unanswered questions are as follows.
How could American Airlines Flight 77 have hit the building as it did, considering that the evidence shows the alleged hijacker pilot, Hani Hanjour, was a very poor pilot?
Why did the aircraft make a 330-degree turn just minutes before hitting the building?
Why did the aircraft hit the least occupied one-fifth of the building that was the focus of a renovation plan and how was it that the construction in that exact spot just happened to be for the purpose of minimizing the damage from a terrorist explosion?
Why was the company that performed the renovation work, just for that one-fifth of the building, immediately hired in a no bid contract to clean-up the damage and reconstruct that area of the building? (Note: The same company was also immediately hired to clean-up the WTC site within hours of the destruction there.)
What can explain the damage to the building and the aircraft debris or lack thereof?
Why were the tapes from the surveillance videos in the area immediately confiscated by the FBI and never released?
The actual construction work for the renovation was handled by a company called AMEC Construction, a subsidiary of the British conglomerate, AMEC. The parent company provided “engineering and project management services to the world’s energy, power and process industries.” AMEC had a significant presence in Saudi Arabia dating back to the late 1970s, providing support to the national oil company Saudi Aramco, which is the richest company in the world. To this day, AMEC remains a major international player in the oil and gas industry, as well as in other natural resource industries.
AMEC was also immediately hired to cleanup and reconstruct Wedge 1 and to lead the cleanup of the WTC site. The company’s role in controlling the structural evidence from the 9/11 attacks was further emphasized by the fact that it managed the “Hudson River barging operations to transport debris from the entire WTC site to a Staten Island landfill and to steel recycling operations in New Jersey.”
Through this review, more probable answers to the questions mentioned at the beginning of this article can be proposed. It is important to keep in mind that these are simply proposed answers that require further investigation.
How could American Airlines Flight 77 have hit the building as it did, considering that the evidence shows the alleged hijacker pilot, Hani Hanjour, was a very poor pilot? Hani Hanjour was not flying the plane, which was remotely hijacked and controlled by the autopilot through WAAS guidance until it reached a point near the Pentagon. WAAS and its complementary system, JPALS, were capable of guiding the aircraft in the way that it was flown.
Why did the aircraft make a 330-degree turn just minutes before hitting the building? This might have been a maneuver used to better align the aircraft and reduce altitude prior to the “landing” approach. Alternatively, it might have been needed due to transfer of control of the aircraft between the WAAS and the JPALS system. The activities of Frank Probst could have involved adjustments to related equipment within the impact zone at the time of system transfer, as well as further adjustments in the construction trailer at the time that the turn began. These delicate moments in execution of the plan would also help explain the distress exhibited by Dick Cheney at those same moments.
Why did the aircraft hit the least occupied, small fraction of the building that was the focus of the renovation plan and how was it that the construction in that exact spot just happened to be for the purpose of minimizing the damage from a terrorist explosion? This was done to limit the death toll, which is not what al Qaeda would have done. Efforts to reduce casualties among military personnel and leadership were taken by conspirators operating from within the Pentagon itself, including Donald Rumsfeld and Paul Wolfowtiz, and possibly other PNAC signatories who worked there. These casualty limiting efforts included the modifications to Wedge 1 and the targeting of that least occupied area.
Why was the company that performed the renovation work, just for that small fraction of the building, immediately hired in a no bid contract to clean-up the damage and reconstruct that area of the building? (Note: The same company, AMEC Construction, was also immediately hired to clean-up the WTC site within hours of the destruction there.) In this scenario, AMEC was part of the conspiracy, through Rumsfeld’s colleague Peter Janson, and arrangements were made to ensure that renovation and cleanup of evidence were done by personnel managed by this trusted colleague.
What can explain the damage to the building and the aircraft debris, or lack thereof? The use of explosives could explain the damage done to the building, as well as the limited amount of recognizable aircraft debris at the site. It might also explain the FBI’s desire to limit photography of the aircraft parts, which would otherwise have provided evidence for explosive effects. Explosives could have been planted under cover of the renovation project in such a way as to be triggered as the aircraft approached or impacted and create an opening that absorbed the majority of the aircraft.
Why were the tapes from the surveillance videos in the area immediately confiscated by the FBI and never released? The videos would have been confiscated and withheld because they provide evidence that further confirms the use of explosives.”
“On its own Web site, AMEC, a London-based military contractor, announces it was contracted to fortify the West wing of the Pentagon and to clean up the wreckage at both the Pentagon and Silverstein’s WTC.
At the World Trade Center, AMEC’s around-the-clock activities began hours after the attacks and included strategic and logistical planning, debris-removal management, health and safety planning, environmental monitoring and testing, data management and daily interaction with federal, state and local emergency and regulatory agencies.
