#1437 Marine Links Serco’s Pig-Farm Access Card to Ladner Beaudry and Time-Sliced Actors With Prime BC

Source: Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco’s development of a common access card service (CAC) for pig farm actors with PRIME BC, to the time-sliced crime scenes associated with the 1996-2001 murders at the Pickton pig farm in British Columbia and the murder of Wendy Ladner Beaudry at Pacific Spirit Park near UBC on April 3rd, 2009.

Slain jogger’s husband accuses police of lying

The husband of Wendy Ladner-Beaudry, who was killed in a park on Vancouver’s west side in April, says police investigating the crime are playing games.

Michel Beaudry, who RCMP ruled out as a suspect at a press conference in June, told CBC News during an interview Wednesday that he is frustrated by the lack of progress with the investigation into his wife’s death.

Beaudry said an RCMP homicide investigator called him a few weeks ago with a request.
“The RCMP contacted me some weeks ago and said to me that, essentially, they had exhausted their leads, that they need me to go back to the media and plead to the public to help us out,” he said.

Beaudry said he was given the impression that if he didn’t make a public plea, the investigation would be over.

“When somebody comes to me and says, ‘We are at the end of our rope. We need your help after five months of investigation’ … It really frustrates me.”

But police are denying that they asked Beaudry to go public, saying they even cautioned him against doing that.

“Mr. Beaudry indicated that he wanted to and we simply indicated to him that while we couldn’t stop him, we would like that he not do anything that would harm the investigation,” said RCMP Cpl. Dale Carr, who speaks for the RCMP’s Integrated Homicide Investigation Team.

On Wednesday, Carr said while the investigation has been pared down from nearly 100 officers to eight, work continues daily on trying to solve the crime.

“We’ve eliminated the husband and now we’re moving on to a persons of interest list, going through that, and it’s very complex and it’s very time consuming,” Carr said.

In an angrily worded email to CBC News after learning that police denied they had made a request for him to go public, Beaudry accused the RCMP of playing games by questioning his integrity and trying to isolate him from family and supporters.

He said the RCMP has effectively labelled him a liar.

Beaudry is adamant he had no motive and no opportunity to kill his wife.

“I’m right now, like, I’m living this crime novel and it’s weirder than fiction,” he said.
Carr said he doesn’t want to inflame the situation by commenting on Beaudry’s allegations.
He said the RCMP is just interested in solving the crime.

Ladner-Beaudry’s body was found at about 2:40 p.m. PT on April 3 on a trail in the Pacific Spirit Regional Park near the University of British Columbia, close to SW Marine Drive and Camosun Street.
Police believe the 53-year-old mother of two daughters, aged 16 and 21, was slain while jogging in the park.”

News 1130: Still no arrests 3 years since death of Ladner-Beaudry
Continues to be a high profile case for IHIT

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Today marks the third anniversary of the death of Wendy Ladner-Beaudry in Vancouver. Her body was found in Pacific Spirit Park near UBC on April 3rd, 2009.

Ladner-Beaudry was heavily involved in amateur sports, and her brother is Peter Ladner, former city councillor and NPA mayoral candidate.

The 53-year-old mother of two was jogging in the park the day she was killed. Homicide investigators are again asking anyone who has information about the case to come forward.

“We know that this was an extremely high-profile investigation, and continues to be,” says Sergeant Jennifer Pound with the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team. “With that, people tend to talk. There tends to be information that get surfaced out there.”

“We’re hopeful that someone out there has information and will contact the IHIT tip lines.”

The number to call, if you have information about this case, is 1-877-551-4448 (IHIT) and you can also email the tip line.

Over the years, Pound says hundreds of potential suspects have been identified, but no arrests have been made.

“As you can well imagine, every time we get a tip, that tip has to be fully investigated until we are satisfied that we can rule out a person of interest,” adds Pound.

Investigators have never said if the death was targeted, or a random act of violence.

Last year, on the second anniversary of Ladner-Beaudry’s death, her family announced a $30,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in the case, but that offer expired after 60 days.”

“Connecting PRIME-BC to Other Systems How is PRIME-BC Linked to Other Police Agencies? PRIME-BC will enhance how the RCMP collaborates with other provincial, national and international police forces. The PRIME-BC Records Management System integrates all operational police information collected within the Province of British Columbia, whether the information is collected by the Greater Vancouver Transit Authority Police Service (GVTAPS), the various Municipal Police Departments, and the RCMP at the Federal, Provincial, and municipal level. This information (intelligence) is further shared with other agencies throughout Canada using the Police Information Portal (PIP) and the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC). The PRIME-BC environment greatly increases Canada’s capabilities for intelligence collection, analysis and sharing. A front-line officer can “check” a box to query the PIP at the same time a local records query and a CPIC query is entered. Complete interoperability is established though PIP together with the Integrated Query Tool (IQT). These two tools allow PRIME-BC users to query police records management systems in other provincial and federal databases across Canada. The PRIME-BC environment provides one point of entry to query all databases at any time—like one stop shopping. How is PRIME-BC Linked to the Judicial System? In December 2001, the Attorney General for the Government of British Columbia directed a common, provincial-wide, cross-jurisdictional Justice Integrated Network (JUSTIN) for submitting crown reports, court scheduling police officers and receiving court dispositions electronically. JUSTIN is an integrated case management system [built by MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates for 50+ Special Investors in the CAI Private Equity Group, including Canadian Governor General David Johnston who is allegedly hiding DNA of extorted witnesses at crime scenes associated with Piggy Palace, Russell Williams, JonBenet Ramsey and 9/11] for the province’s courts and criminal justice agencies and is interfaced with PRIME-BC. Will PRIME-BC Handle the Statistical Reporting Required by Statistics Canada? PRIME-BC will assist in the scoring of occurrences. The system has “drop-down” menus, which provide a list of the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR 2.1) event types that would apply to a particular investigative activity.”
