#1414 Marine Alleges JonBenet Screwed While Al Gore slewed Through Russell Williams’ Serco Santa Clock
Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked alleges that JonBenet Ramsey was ‘screwed’ during a NORAD Santa exercise on Christmas Day 1996 while Al Gore and the Canadian pedophile E/W pilot Russell Williams slewed first-responder times at the Boulder, Co. crime scenes through the Serco/NPL clock in Teddington U.K.
McConnell claims that Williams and Gore began to integrate ‘screwing’ and ‘slewing’ into a Canadian Airborne Internet jamming strategy in the 1993-1995 period when they worked with Andrew Saxton Sr. on the procurement of Entrust PKI technologies (see below) to use Strata 0 clocks to front run the Libor spot fixing frauds.
McConnell also notes that Canadian Governor General David Johnston – a Special Investor in Entrust private equity screwing and slewing before 9/11 – authorized the burning of Russell Williams’s uniforms in an act which McConnell believes destroyed DNA evidence which would otherwise placed Williams as the combat-support (?) pilot for the Serco Santa 1996 snuff-film crew.

“Since 1955, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) has helped track Santa Claus’s movements on Christmas Eve. Now Google is joining in the search.
Google has developed a downloadable iGoogle gadget for Google Earth to help track Santa’s movements in conjunction with NORAD, according to Google. The tool, “an enhanced 3D Santa-tracking experience,” will be available at 4 p.m. EST on Christmas Eve at noradsanta.org, wrote Carrie Farrell on Google’s corporate blog.
It’s not a coincidence that Farrell is the granddaughter of Col. Harry Shoup, who was the director of operations for NORAD’s original Santa tracker, which was a special hotline number that a Sears Roebuck & Co. store advertised for kids to call. Shoup’s staff checked radar data for indications of a sleigh making its way from the North Pole, according to the blog post. NORAD has continued the tradition ever since.”
“The Vice President’s Residence at the Naval Observatory The large, white-painted, brick Victorian house on the southeast corner of 34th Street and Massachusetts Avenue in the District of Columbia is over a century old. A typical nineteenth-century country home in the Queen Anne style, it was built for the Superintendent of the United States Naval Observatory in 1893 on lands that had originally been owned by Margaret and Cornelius Barber, wealthy Georgetown landowners. In 1929, it became home to the U.S. Navy’s Chief of Naval Operations, and was named “Admiral’s House.” In 1974, the house was designated as the first official residence of the Vice President of the United States. Since that time, Vice Presidents Mondale, Bush, Quayle and Gore have resided there with their families. Born and raised in Arlington, Virginia in the home her grandfather built, Tipper Gore and Vice President Al Gore, along with their children Karenna, Kristin, Sarah and Albert III, opted to remain in their home until June 1993, when renovations to the house at the Naval Observatory were completed.”
“Gore was one of the Atari Democrats who were given this name due to their “passion for technological issues, from biomedical research and genetic engineering to the environmental impact of the “greenhouse effect.” On March 19, 1979 he became the first member of Congress to appear on C-SPAN. During this time, Gore co-chaired the Congressional Clearinghouse on the Future with Newt Gingrich. In addition, he has been described as having been a “genuine nerd, with a geek reputation running back to his days as a futurist Atari Democrat in the House. Before computers were comprehensible, let alone sexy, the poker-faced Gore struggled to explain artificial intelligence and fiber-optic networks to sleepy colleagues.” Internet pioneers Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn noted that, “as far back as the 1970s, Congressman Gore promoted the idea of high speed telecommunications as an engine for both economic growth and the improvement of our educational system. He was the first elected official to grasp the potential of computer communications to have a broader impact than just improving the conduct of science and scholarship […] the Internet, as we know it today, was not deployed until 1983. When the Internet was still in the early stages of its deployment, Congressman Gore provided intellectual leadership by helping create the vision of the potential benefits of high speed computing and communication.” Gore introduced the Supercomputer Network Study Act of 1986. He also sponsored hearings on how advanced technologies might be put to use in areas like coordinating the response of government agencies to natural disasters and other crises.”

Global Trust Authority Selects Interpay and Entrust Technologies to Power its Secure e-Commerce Infrastructure.
BRUSSELS, Belgium & UTRECHT, The Netherlands–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Sept. 25, 2000
More than 800 Member Banks World-wide To Benefit
From Secure e-Business Transactions
The Global Trust Authority (GTA) announced today that it has selected Interpay, the Dutch interbanking processor, to operate the root key of its financial services trust infrastructure to enable secure electronic communications and transactions on a world-wide scale. Interpay will use Entrust Technologies’ (Nasdaq: ENTU) public-key infrastructure (PKI) solutions as the proven technology foundation for this comprehensive system.
Based in Belgium, the GTA represents over 800 banks world-wide and will allow consumers and organizations to transact in confidence with traders in another country through a trusted e-business system that provides reliable online identification and authorization of participating parties for transactions in the Business-to-Consumer, Business-to-Business and Business-to-Administration arenas.
The GTA root key enables the establishment of a network of GTA PKIs which allow GTA’s member financial institutions to more securely conduct business transactions.
The GTA selected Interpay as its root key operator because of Interpay’s extensive experience with implementing PKI projects. Interpay was started in 1995 with the implementation of a PKI solution for secure Internet payments, and is currently operating three Certification Authorities (CAs) using Entrust’s technology. Interpay will use the Entrust/PKI(TM) software solution to operate the GTA CA, relying on systems integration support of SIA Benelux.
“This announcement marks a significant step forward in the evolution of the GTA,” said John Tunstall, Managing Director of the GTA. “The creation of the GTA root key will open the door for the introduction of applications by the GTA members that will provide a trusted service to the market in compliance with the European Directive on electronic signature.”
Ben Haasdijk, Executive Vice President of Interpay, says: “We are proud GTA has selected Interpay as the Root Key Processor, for we fully support the importance of secure communication via the Internet in respect of the growing demand in both the business and consumer environment. Interpay has a broad and proven track record in this field.”
“The GTA network leverages financial institutions’ historic role as trusted third parties to enable trusted validation of on-line identities, and secure e-business transactions,” said Arthur Coleman, vice-president, Industries, Entrust Technologies Inc. “Entrust’s proven experience in providing solutions for financial services brings a solid technical foundation to this global project, and positions Entrust well for continued growth in a key vertical market.”
Global Trust Authority S.c.r.l (G.T.A) is registered in Belgium as a Limited Liability Co-operative Company. Among the founding members of GTA are financial institutions from Spain, France, The Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal. The founding members represent in excess of 800 banks.
GTA will satisfy the market requirements for medium to small size companies, national or supra-national organisations, Government administrations and individuals as they seek to transact with confidence in a cross border environment by means of insecure networks, such as Internet, using access instruments such as smart cards with GSM and WAP.
GTA will provide a world-wide trusted Infrastructure, that can be used by all sectors, to conduct cross border or national e-commerce. This is realised by taking the lead in providing five pillars of stability, namely integrity, security, liability acceptance, interoperability by the use of standards and trust.
GTA enables participating trading parties to establish a trusted electronic trading relationship. The means for this is the provision of an environment, whereby transacting parties have confidence, that each party can be authenticated, irrespective of the transaction mechanism being used, and that GTA will arbitrate in between conflicting parties if a loss arises.