AMEC successfully managed one of the world’s most challenging, time-sensitive and critical projects under an emergency situation. Within 24 hours, AMEC mobilized 300 workers, 20 pieces of heavy equipment and a fleet of trucks. Coordinated effectively with 35 federal, state and local agencies, the removal of 1.6 million tons of debris was completed at least three months ahead of schedule and under cost estimates.
Emergency Cleanup/Rebuilding, the Pentagon
AMEC’s capabilities were displayed at the Pentagon before (!!!), during (!!!) and after the attack, for AMEC had just finished a project to strengthen and renovate one section, called Wedge 1. In the renovation, steel reinforcing beams were bolted together, floor to floor, to form a continuous unit, walls were lined with a strong fibrous material to trap fragmentation from explosions and blast-resistant glass nearly two inches thick was used in the windows. AMEC responded to the terrorist attack within minutes by rescuing survivors, constructing isolation barriers, installing shoring in portions of impacted areas, and supplying debris-removal equipment. An emergency communications system established by AMEC later was adopted by several federal government entities on the project. With demolition and debris removal completed by late November, workers immediately turned their attention to the “Phoenix Project” phase – the rebuilding of the structurally damaged areas. Pentagon personnel back at their desks only one year after the attack.
Foreign owned British AMEC was put in charge of the areas hit on 9-11 long before 9-11. Then, they cleaned up after it. British AMEC did pre-9-11 WTC7 “renovations” and pre-9-11 Pentagon wedge “renovations and strengthening”. Both of these British AMEC areas then suffer controlled demolition or were damaged intentionally on 9-11. Then Brititsh AMEC cleans it up. Then they leave the country in 2004.”
“AMEC Construction Management, a subsidiary of the British engineering firm AMEC, renovated Wedge One of the Pentagon before 9-11 and cleaned it up afterward. AMEC had also renovated Silverstein’s WTC 7, which collapsed mysteriously on 9-11, and then headed the cleanup of the WTC site afterward. The AMEC construction firm is currently in the process of closing all its offices in the United States.

The Secret Service in NYC on 9/11
Edit: 11/5/06 I’m going to be updating this post with more information which I’ve found since I wrote it (and perhaps changing the wording around), but you can find a cached version of how it looked before I started this process here.
Now, no doubt you are aware that the Secret Service’s largest field office was located in WTC 7. What you may not know, though, is that 100 extra agents were in NYC on 9/11 in preparation for the U.N.’s General Assembly which was scheduled to open that day. Was 9/11 in NYC designated as a National Special Security event due to that opening? Usually, the General Debate begins a few days after the General Assembly opens. That is what was postponed until November, lasted only one week instead of the more typical two weeks and was classified as a NSSE when it happened. The trial of the Zinoviev-TrotskistCenter that has just ended in the Moscow House of Trade Unions is unique among the great trials of history. High Treason trials in the past haveknown two kinds of defendants: those who protested their innocence and those occasional patriots who announced and defended their attacks on government. But that men who were once so great should have fallen so low, that men who once had reputations as world revolutionary leaders should conspire with Nazi secret service agents against the revolutionary movement of their own country, and should confess through four days of open court that they were guilty of indefensible murder and treason–this has never happened in history.
The general outline of the plot was notwithout some cleverness. A number of the leaders of Party and government were to be murdered as nearly simultaneously as possible by agents who, when caught, would be identifiable as whiteguards or Gestapo agents, without involving the chief conspirators.A panic within the Party would thus, it was thought, be created, during which the upper conspirators, relying on their past reputations, would call for a rallying of all forces into a new and wider unity. In this unity, with the old leaders dead, the conspirators would gain chief places. One of them, Bakayev, was slated to be new chief of the G.P.U., in which capacity he would make short work of the lesser agents who had done the actual murder, leaving the chief conspirators untarnished even in reputation.
The lesser agents, who apparently firstleaned at the trial of the final fate their superiors had planned for them, gave detail after detail of the picture. Berman-Yurin stated that he visited Trotsky in Copenhagen in November 1932 and received instructions for the “historic murder” of Stalin, to be timed at some great public event, specifically, in this case, the Thirteenth Plenum of the Communist International. Berman Yurin did not succeed in getting into this meeting do the “Browning with bullets” passed to Fritz David, who planned to shoot Stalin at the Seventh Congress of the Communist International, but “there were so many people in the box that there was no possibility of shooting.” For this failure Fritz David claims to have received a sharp message of reproof from Trotsky who accused him of lack of courage.”
